Cheap and cheerful. Customers generally regulars who are of mature years .Run and on behalf of young adults with learning difficulties which makes it a worthwhile enterprise. A somewhat limited menu due to restrictions on use by the Scouting organisation who own the premises. Basically an excellent community cafe

A great place and for a great cause. I was my first time eating there with friends. The food was all fresh and the marmalade cake was sublime. The staff were lovely and friendly. I'd definitely go back. Thank you Cafe 66 and Anita for asking us there 🩷x

We visit every week for lunch, the welcome is always friendly, and the food is delicious, particularly the jacket potatoes and the toasties. The cakes are homemade and fresh, the best around. Service is always quick too, which is great when you visit with hungry children!I’ve found the venue to be breastfeeding friendly too.My favourite place to eat, keep up the good work guys x

Cafe 66 is a local resource staffed in part by adults with special needs supported by a great team of helpers. The teas, coffees and cakes are excellent value and well made, they taste great and portions are not small. Lunchtime specials, filled baguettes, toasted sandwiches and jacket potatoes leave you full. The staff are always friendly and service is good. For a value for money experience go and see what they have, you will not regret it.

I pop in here most weeks. The cafe is run by people with learning difficulties and helpers. The food at lunchtimes is excellent, lovely quiche, baked potatoes, salads. I have to mention the cakes, they are lovingly made and wonderful! Service by the young people is delightful and it's always a nice lively atmosphere there. All the staff take great pride in their pop up cafe. Try it, you'll like it and it supports a special section of our community. Well done Cafe 66 !

My husband and I have enjoyed visiting the Easton White Horse before, but today had the pleasure of attending their very first Wednesday lunch club— and what a fantastic experience it was! Set in the heart of the charming village of Easton, this pretty pub has now firmly found a spot on our list of favourites. The kitchen today was led by Vernon and his Mother Chiu, who brought a wonderful taste of Malaysia to the menu. The main dish was beautifully prepared Nasi Goreng, which featured chicken, pork, prawns and a light omelette, with some beautifully tossed fresh peas, chilies and fragrant coriander to name but a few… Served with a little dish of chilli sauce to drizzle over if desired. Every bite was bursting with a vibrant, authentic flavour, and you couldn’t help, but let out a satisfied “Mmmm” with every mouthful! Dessert was a delightful treat of banana fritter with a scoop of vanilla ice cream— sweet and comforting. We ordered the mango lassi which was served over ice to accompany the dessert, and was full of flavour, smooth and delicious! We ended the meal with a warming cup of Chai, rounding off the experience perfectly! What made the lunch truly special was the warm hospitality from Gabby and her co worker, followed by Vernon personally introducing himself, and his Mother, and him sharing a bit about their Malaysian cuisine, and checked in with everybody again after the meal— A lovely, personal touch that made us feel genuinely welcomed. We’ll absolutely be signing up for the Wednesday lunch club— It’s a fantastic initiative, and they’ve set the bar high right from the start. With thanks to all the team Jules and Graham Wright

Had sunday roast here this afternoon and sticky toffee pudding to die for. Friendly, welcoming, the carefully planned and laid out decor creates a relaxed, no fuss atmosphere. Food was lovely and plenty of it. No reservations so you may have to wait a little but it is well worth it. As for v the v sticky toffee pudding welll......

Starting to get a little pricey, but the food is lovely. I'd value a slightly nicer/more upmarket teabag, as it wasn't all that strong. Brunches very good and worth going for alone.
