Cafe Brunch in Hyndburn

Called in today been coming to this cafe on and of since they opened. Great staff great food staff are brilliant nothing is to much trouble. Thank you 😀👏

Absolutely no complaints. Great chilled atmosphere. Felt very relaxed and the service was 101%. Friendly and felt like I was abroad...... Deceiving front and inside was totally different and awesome 👌

Wasn't fully aware that the inside market had fully closed so looking for a last minute breakfast spot ended up here. Pretty standard fair, full breakfast for me and had a hot chocolate, usual bugbear in most cafés only 1 pat of butter with each slice of toast but no hassle when asking for another one so that was good. Staff pleasant and chatty. My son had bacon and scrambled eggs on a toasted bagel and a latte, eggs were light fluffy and tasty, would use again.

Very lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and great food. Had the full English and it was excellent, with the cafe being open to swapping items too (always a bonus when you don't like tomatoes).

Dog friendly for small to medium well behaved dogs. Nice coffee and cake.

Really nice place to have breakfast, friendly staff, good food, cakes looked amazing but did not try yet, good music, not loud, overall good vibes, and not too busy at least on this Sunday morning.

Went for breakfast with my daughter as shd had been looking forward to it for a while - very disappointing. She had a sausage toastie which was unbuttered bread with cheap sausage put under a griddle press. No flavour at all. I had poached eggs and smoked salmon - the salmon was ok. The eggs were poached well but too much vinegar was used in the water which gave them a sour sharp taste. And my toast was dry and cold and fridge cold butter did nothing to improve it. Drinks were fine. On the whole not worth the nearly £20 it cost me. Won't be going again.

Just been for lunch with hubby, steak pie, fries and beans, and beefburger with salad and fries. Both very good. Lovely clean cafe, with friendly staff, and very reasonable prices. Will definitely go again when in Accrington

I challenge you to find a better breakfast anywhere in Southport. One of the few dog friendly cafes and without doubt the best one. Staff were great drinks were great food was excellent. Value isn't always about price .. but this is proper food at wetherspoons prices !!

** Edited 30/12/2021. The owner & all the team here have worked incredibly hard over the last few weeks in very challenging circumstances to keep the café open. One of the more experienced barista/server moved on and in the same week most of the kitchen staff got hit by the ping-demic and had to isolate. I'd have been tempted to close the door, claim some covid grants & spend xmas & NY enjoying 25 degree sunshine in my native Turkey. He choose to bring in family & friends to help as best they can whilst trying to solve his staffing headache & train one of the servers to work the coffee machine. He choose to contribute to the economy & local community instead of taking bailouts whilst making sure his existing staff had a wage over xmas and NY. All the staff I have met are friendly and polite despite being mostly "young 'uns" as another review has criticised but let's not use that as a stick to beat them with when they are in work & trying to better themselves. When I look out the café window and see other "young 'uns" in balaclavas under hoodies flying past on electric scooters hunting for iPhones to steal; it's not a biggie to me on the odd occasion a waitress has made an honest mistake and forgot my toast or my cutlery. ** Been a couple of times now and can't fault the food or the service. Sat in with my mum previously and we both agreed the food was both perfectly cooked and well presented and the service was friendly and attentive. Visited today for a simple bacon butty and tea take out and was equally impressed. Bacon cooked right, bread nicely toasted, tea bag left in brew on request - all the basics just done really well. Looked like they were having a technical problem with the POS system which they just dealt with and kept the food coming out. I had my order in under 10 mins and the place seemed full of happy customers. Looking forward to coming again.

The service was good however the sausages were of extremely poor quality and I found it a little bit pricey for what I got. however in fairness that was only the breakfast and I cannot review the other dishes.

nice place, only oe fault, minor really they do little biscuit with the latte, ie lotus poundshop ones, they not on their own, many establishments are following suite, be nice to have a little more emphasis with a nicer biscuit, i am over 60, we do grumble from time to time haha, nice place though and staff.

My first ever time here and I must admit it was a lovely place, the young waitress was very helpful and welcoming the food was absolutely delicious only problem was I found some tin foil in my jacket potato under the beans but I didn’t complain as it didn’t put me off but other than that it was fantastic service

The waitress who served me (young girl, long dark hair in a pony tail) was a star. Very good at her job and very friendly. Please pass it on :)

Paid a visit to the cafe today I have never been spoken to by ignorant staff like I had been there that's young ones for you food little and just ok coffee expensive 1st and last visit

Excellent menu. Very friendly staff. Decent coffee. If it's busy you can have a bit of a wait. Beats Costa hands down. Good place to meet friends in Accrington Town centre.

Always good food waitresses are very helpful nothing is too much trouble. I have an allergy to a food and they always look after me. Well worth a visit don't think about it just go and try it you won't be disappointed.

Always love the food here. Staff are very friendly and helpful although only once there was a young girl waitress who was a bit rude but other than that really good food.

Better quality breakfast at the same price are a stone's throw away, would recommend you walk a little further.

I visited one of my customers for a business meeting in Accrington and they took me to this nice place for lunch. They mentioned to me that they are regular visitors to this place since it was opened. This place is nice and cosy and has got an outside seating area as well. The staff were welcoming and made sure that food was delivered to your table how you wanted. I had Chicken Panini and cannot fault the dish. It was nice and tasty and came with a fresh salad. The food was nice, tasty and very filling. Now I know why my business customers said they are regular visitors here.

Nice atmosphere spoilt by a loud blender that made everyone cringe whenever it was being used. The service was efficient enough, but not very friendly., Obviously avoiding eye contact till they were ready to take your order. The breakfast was well presented, but the taste was not up to scratch. Obviously low priced sausages and hash brown. Which really spoilt it all. I won't be recommending, nor going again as there are much better quality food and drink places at the exact same price less than 5 minutes walk from there.

Just a nice place to visit in Accrington seated inside or out, very pleasant and chatty staff who have time for their customers with a very good and varied menu

I walked into cafe brunch today for a coffee by chance and I’m glad I did. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing. The coffee was absolutely beautiful and the staff were so friendly and professional. Would definitely go back and recommend it.

I can honestly say that I have not had this good an experience in a café or restaurant in years. The staff were friendly, smiling and Uber efficient. The food and drinks arrived at our table with lightning fast service, delivered with a huge and genuine smile. We had baked potatoes, which were so good they were an absolute delight. All very reasonably priced. If you are in Accrington and you don't eat here, you have truly missed something special.

Ideal location, I must say a very friendly atmosphere, owner introduced himself. Food was really nice, coffee is really good. To add a bonus, this place is also HALAL! 5/5

The coffee is absolutely gorgeous. The big club sandwich is enormous. This time I had the lamb burger with chips, it was lovely! I always tell the staff the food is great, but the service is lousy, which they take as it's meant to be, a joke! They are great and are always up and down cleaning, serving, making sure everyone is happy.
