Its just a small cafe on winter hey lane, good prices, friendly and you get what you want. It's still s great little cafe if your local. 😉

When you walk in a place and you get a clear view into the kitchen, I think that's a sign that the place has confidence they are doing things properly. If you are looking for a proper cosy caff then this is that. Cosy, clean, well lit and quite a decent variety of options on the breakfast and all day options. Prices are reasonable, think the veggie sausages were Linda McCartney which are quite distinctive - but this is a good thing (I happen to like them). Staff are super friendly and patient, and didn't mind the constant chatter from my talkative 5 year old. Will definitely return which I suppose tells you all you need to know. Compare this to my last breakfast out in Horwich (at the dreadful beehive) and it's cleaner, better atmosphere, lovely staff, better food served quicker - and costs less!!

Clean and will maintained. Staff welcoming, friendly and helpful. Sometimes you can hear one of them singing along with the background music. Good selection of meals and snacks, well cooked and presented. Good cappuccino.

Cafe Shambles more like! Bit of a different review…. I haven’t actually managed to try their food yet due to them never delivering!!! Their leaflet came through the door advertising delivery yet the 4 times we tried to order they weren’t accepting orders for delivery. (That’s on the very rare occasions they answered the phone) Why post leaflets if you can’t deliver what you’re advertising??

Awful took 2 hours to arrive. Stone cold food, hot chocolate more like a milkshake, wrap crusty/burnt yet freezing cold. and stone cold chicken soup. Thrown in the bin waste of money.

Most of the time good buy recently been missing items and today only half cup hot chocolate. More beans and tomatoes needed on the breakfasts

Great little café. Wonderful, friendly staff, decent food, not bad prices. Well worth a visit if you're out and about and want a brew or something to eat.

Ordered a brown tuna barm which came on brown bread, one half with the crusts cut off?! The salad had leaked into the bag meaning the bacon barms were soaking. Will not be ordering again

1 star too many as they didn’t bother to deliver or even tell us they weren’t delivering! Can’t find a massive Amazon warehouse! Didn’t bother to tell us they’d given up… driver stopped answering calls. Says DELIVERED on Just Eat so £20 down with no food! Called cafe… they said couldn’t find us so we will have to speak to Just Eat! Absolute JOKE

Clean, friendly, simple well cooked cafe fare

Used to Always go Brambles don't know if its been took over since pandemic ,I ordered pie chips and Gravey all was OK except I ordered chips expected chips but got a plate full of fries not chips the menu should of stated fries .

Alwams go to cafe brambles...is a place where you can eat well and very friendly the owner very good to all customers...food bell cook and served with pleasant ...I recomend to all...space suitable and cosy..

Only a small cafe. Friendly staff, regular patrons, and simple honest food at good prices keep this cafe buzzing. The big breakfast is a full plate and.. no grease..!! Youre not going to get serviettes and silver service BUT youre not going to get chipped cups.. mugs with no handles either. Positioned in the Horwich village on Winter Hey Lane this excellent little cafe is an ideal place for a respite from local moorland walks or just shopping. Honest food.. a good honest cuppa in a clean friendly atmosphere at more than affordable prices.

It's normally a really great cafe and I go a lot but the last time i went the food wasnt great and the waitress didn't seem to know what we was asking for and she kept nipping out for ingredients.

Friendly staff and owner. Quick service. Good range of freshly cooked meals available. Watch out for items on the specials board. My wife had the home made cheese pie and loved. Clean and tidy with nearby free parking. We had 2 meals and drinks for under £10. Would recommend and will visit again.

Ordered 4 breakfasts waited 25 minutes watched people walk in and get served before us so got up and walked out. Service is shocking!!

Went to have a full breakfast in this café. Tables were spaced out nicely, Friendly atmosphere, polite & service with a smile. Very clean all over. The Full breakfast was lovely & the price was great. Myself & my husband will be returning to this café.
