Cabana in Manchester

Stopped in mid-afternoon for lunch at Cabana Brasilian Barbecue. Decided on the burgers, as they advertised them as a specialty. The order took a long time to get to us and they did seem a bit in a disarray. Overall, food was good, price was on the higher side of "reasonable".

We were attracted in here by the atmosphere on the way to a concert in the arena. We expressed that we were in a bit of a rush and the staff really pulled out the stops to move us through. A tasty, hot meal arrived and we were well pleased.

Nice ambience and the cocktail we had was lovely and had plenty of alcohol in it! Nachos were barely lukewarm and weren't the best I've had. Disappointing overall.

Visited for lunch on a weekday. The place was quiet and the food arrived promptly. We had to go the bar to order food/drinks which was fine, but the gentleman behind the bar was not friendly in the slightest. He seemed to dislike customers and seemed irritated when anyone wanted to be served. I had the coconut and banana mocktail. It was made by the unhappy barman and was horrendous. Tasteless slush. It was advertised as having coconut shavings and other bits and bobs - nothing like that. A weak banana flavoured slush in a cup. Definitely not worth the £6 price tag! Worth £2 at best. Ordered the chicken coconut curry which tasted amazing but the portion is like a child's. For the £13 price tag I was very suprised and left still hungry. All in all not a great experience at all. EXTREMELY over priced for the quality and size of portions. Shame because the food is lovely, but I am unlikely to return.

Había escuchado cosas buenas sobre el restaurante, así que asistí con un amigo en un almuerzo tranquilo y soleado. El servicio del personal llegó como si los clientes fueran un obstáculo y, cuando pregunté si podía usar mi tarjeta de presentación, dijeron que teníamos que reservar una mesa con 24 horas de anticipación, lo que no se indica en la tarjeta de presentación. 24 horas antes. Justo lo suficiente, pero una envoltura, papas fritas y una Coca dietética tenía 17 años, caro para lo que es; Lamentablemente, todo sin sabor, aparte de la ensalada de col en la envoltura. Mi amigo dijo que su envoltura de pollo frito era mejor. No vale la pena el dinero y si una comida se describe como picante, espero algo de sabor al menos y no había nada que no importara ninguna especia o calor real.
