Super delicious food! I'm Jamaican/Kittitian and can testify that the food is bomb! Hot and tasty. Loved my Saltfish Fritter and veggie pattie! Excellent service from the team - bubbly, warm and enthusiastic. Thank you. Will definitely be back soon.

If you’re ever in Spitalfields and feeling hungry you must go and try Cafe Caribbean London the food was amazing, the oxtail was delicious (even took the butter beans out for me) and the service/staff were on point with and there was even toothpicks. Our group of 8 friends were raving about the food all day.

The food here tasted amazing, we had vegetable curry and it was packed with flavour, great portion sizes. I’ve recently come back from St Lucia and this was on par with all the local food we ate there. Best food I’ve had in Spitalfields, recommend recommend recommend!

Top notch authentic Caribbean food at an affordable price. Traditionally cooked on the bone with the right amount of spice and full of flavour. So much choice, however I went for the curried mutton with rice ‘n’ peas and a portion of jerk chicken. The chicken was served in a lovely jerk gravy. Superb and I will return.

I work nearby and there’s a lot of choice in Spitalfields Market but this place keeps me coming back again and again. I go for either rice & peas with goat or chicken curry. Both are fall of the bone tender and the perfect level of spice as well as being utterly delicious. Thx!!!

Warren and his team, recently catered for us for an event. The food was truly delicious. The staff were friendly and efficient. I will be definitely visiting one or both of his restaurants in London.

Do yourself a favor and eat here! It tastes like the food in my favorite (Jamaican) NY restaurant. Flavors were on point and the price and portions were just right.

Discreet little cafe serving authentic Caribbean cuisine at affordable prices, served by friendly lady. The fry dumplings are exquisite, jerk chicken with coconut rice mouth watering and Vegan, simply Ital and vital. They also serve tea, coffee and regular cafe food for the less adventurous.

Brilliant Caribbean food. My favourite dish is the jerk chicken but the other options are great too, particularly the stew chicken. They even do half and half boxes if you ask. Great value for lunch.

Rice and peas were piss poor. Flavour was lacking. Filling up a whole box with rice and topping it with a bit of ackee and a sprinkle of saltfish is not worth £8. I want my money back please.

Nice to find a place serving Caribbean food. I had stew chicken, rice and peas and plantain which was really nice and tasty without being very spicy. Friendly staff , good prices and value for money.

I love this place so much the jerk chicken meal the salt fish fritters the plantin also the homemade hot sauce its just the best!!! And the service is excellent would defiantly recommend! Amazing!!!!!!

Love the food, amazing both when delivered or at the shop. I had countless times and have never been dissatisfied. I love the jerk chicken and the curry goat. Oxtail is exquisite. Visited the café on Sunday 20 October with friends and family, for lunch. Some of our group had the Jerk Chicken at the Cafe Caribbean whilst the rest of the group had food form a different stall nearby. The three of our group who had the Jerk Chicken were very ill the next day and for several days, with symptoms of food poisoning.

I have been here before and it never disappoints . The food is incredible and the owner is hilarious. He always makes everyone feel welcome and suggested what I should have today, which was the curried mutton it was delicious. I can’t recommend it enough.

Enjoyed a fabulous tasty jerk chicken, rice and spicy Macaroni dish today ! Warren the owner an absolute gent 😊 took some extras home for the kids ! Best Caribbean in London .

I have probably tried most of their menu... i went this time before cocktails with friends and the food was delicious as always you really should try it.The staff are down to earth and nothing was too much trouble.Will be returning again when I'm back in the area ...

Visited Cafe Caribbean for lunch today. Staff very friendly and great value for money. The Jerk Chicken & rice was so tasty & full of flavour. Also their MAC Cheese with gravy was delicious. Top marks!

Rude owner with 0 ( negative) customer service skills. Intimidating, vulgar people. Food is the worst Caribbean I’ve ever had - no flavour, too much salt, tiny portions and meat that’s gone off.

My wife ordered the chicken curry with rice & peas. She literally inhaled the whole thing and looked mighty satisfied! A steal for £8!! Lovely customer service to boot.

Conozco bien la comida caribeña, me la he estado comiendo toda la vida, pero desafortunadamente este lugar no es la comida caribeña bien hecha.

Me encanta este lugar y lo mejor de todo es que la comida es consistente. Llevo años y el sabor está garantizado. Pollo Jerk, pollo al curry, cordero al curry o rabo de buey todo bien y una porción satisfactoria para bocas hambrientas. La cola siempre es larga, por lo que debería decirte que la comida es buena. ¡Sigan con los buenos chicos de trabajo! ¡Quiéralo!

