I ordered a toastie and a tuna melt and it took over an hour and a half I called back up and was spoken to quite rude and got told on the phone it had taken that long because of traffic on a Sunday?? And said they were only starting to cook the food when I rang up after an hour do not go!!

Food is very nice but times are very confusing as it says open till 5pm but I often find it is closed much earlier and on random days. Really wanted to order today and then it was closed?

I have had one steak sandwich from this establishment, just the greasy filthy look of the servers and people behind the counter should have warned me of the forthcoming stomach ache. Never again.

Ordered from here late 2015 via the just eat app...Food arrived 40 minutes AFTER the expected time of 40mins but this was t the issue...The full breakfast that I ordered for hubby was Luke warm...colder than you'd heat baby food. It needed 3 minutes in the microwave to get it hot enough to eat, but by then the bacon and egg was overdone and tough (we did request lightly done bacon and runny egg - fair dues, it came like that, but after having to reheat it was then dead!)Rang them as soon as I opened my sons jacket with beans and cheese to find that Luke warm, my daughters jacket which was cold but knew the cold tuna mayo wouldn't of helped that, but the potato was old and brown :-(My cheese panini seemed like the cheese was melted in the microwave onto the bread, so it had soaked right in and was non-existent leaving it dry and rubbery as it had cooled down.When I phoned after two bites of mine, what seemed like a young girl answered - she either wasn't used to answering the phone or was a teenager. I explained how it was stone cold and she told me there was 6 (yes SIX!!) deliveries when mine came out and mine "must of been the last one"...as if that was an acceptable excuse She offered to make the food again but by this point we had waited 80minutes for cold food so how long would it be for hot - plus we were starving and spent £15 on cold food that we needed to now get elsewhere - I kindly explained that everything that was wrong (not just 1 thing), that is rather have a refund if possible. She said "yes we will refund you...bye...". I managed to catch her before she put the phone down to ask how they would refund it as I wasn't sure how it worked via just eat...she just said "we will refund it now" and hung up...!I wasn't happy that she hung up on me so I phoned just eat and the advisor apologised and said he would ring the restaurant and get back to me...For one reason or another my phone didn't ring but I got a voicemail from just eat saying to ring the restaurant to get the refund...I rang back as instructed and a man answered the phone, and when I explained who I was he instantly got aggressive and started talking about how "just eat give a standard time of 40mins for deliveries, but it can be longer as it doesn't take into account how busy we are..."...I managed to stop him and explain that it wasn't the time it took to be delivered that was the issue. He sounded put-out and started getting really sarky with me...after I asked him how they would refund me he told me (again rudely) that because I paid by card they can't give me a cash refund (I didn't expect them to), and I'd have to wait 7-10 days as they don't get the money off just eat and then it takes time to sort etc. I told him that as a business they should have funds to reverse the card payment to keep the customer happy, and that just eat told me that the business can give me "just eat credit" that I can use anywhere, and it's instant so I'm happy to do that. He then said "we will refund!!!" And put the phone down...!I am still awaiting my refund - I'm not sure if they've blocked my phone number but each time I've tried to ring to chase it up, they don't answer...Shocking food, shocking service, incredibly rude and really not worth the money to be treated badly.I've always worked in catering etc and customer service is always number one priority. You make sure that no matter what the complaint, that the customer leaves happy...not this place!

Absolutely disgraceful I went in with some mates we waited 2 hours for food which turned up stone cold. Getting a pint was near impossible as all the staff kept disappearing into the cellar for small periods of time and when the staff were on the bar they were extremely rude and disrespectful especially the lady with all the tattoos and the blonde Irish one. There was a girl in her school uniform drinking vk's at the bar. This was the worst resteraunt experience I've ever had it's a real shame that this place has to ruin the south road experience. I will definitely not be going back again

surprisingly impressed subs where very good ,service and drinks where great slight downside is that the place is starting show its age which is probably due to it being so good and busy prices have gone up but keep an eye out for offers!!

Worst service I have faced, staff don’t have manners how to talk with their customers, they are very rude with customers and I willl never visit the Londos again. Really worst service.
