To be fair, we paid 5€ on top of the price for eating in, while they didn’t even gave as the chance to take away. They directly charged us the price to eat in. EACH SINGLE ITEM HAS A EAT IN PRICE. The Sandwich has 1,5€ ON TOP OF THE PRICE for eating in!! That’s corny… Worst ambience ever, traffic outside, tables not clean, machines sound very loud. They didn’t even gave us an eating tray. Ridiculous to charge SO much on top of the price to eat in on a place that is NO comfortable!! Food really standard, nothing outstanding.

A very friendly restaurant, they are very energetic, come here for breakfast, their energy will make you happy all day long. The other one should be his store manager, who just greets people with a smile.

Staff more interested in talking to each other and on their phones , no greeting , given a take out cup and had to ask for the table to be cleaned

Amazing bakery. Croamssaints and pain au chocolat were sublime. Sandwiches are very good too well worth a visit if in the area.

One star becuase they keep putting the bread out on the shelf without any covering - so people just cough, sneeze, and fart all over the “fresh” produce. Move the bread away, behind the counter!

Everything here was great. Quick and good service, tasty breakfast and lovely atmosphere.

Visited on 2nd November for breakfast, whilst the baguettes and pastries were of high quality the service from the server was not, very curt in her approach to customers and seemed not wanting to be there, the other server had far better customer service skills

Another Paul (this time Paul Gloucester Road) another disappointing latte & Flat white. No coffee aroma on neither of the coffee we ordered because it was not made to perfection the way it meant to be made. Paul must be franchising, otherwise, why on earth the quality is dropping. For the sake of the business please train your team the art of coffee making.

It stinks to high heaven of frying oil in here. In addition, the table and chair were cleared away in front of me at 6 p.m. on Sunday after I said I wanted to go to the toilet quickly and then have a coffee outside. What's that supposed to mean? The young guy who was on duty today probably had something to clean in the shop and it is clear that it is open until 7 p.m. Why is the terrace cleared at 6 p.m.?

Visited here this week for the first time, staff were decent and the food was amazing. Coffee was also pretty good. Will look to visit again in the future!

Coffee milk was burnt and the americanos was weak and boiling hot. Food was nice though.

Fantastic drinks, pastry wasn't warm and the service was cold. The hot chocolate was really dark and sweet which was great. Raspberry macron frappe was also very sweet and unique. The pastry was unfortunately cold but still tasty. Service was too quiet and forgot to charge or give us the pastry and wasn't happy to give recommendations on non-coffee drinks. Chairs wobbly too, situated besides a high traffic road.

Flat white was good, and we got a table at 9am, which is probably a credit to the area. Two croque monsieurs were stone cold though despite going through the motions with a reheating grill… toilet was pretty untidy too, and the staff not overly interested in taking an order.

Went to get few tartelettes this afternoon. Lemon is still not my favorite but it has a new taste now. Thank you for the great customer service 🤍

Came here for a meal with family before a show at the Royal Albert Hall. Restaurant is quite small inside but we got seated quickly. The waitress was really nice and polite when serving us. The burgers were great and there was loads of sweet potato fries, mmmmmm

Toutefois les frites accompagnant le burger étaient industrielles et trop cuite. Peut être les frites en option sont de meilleures qualités ?

Excellent food. I ordered a classic burger: meat, cheese, a slice of tomato and some ketchup. It was so yummy. The taste was delicious, especially the tomato was so fresh and rich. Plus the staff was super kind.

Io e i miei colleghi ci siamo fermati in questo ristorante per cena. Serve gustosi piatti focalizzati soprattutto sugli hamburger. Abbiamo optato per delle polpettine di formaggio e alette di pollo come antipasto poi abbiamo preso degli a hamburger con patatine e insalata. Io ho deciso di provare il nuovo hamburger 'truffler' vegano che mi ha soddisfatto davvero tanto per la leggerezza e gusto! I camerieri sono stati simpaticissimi e professionali!

My daughters and I just returned from a visit to London, and we stayed near the Gloucester Road Bryon. We ended up eating here twice during our stay, largely because my girls are picky eaters and both agreed on Byron (so thanks for that--getting them to agree on food can be a challenge!).Our waitress both times was lovely--she was very busy on both occasions, dealing with a packed restaurant largely on her own but she was efficient and friendly. I wish I'd remembered her name, as she deserves recognition for her hard work.

