Great place! The lady with the tattoos welcomed us with a genuine smile. She also helped me out when ordering as I was a bit indecisive when choosing between baked beans and tomatoes to go with the breakfast, and she offered half-half proactively. Keep it up! ☆

Wrong order and restaurant does not care as order dealt with just eat and unable to communicate efficiently with just eat to get full refund when this happens as restaurant or just eat wants to take full responsibility

Pleasant, attentive staff, plenty of seating, decent ingredients. French toast came with tea which was a welcome bonus

Every time I come to Cardiff, I make a point of eating here. Proper decent cafe with delicious food, great menu and decent prices.The lady serving, who was having her 30th birthday on the day we were there, was really friendly and funny - she had a great smile.

After having my order delayed again....I called the restaurant to try to cancel the order. But they refused to do so. The food arrived soaking wet from being kept in a plastic bag for so long, the food was cold and oover 50% was inedible. Just Eat have not done anything with my complaint either

Me and my bf decided to eat here as we were staying in an Airbnb on the same street as this cafe. We were very impressed with the range of options they offered. We got the Avocado Sourdough Bread and some sides of a sausage, hash brown and black pudding (Please note not there is two avocado and egg bread pieces. Just one is pictured in the photo). We came back here the second day here for a bigger breakfast this time and got the Smoked Salmon Toast and the Chocolate Chip Pancake Stack. I was very impressed with food, and how friendly the staff were. Would definitely come again.

The food is amazing taking a breakfast meal and making good in everybite. Music is great and the decor is great. Every Saturday I get I'm here for breakfast with my girls.

Spent the weekend in Cardiff and had two delicious cooked breakfasts here. Really great atmosphere and the service could not be faulted. Would highly recommend!

So far it has taken 45 mins and counting for a cooked breakfast. They have served customers who have come in after me their food. Who knows what the food will be like therefore will leave it a neutral 3. There is absolutely no hustle at the counter or the kitchen. …..I have now left demanding a refund. Only reason I visited was because Ramons opposite was closed however will never return

Excellent food and excellent staff

Just minutes from Cardiff city centre. It is worth visiting this cafeteria specializing in breakfast. They have a variety of shakes, smoothies and coffees. Also typical breakfasts, varieties of eggs and also sweets (pancakes and waffles). The atmosphere is calm and relaxed and the staff is very friendly, attentive and polite. Without a doubt a 100% recommended place.

This is by far my favourite place to have brunch in Cardiff!! I'm only living here for a few months so I had originally planned to try as many new places as I can but Cafe 37 won me over right away and I won't go anywhere else. The food is delicious (I highly recommend the eggs benny with smoked salmon!) and their smoothies are just as good. It's pretty cheap, service is fast, and the staff are so so friendly. I will miss this place a lot when I leave!! Please do yourself a favour and check it out!!

Your delivery guy has a terrible sense of direction. I thought they were provided with GPS but it seems not this guy as I could see him on the map going in completely the wrong direction and driving around Maindy for about 10 minutes before changing course and heading back in my direction. No idea why he didn't come directly to me.

It’s great for what it is:) Saw someone describe it as a hotel breakfast cafe and I think that is very accurate. Food: yeah okay, nothing to write home about, but you get what you pay for. Service: friendly staff, pay at counter

Ive ordered from here b4 and the overall experience was good, today the food was stone cold (cant be the length of time during delivery as last time it wasnt cold) items missing, extremely fatty bacon. £36 wasted. I dont know why today the quality was poor but for £36 i expect better

Your delivery driver has a terrible sense of direction. I enjoyed watching him on the map and had a laugh at the absurd roundabout route he took to get from the restaurant to mine.

They cancelled my last order unfortunately.

There are really many people here, and every diner is happy and chatting happily. The food materials are very good and the presentation is very beautiful. The male waiters are all very friendly and attentive.

Airways a winner coming here for a breakfast. My husband live the Cafe 37 special for only £9.85. I've recently discovered their omellettes. OMG the fluffiest, fullest ever. Good job guys.

The chips were cold and undercooked so still hard, instead of providing a sausage kids meal they put a single sausage inside the same box as a vegetarian meal which wasn't appreciated.