Have tried the jerk chicken/rice and enjoyed it - large portion. Wasn't so keen on the curry goat as found the meat to be a little tough. Busy place and has been around for years.

Usé Caf Caribbean para atender un evento del Mes de la Historia Negra en el trabajo. Mi lugar de trabajo me dio un presupuesto ajustado en el último minuto para alimentar a 100 personas. El gerente, Warren, me ayudó a revisar todas las opciones de comida disponibles para mí. Cuando llegó el día, la comida se preparó a tiempo y se mantuvo caliente en el horno para mí. Me proporcionaron grandes bandejas de comida que mantuvieron la comida muy segura. Cuando me enviaron a recoger la comida yo solo, me ayudaron a llevar las bandejas al taxi. Cuando conseguí que toda la comida funcionara, la selección era muy presentable.

Cafe carribean's food is just really good. It is slightly westernised caribbean food hence the comments about not being authentic, but I honestly can't complain about the taste of the food. It's just really good. I go there a few times a week and have had the oxtail (deserves 5 stars), the stew chicken, jerk chicken and the patties and they've all been good. The stew chicken is a bit fatty but I guess that's to be expected. The service is really good and teh few times I've ordered from deliveroo food's come quick and was still very hot. The portion sizes are decent too. All in all it's one of my faves from that market and I'd definitely recommend.

Another great option in Spitalfields Market. Tend to go there during the Independent Label / Brewers Market and throw in some fresh, pipping hot Salt Fish Patties for not much money and start dreaming of Notting Hill Carnival or the Carribean in general.

An very good end to a long walkabout day,... final stop for me and my son, who chose this so a father cannot say no.

I visited the Cafe Carribean which was located in an open air pavilion along with several other restaurants. If you like Jamaican food this a great place to visit. I had the curry mutton / goat which is one of my favorites and my daughter had the stew chicken. It was very tasty. There was also a long line of people there ordering several other well known Jamaican dishes. Unfortunately I could not try them all. Being an expert in Jamaican food because I'm from the island, I thought it was pretty good but not excellent, however I did not feel disappointed. I felt that they put too much rice in the portions and not enough meat. Also the stew peas and rice was not the traditional Jamaican stew peas and rice, but overall everything was pretty good and I would certainly go back again. I think the name might be misleading as this is certainly not a cafe, it is located an international food court with several other small restaurants. It is a great place however and the food and the offerings from the other restaurants looked great . Go to this place for lunch or a late afternoon meal as the food pavilion closes around 5:30 PM. If the people you are bringing don't like Jamaican food, then there are several other places there they can try. Enjoy!

Ahora en parte debido a mi culpa, tengo que admitir que no me di cuenta de que este "café" era básicamente una cabina abierta, y comida lugar en medio de la hora punta en la semana cerca de Liverpool Street era un poco "mucho" para mí y mi novia, pero estamos acostumbrados a ello, así que rápidamente cogí asiento en una de las muchas mesas abiertas justo en frente de la cabina.

Authentic, fairly priced, delicious, beautifully cooked and fresh. Great place for lunch. Highly recommended.

I had Oxtail Stew with Rice and Peas and was extremely disappointed. The stew had two bits of oxtail, and the rice and peas actually had one pea (kidney bean ;-). The dish itself was average in taste. Will never go back again!

Me encanta la comida del Caribe y me comer pollo adobado 7 días a la semana! He viajado por Londres un han probado docenas de tiendas y restaurantes. La sal pescado buñuelos son, de lejos, el mejor que he probado.

Ok so firstly, they had actually closed but still served us. O M G. It was unreal, so delicious. We had jerk chicken, rice and peas. Honestly beautiful. My lawd we are coming back again and again and again. Thank you SO MUCH!

Chicken curry is excellent, as is the mutton. Sides of veg or fried chicken an extra treat. So cheap and great value

Just tried this place for the first time, and went for the curried mutton which was excellent. Good hot spice kick and brought back some good memories of curried goat. Will have to head back again soon

Este es un lugar para comer. La comida es genial y una gran relación calidad-precio. El propietario es un tío encantador. Me introdujo al café Caribe por mi hijastra y yo hemos visitado cada vez que visite Londres. Todo el personal es amable y educado.