This is a no-frills burger place with quite an extensive menu. The quality of the dishes, however, is merely mediocre. The truffle burger I had had obviously never seen a real truffle but was seasoned with some artificial flavouring. The chips were soggy. The cider, however, was quite good.

Food was okay, pricier than alternatives in the area. Servers very pushy in trying to sell you more food. Don't be surprised if you see extras on your bill.

Buona la qualità degli hamburger con prezzi che vanno dalle 8 alle 13 sterline.Ottima la Byron (in lattina) lager leggera che si accompagna ottimamente con il panino.Arredamento un poco datato e locale con circa 30 coperti, ottima scelta per chi vuole mangiare un buon panino senza troppo pretese.Lo consiglio

The bun on my chicken burger was stale and dry. It was really hard around the edges. The waitress said they weren't frozen then defrosted when I asked her. The bread is definitely not fresh. She apologised but that was about it. There is a very strong smell of rancid cooking oil when you walk in like they don't change their oil regularly enough. This is not the first time I've experienced this problem as the buns were stale at the South Kensington branch also. Both restaurants need a good spring clean also, especially the South Kensington Branch on Old Brompton Road which is very grubby. Especially the tables and floor which are very sticky.

Обслуживание было приятным, хотя само помещение не очень уютное. В туалете не работал писсуар, при нас мастер ремонтировал дверь и она почти все время была открыта нараспашку, что было не очень приятно. Еда обычная фастфудовская, неплохая и нехорошая, обычная. В общем и целом - зашли, перекусили, ушли и забыли. Стоит отметить, что в центре видели заведения этой же сети куда как более привлекательные и свежие. Так что если хотите бургеры от BYRON можно найти и более симпатичное местечко этой сети

Stopped in here for a burger as we were staying in the local area. Starters came very quickly, and the mac and cheese balls were a big hit. Main course came out a little late meaning the fries had sat for a number of minutes and weren’t as hot as possible. Staff were attentive and friendly, although easily distracted every time a deliveroo driver turned up every 5 mins

Nut! Wow, talk about a ambience, I was immediately blown away by the tremendous smell of food. I enjoy eating food thoroughly. It tastes good and provides me with energy. 5 sstars?!

Stayed at a nearby hotel so we tried the smashed avocado burger and fries. Take away was quick;however, the burger was really dry and not flavorful. Definitely would not recommend.

The waitress was amazing, so friendly and seemed to take a genuine interest in making sure we had everything (actually, it's a shame she didn't have a name badge).The mains came quickly and were delicious, and then desserts and coffee came just as quick. I definitely recommend this restaurant!

I visited here on a solo trip and there was nothing about the experience I wish to repeat. I can see why the chain is in trouble. I ordered a double cheese burger without pickles. The waitress repeated this when my burger was brought to me. I bit into my burger. What was on it???Pickles. Why bother complaining when the waiting staff aren’t taking the customer seriously. Sadly the burger was the same quality as Burger King, but three times the price. Absolutely awful. Will not be back.

Must try this burger when in London. They make proper delicious burgers. The place is casual and prices are reasonable. All in all, it is always a pleasure to return. I would suggest smaller salad and appetizer options for solo visitors.

Been in this tiny Byron couple of times, not necessary because we love burgers, but because we love the people working there! I been there on Friday night, they been busy, and the blond girl(guess manager) (Naiomi?)she had such a great connection with all customer. In one point she and another waiter, blond as well, they been laughing on something, probably for all the people they were coming in and sitting down without saying anything, .Was really nice to see that people are happy on a busy runny shift. Food was great, they suggested haloumi fries and we loved it. This is our favourite Byron, food is always great and staff always cheerful and smiling.

И, что редкость для Лондона, действительно вкусный картофель фри к нему. Дополнительных соусов в изобилии, съели, не успев оглянуться. Из пожеланий - подтянуть чистоту до отличной, сейчас она просто хорошая.

