Me aconsejaron ir a otro lugar si no me gustaba. Horrible, no volveré.

Usual place was closed on good Friday and met a friend for a snack and coffee. The male who served was passive aggressive to say the least...I asked for a fruit scone and could it be warmed. He said I can put it in microwave. I said that's fine. He said "takeaway"? I said no. He said no dogs. I said he's assisted and they know about him. He was very robotic and clear hated job. Not a pleasant transaction. He said butter and jam and I said butter is fine thanks. The scone came with butter and jam and my friends soup served with a half Panini as the bread? The coffee put down and they didn't say what one was delivered caff as my friend heavily pregnant. The coffee was nice but service awful!

Managed to get a table on the Saturday just before Christmas, so we could enjoy a few glasses of prosecco while admiring the large christmas tree and decorations of princes square, and listening to the carol singers below. Just perfect.

Plenty of staff but no one keen on serving. When it finally arrived hot chocolate was one of the weakest I have tasted. Would have been pushed to have called it hot chocolate. Would not rush back. Plenty of better options around.

What A lovely wee place. Beautiful cakes. Nice range of snacks/soup daily. Good range of drinks. Staff very friendly. Service first rate. A must if you are visiting Glasgow. Great prices for the quality of the food and service you receive.

My husband and I go to this cafe usually once a week. Today I had what I would say is the worst hot chocolate I have ever experienced. It took a long time to arrive then was bland and tasteless. I had to add 2 sweeteners to make it remotely palatable. Avoid the hot chocolate. Cakes are usually nice though.

Visited with my daughter we were together from Aberdeen for a spa break And popped in here before we headed back Small cute quaint place , but the food and hot chocolate nothing special at all I didn’t drink my hot choc as it was more like warm milk no chocolate My spicy chicken wrap was tasteless, dry and bland my daughter enjoyed her toastie which comes with no salad nothing Wouldn’t return I’m afraid I like to taste my food I could’ve made a much better effort myself Sorry

Called into Princes Square to escape the cold, and decided to have a coffee at Café Bombon , its on the entry level floor and is really a collection of tables and serving counter, staff seemed friendly and they brought the drinks to the table. Coffees were nice, although I wished I had seen the alcoholic ones before I ordered as an Irish Coffee would have been just the job

I attended with my teenage daughter and son. My daughter wished to have a cappuccino (she's 15) and the server with pink hair proceeded to give me a look and say - "I take it, it's a decaffeinated as we don't sell coffee to under 16's".... As my daughter doesn't ever drink fizzy caffeinated drinks I'm more than happy to allow her to have a coffee and certainly don't think I should be challenged. Needless to say it ruined our visit here..... I would be keen to hear from management regarding this as I am not aware of any laws on this and we attend Starbucks and other coffee shops with no such challenges!

For those who know Glasgow’s Princes Square..you’ll know how frazzling it can be on a busy, rainy Friday lunchtime! So it was a real pleasure to find a small table overlooking all that PS has to offer, and enjoy a really delish coffee with a friend! Nice, friendly service...clean and comfy surroundings and a perfect way to recharge the batteries before “round 2”!

Popped in here for a quick coffee and was pleasantly suprised by how good the coffee was; probably the best coffee I've had for a while. The cakes looked great too and the service was quick and efficient.

He estado aquí varias veces.

Delicious freshly made scone with Butter and Jam and superb Vanilla Latte (Mum had an amazing Mueille Feuille) cake. Lovely friendly, helpful staff who were engaging and couldn't do enough to help us. It's also great for people like one of our family members who use a wheelchair. We had never been before and had a great experience.

If you want a nice hot, tasty, home cooked, good value breakfast, GO ELSEWHERE! Where do I start? I ordered the full all day breakfast, at £9.50, it was not cheap and when it arrived , not looking very good value. The positives. The rosti, beans and toast were nice and hot. The negatives. 2 sausages the size of chipolatas lukewarm. Mushroom stone cold. Streaky bacon, well undercooked, greasy and stone cold. The poached eggs were meant to be soft. They weren't and again barely lukewarm. I complained about the bacon and was brought another plate of cold, greasy undercooked bacon. I again complained and the waitress said she would get me a refund. I said I wasn't wanting one. However, a few minutes later, Jocelyn the restaurant manager appeared to let me know we could have a free hot drink but no way was I getting the refund which I hadn't asked for! Apparently it was no ones fault. I learned that everything is cooked, sorry heated to pre programmed times and temperatures. Also, and perhaps the worst. The poached eggs are deliverd in a little plastic pod with water, I assume partially cooked , and put into hot water to set. YEUGH! Pity they weren't in a shell like other eggs. My wife had the pancakes, bacon and maple syrup. Obviously not fresh made, just heated. Her bacon was the same as mine. At £8.50 it was a disgrace. We won't be back. M&S was always known for quality. What has happened?