Empezamos a ir aquí en el almuerzo después de trabajar cerca. Probado la comida diferente en Spitalfields market, pero una vez que has tenido el pollo adobado en este lugar, tienes un tiempo difícil ir a ningún otro lugar. Que visite un par de veces a la semana. El pollo está muy bien preparado con la piel a la parrilla charcoaled y empieza a caerse. Se añade la salsa Jerk frescos como usted orden y es el mejor que he probado. Todo parece fresco y sabe muy bien - y voy a veces aleatorio debido a mi trabajo, y nunca decepciona.

This place is awesome! One of my favourite take away lunch places in the City. Delicious sticky, spicy and tangy jerk chicken that literally falls off the bone. Cooked to perfection! The staff are also super sweet, I could not recommend this place highly enough.

Tuvimos grandes esperanzas para este lugar después de ver una cola permanentemente grandes en el almuerzo pero frío apenas han sido más decepcionados con este insípido, como un hueso de pollo adobado, arroz y guisantes. Literalmente de nada y fue probado con especias, quizás soplaba para distraer de la falta de sabor. Quizás los otros platos podría tener más sabor pero no volveré a encontrar.

Un amigo me recomendó este lugar. Y desde entonces he ido a por 3 años. La comida es increíble, el pollo adobado con arroz y el Mac y el queso. Warren es un gran anfitrión, junto con el resto del personal. Por favor no probar este lugar como no te decepcionará!

Han pasado por el café caribe y varias veces hizo una nota mental para volver tan contentos de haberlo hecho. Después de varias cucharas pequeñas de 'catadores' para provocar el paladar, tuve el Ackee y Saltfish y mi hija tenía el Jerk Chicken. Incluso nos dimos el capricho de un ponche de piña. Todo estaba delicioso y muy generosas porciones. El personal es súper simpático. Volveremos sin duda alguna. :)

Cada vez que vamos a los mercados de Spitalfields, siempre nos dan el almuerzo desde aquí. El Jerk Chicken con arroz y guisantes, es simplemente maravilloso! Esta vez, probé el rabo estofado con arroz y guisantes con butterbean. Maravilloso, lleno de sabor, y un gran almuerzo!! Puede tomar una cerveza de jengibre y es el lugar de almuerzo!

Hoy, dando vueltas por este mercado de Londres - y aviso de una larga cola de este. La pantalla estaba limpio, el personal sonreía ya que te saludaban. Me malacostumbrados como era la hora del almuerzo, todos los trabajadores de la ciudad para decidir qué ha de tener para el almuerzo. Caminé por fijamente, pero algo dijo probar este lugar. Así que la cola con los trabajadores de la ciudad. Decidí ir por el pollo al curry con arroz y guisantes. £6.00 a muy buen precio. Fue precioso, sabroso, con un poco de calor, servido con ensalada. Me las arreglé para acurrucarse a otros en la zona de descanso. Ambiente encantador. Es uno de los mejores que he probado con pollo al curry en mucho tiempo y el mejor del Caribe para llevar sin actitud. Sin duda recomiendo este lugar, y volvería de nuevo.

This is my fourth time here. Always a lunchtime favourite. Service is prompt and your food is always delivered with a smile. The flavours are consistently sensational. Looks like I'll be there again next week.

When I tell people I'm a jerk addict they look at me with a combination and disgust and pity, and rarely take me up on my offer of a lunch date. So more often than not I'm forced to slink off to Cafe Caribbean alone. This though is no bad thing, for free from the distractions of socialising I am free to marvel in the spectacular flavours on offer. As a pasty Yorkshireman my experience with spicy Caribbean food may be somewhat limited and yet even I recognise the quality on display.

Warren y Warren Junior son de primera categoría y siempre ofrecen comida consistentemente bueno cada vez. Recomiendo el pollo Jerk, pero tiene que ir con la salsa Jerk, es la mejor salsa que tengas. La piel de pollo tiene un sabor picante y salado que es genial y el arroz y guisantes van más allá de su promedio de arroz. También recomiendo el pollo al curry y el carnero, y la salchicha son un buen tentempié. A 6 libras de una comida, es realmente de primera clase.

La comida es deliciosa y el servicio es excelente! También para nuestra boda y no me decepcionó. La comida es alucinante, con una vasta selección para llevar un lugar. Bien vale la pena se enfrenta a las grandes colas ya que rápidamente. Me alegraría ser atrapados en una isla del desierto con sólo su sal frituras de pescado y sus salsa de pimiento rojo, que es posiblemente la mejor cosa jamás