Went there with my family and we didn't have a lot of money, we got tricked because of a campaign they had. Long story short, we thought we were ordering two burgers for 13 pounds and I phrased it: "this for the two of us" and the waitress, who was very nice btw, assumed, and correctly, that we both wanted that unexpectably expensive menu. My Mother even ordered cups of water to drink because like i said, we were on a budget.Turned out to be the best disappointment, because the burger that i had was worth the 40 pound tab. When i come back to London I'm definitely coming back to Byron's.I even took a picture of the street, Door, Door Number, surroundings, and a screenshot of Google Maps. All that because i wanted to guarantee that i would be back!

Restaurante super aconchegante, uma hamburgueria bem tradicional, comida saborosa e o atendimento muito bom, todos são muito atenciosos, fica bem localizado em frente a estação de metrô, muito fácil de chegar, vale a pena!

I tried it 4 years ago and now it is same burger quality with added new items. The place is small but good and The server was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our meals and i like the hallomi fingers was very tasty.

I had a chicken sandwich with bacon and provolone and my daughter had a bacon cheeseburger. Both were very good. The service was a little frenetic but the disposition of the servers was very warm and friendly. Overall, it was a good experience.

Starving and exhausted from our journey, we were happy to find Byron near our hotel. Light on atmosphere and heavy on taste, burgers and fries were perfect and the shakes were top notch. We ate a different Byron around the city several more times on our vacation and every one was consistently delicious with great service.

My burger was very good and was served fast. They give you a good amount of fries and they were good as well. Milkshake tasted weirdly like Nesquik chocolate milk, but still yummy.

Called after the tennis, for a bite to eat Plenty of choice I went for the chicken grilled option very tasty plenty of chicken .My husband went for the burger stack again plenty on plate . Served piping hot . It’s s no frills kinda place but staff are exceptionally friendly and it’s clean and comfortable. Don’t be put off by the small shop front there is plenty of room inside and you can make reservations . We liked it so much we went again the next evening

Es un pasillo con mesas a cada lado. Estrecho, normalmente abarrotado. El servicio fue bastante bueno teniendo en cuenta la prisa a la hora del almuerzo. Los precios son promedio, $8 - $12 por una hamburguesa básico, más si te gusta adicionales coberturas y sabores. Tienen artículos vegetarianos, entrantes, ensaladas y sándwiches de pollo. Mi hamburguesa y patatas fritas básico era excelente, me cuatro estrellas en vez de cinco para asientos estrechos.

Tranquilo, posiblemente el peor Byron en Londres.Quiero probar el Beenik Vegano hamburguesa, pero el personal era tener un mal día.Una mesa de 4 se negó a comer sus hamburguesas después de encontrar de metal en una de las empanadas y, mientras estaban ordenando ese problema, nuestra comida era sentarse bajo una lámpara de calor va frío. Pasaron 15 minutos que todavía estaba allí (yo estaba lo suficientemente cerca para verlo) y luego fue entregado congelada. Nos enviaron de vuelta inmediatamente. Encontramos Byron en húmedo el domingo y nos alegramos de haberlo hecho. Que desean un almuerzo rápido y un lugar fuera de la lluvia nos resultamos ganamos. Ambos tuvimos la clásica Hamburguesa con queso azul y estamos de acuerdo en que era la mejor hamburguesa que he comido por un largo tiempo. Las patatas fritas eran igualmente excelente y una sola porción era amplio para compartir. El servicio era amable y rápido. Disfrutamos de un batido de banana como para llevar como la hamburguesa más que satisfactorio. No dulce como encontrarse en otro lugar. En general, una experiencia muy positiva.

Um restaurante bem agradável, esperamos dez minutos para conseguir uma mesa, apesar de ser pequeno o local tem rotatividade de pessoas. O Hambúrguer é maravilhoso, vale a pena comer.

We had a long day of travel and got back to the Montana Hotel late in the evening. Most places to eat were closed. We stepped into the Byron hoping we could get something to go as they were getting ready to close. Unlike other restaurants responses, they were willing to take our order to go.The avocado burger was delicious. My wife's burger was done perfectly. The fries were a wonderfully seasoned delight with a generous serving.Thank you, Byron, for saving our day with a delicious meal!!

Dimos con este local dado que está por la zona de nuestro hotel, y fue un acierto total. El horario se adapta a los turistas ya que abre hasta las 23-23.30 h y las hamburguesas están deliciosas(Recomiendo la B-Rex sobre todo). Además todo el personal es super atento y amable. Muy recomendable.
