Had a lovely time here with 2 friends. The food was good value and very tasty and the milkshakes were amazing! We especially appreciated the option to have any burger made vegan. Our server Simone was an absolute star, going out of his way to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for us. Thanks for a brilliant lunch!

Excellent service, the waiter (Simone) completely attentive, at the table, to replenish our drinks, to offer desserts, in a courteous and appropriate way, the food warm and on time at the table, the bathrooms impeccable, the lighting and atmosphere very good , I advise you to try the clucky chicken burger dipped in buffalo sauce 100% recommended restaurant

Called the restaurant to ask why the option of adding an additional patty wasn’t available …couldn’t get no answer but “sorry “ the waitress was helpful and polite, the so called ( floor supervizor) manager who she passed me to talked to was no help at all. Waited for the food to be made for at least 1h, had to call again and ask what’s going on, and off-course the food arrived cold and soggy after more then 1:30h of waiting.

Je n'ai pas goûté les hamburgers mais ceux que j'ai vu passer semblaient délicieux. J'ai goûté 2 sides (Mac&cheese) et onion rings. Portions très généreuse et bonne. Le milkshake était délicieux. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Service amical et efficace !

Friendliest staff, accommodating to your needs and genuinely care about allergies. Had a traditional cheese burger and a grilled chicken burger with bottomless fries. Fairly priced for this area! Great for a quick dinner nearby the station.

After a busy day visiting the Natural History Museum we headed for food...! We hadn't booked and found ourselves in Byron. We were with friends who had a pram so we needed somewhere where we could (a) actually get through the door (b) had space to have the pram quite near. We were greeted quickly as we entered and ushered straight to a table large enough for what we needed, with space as required. Menu is fairly simple - it's mostly (but not all) burgers. Child 1 went for macaroni cheese, which was a surprise, and it was a hit! Child 2 went for chicken burger, not as much of a hit as she decided she didn't like the coating - but I tried it and it was quite nice! Thankfully she filled up on fries and my Milkshake. My meal was the BRex burger which was really nice, could of happily had a couple of those, meals came with fries (which we were told was free with the burgers on that particular day - yay!) Meal could have been quite expensive if the fries had not been free - and my only annoyance was that we found out when paying bill that it was bottomless fries (I had sacrificed mine to my children...!) Still it was all quite nice! Service was good from beginning to end, kids given colouring crayons for their menus, and a quick turn around for drinks (and additional drinks!) Also got the much required tomato ketchup for children which in some places turns up half way through the meal (but not here!) We were all pretty happy with our choice of restaurant - we would certainly visit again...!

What a great experience, really enjoyed the buffalo wings and the c-rex. And the service !?! Just amazing Simone was simply amazing in suggesting and make us feel like at home .. we will definitely be back.

The burger I ordered was extremely filling! Alexandra assisted us with our orders and she should be the employee of the year! Great customer service and a great welcome for first timers! All the staff seemed lovely and we loved the leather seatong we were given. 10/10

One of the nicest branches of Byron that I’ve been to. Valerie was our waitress and she was probably the most attentive waitress I’ve seen especially as I have years of experience in the f&b world too, she was so cheerful and polite and very fast attending all the other tables! She definitely needs a promotion or would be a great example to training new staff in the future! Thank you to the team!

I absolutely recommend this restaurant wholeheartedly. We had a lovely time on New Year’s Eve. We came as a large party and all of the staff were incredibly accommodating because several of us had dietary requirements. They were friendly to the children and helpful. The food was delicious and the service was quick. Which is brilliant when you have hungry kids! I particularly recommend Valerie. We were lucky enough to have her as our server and she was friendly, Had a wonderful sense of humour and a high degree of empathy. She really made the meal for me! definitely book yourself in for a Byron burger!!

Endroit complètement surcoté ! Les burgers ne sont tout simplement pas bon. La viande ne vient pas de morceaux nobles et est complètement surcuite et très sèche. La sauce quasiment absente. Les frites sont congelées. Et les sauces d’accompagnement proviennent de Heinz. Aucune recherche particulière : c’est un empilement d’ingrédients crus sans travail. Le service est correct.