Really enjoyed my meal here. My date and I walked away satisfied with fond thoughts. Delicious french toast. Good bacon, okay pancakes, meh sausage.

Food nice, service poor, portions generous and price too high! Tasty sausages and nice thick cut bacon, fried egg nice but not runny as requested, tomatoes nice, beans okay (cheap not Heinz), potato slices okay and tomatoes nice. Waffles with strawberries were nice but not enough ice cream. Ordered at the counter and not once were we asked if everything was okay. Our table was only approached when by a staff member when they needed the menu. Nice generous portions but slightly overpriced. I would say £1 off everything would be better in this day and age.

We visited Cafe 37 for breakfast when we were staying in Cardiff city centre. We received a warm welcome & there were plenty of tables available. The food was brilliant! We ordered 2 full English breakfasts & pancakes that came with coffees or juices. The breakfasts were delicious & arrived hot. The portion sizes were generous & everything was well priced. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Cafe 37 for breakfast!

Wow! Two days in a row! Trust me, skip the hotel breakfast and go here. Food is fantastic and the most friendly & professional staff in the UK.

Café 37 has had a refurbishment since the last time I visited and it's fantastic, very stylish and nice to see the price's haven't increased to pay for it, excellent menu which caters for every taste, Café 37 now take card payment too

Imagine a hotel breakfast buffet. That's the best way I can describe Cafe 37. It's super cheap and you get huge portions but the food itself isn't the best tasting. It's not bad but it definitely won't blow you away. The restaurant itself is very cute ambience was well built with the music and signage on the walls. It's an order at counter type of restaurant from what I gathered so don't bother waiting for table service. The coffee was also the cheapest I've found in Cardiff so far for just £2.5 for a cappuccino. The venue was clean and the food came fast. Don't expect five star quality food but for the price it's definitely worth it. I spent £12.5 on my meal and it was huge.

Hotdog and chips were great the burger was inedible had been well over cooked dry and hard then chucked in the microwave to melt/burn the cheese and burger some more. The burger bap could of been used as a weapon it was that hard

We visited today for the first time since reopening. Excellent food, friendly staff, great service. A lot more spacious than it used to be, and very clean tables. Very good value for money, and they accept card payments. If you liked the old Cafe 37 you will love the new one. We will definitely be back 🙂

UPDATED MENU INCLUDED. Great value breakfast including build your own. Pancakes were perfectly fluffy and hasbrowns were flavourful and crispy.

Unbelievable quality! I was staying in travelodge above walkabout in city centre. On the 1st morning we had spoons but found this very inadequate after a heavy night out. The following morning, after another heavy night we decided to look online at what was available. Nothing was particularly close but cafe 37 was 0.8 miles away, after a short discussion as to whether or not the 25 minute walk would be worth it we decided to risk it for a chocolate biscuit and well, what a bloody fantastic decision it was, Arguably one of the best cafe breakfasts I've every had and should I return to Cardiff at any point ill certainly be back. So in a nut shell, don't even 2nd guess the walk! Just do it !

Delivery was almost an hour later than was scheduled, was left outside the wrong house and food was disgusting. Will not be ordering again

The food here was very good and cooked beautifully. Plenty of choice to accommodate for all. Needed to prompt for missing items which were quickly dealt with. My only gripe with this place is that it is too far away from my home town otherwise I would be a regular and get a lot fatter, maybe a blessing in disguise

Delicious! I had the create your own breakfast and loved it all! Great veggie food but have to admit the waffle was my favourite 😍 delivery was prompt and courteous.

My toast was pretty soggy from the butter & and I asked for dippy eggs and the yolks were cooked all the way through. It was an okay breakfast for the price.

Appalling breakfast. Everything was freezing cold, barring the mushrooms which were rock hard and undercooked. The bacon was stone cold, overcooked and hard. Not sure how anyone can rate this place 5*

Massive portions, the pancakes with bacon was belly bursting. The staff are lovely and the breakfast was good value, only one thing was the ketchup was a cheap version.

Ive ordered 2 veggie breakfast from deliveroo today, reason i order that is because I don't eat meat. But instead of that we got full breakfast all meat. I did tell deliveroo about it but our day didn't start great as it was waste of food. Gladly i did order on the side french toast Which it was ok... Frist time ordering here by the way..