5 of us came to eat at Byron and had such a lovely experience from the second we sat down. We was greeted by a lovely funny and chirpy Valerie who nailed the order and kept popping back to see if we was ok. The food was absolutely amazing, I had the plant based B-rex burger and it was packed and dripping with flavour. Everybody at the table was extremely happy with their meal. An all round enjoyable experience and if I ever pass by again I wouldn't hesitate to drop in. Byron, take note.... Valerie is a keeper.

Awful attention. They missed part of my picking up order, and when I called them asking for a solution gave none, suggesting to call the help center on the website.

Went here for lunch after spending the day at the museum. My burger (Halloween) was mediocre, meat was ok but the hashbrown was soggy and the sauces were Heinz. Definitely not impressed considering the price tag. My son's (children cheeseburger) was quite bad, the meat didn't taste very nice and there were no sauces. Service was the only good point, very friendly waitress.

Popped in for a half-term lunch with our 15 year old son. We’ve been to Byron a few times so knew what to expect food-wise and this branch did not disappoint. Good burgers, hot and cooked just right. But we have to say a big thanks to our server, Valerie, who was awesome. Really welcoming and great fun. She made this visit extra special and a good laugh. Recommended!

Cibo insipido, il menù per bambini comprendeva un panino, patatine e succo di frutta (2 gusti) o latte. L’ hamburger del bimbo era bruciato, i succhi non li avevano, solo il latte ( ma chi beve il latte con l’hamburger?!?) ed allora abbiamo chiesto l’acqua, che abbiamo pagato a parte perché non era compresa nel menù, come dipendesse da noi il fatto che non avevano i succhi di frutta. Ma la sorpresa più bella arriva con il conto: il 10% di mancia che arbitrariamente avevano aggiunto al conto. Abbiamo speso 50 sterline (€57,77) per un menù bambini ( prezzo £5.95), 2 hamburger, 2 patatine, 1 acqua ed una birra

Cadena de hamburguesas muy conocida en Londres. Me animé a probar uno de sus nuevos menú de medio día y la verdad es que me pareció de una gran calidad/precio. La carne es buena, se nota desde el primer bocado. Las patatas fritas están súper ricas también. También puedes pedirte un batido gigantesco para acompañarla al más puro estilo americando. Recomiendo el de chocolate y menta. Los locales son muy cómodos y el servicio es súper atento y rápido.

Byron -old Brompton rd. Is from yesterday night my personal favourite Byron ever. The food has been cooked with love and attention and I think its staff is amazing. I would love to thanks again in particular the amazing Valerie. A precious waitress that should be treasured. But all of the guys have been amazing. The only thing that disappointed us is that it has not been possible to leave them any tips , and I think it is very unfair because the cost of the service didn't do justice to the amazing service.

Anya, Valerie and Ola are amazing. We came to celebrate a few family occasions and they couldn’t have been more friendly and thoughtful. We can’t wait to come back!!!

Great food but bad service! the servers had no idea about whats vegetarian and vegan and took my intolerances lightly.

So glad I found this chain again. I'm gluten free and was struggling to find a decent meal after where I had planned to go was out of gf buns. Food was great and the service really quick. Freshly made chips etc and a nice atmosphere.

Valerie is an absolute legend, brilliant energy and an asset to the company.

Good lunch, good food, £7.50 lunch deal is great value for eat in. I didn’t leave a tip as I don’t think it’s necessary for such a quick lunch but Nikita was a great waitress

I used to love Byron and had previously been to the SK branch many years ago. Alas, it was my first visit to this Byron in years and I was very disappointed. Firstly, the waitress, while polite, was very distracted. I was sat down without being handed a menu, and after not being given one for about 5 mins and despite constant attempts to catch gaze with the manager or said waitress, I eventually had to vocally request the menu. The manager misheard me and asked me whether I wanted the bill. However, he too, was very dismissive and not in the slightest bit apologetic in his mannerisms upon realising that I had been sitting there this long and had yet to be handed a menu. He almost came across as arrogant. Finally, the food arrives! I had ordered the chilli burger, which has recently made a return as one of their specials; however, in the past, this burger was my favorite and go-to item and it had always been much juicier and tastier. Unfortunately, on this occasion, it was bland and dry and I did not enjoy it in the slightest. I hope the issues are confined to this specific branch, as opposed to the entire chain going downhill, as I used to like Byron. This was not a pleasant experience both in terms of service and food.
