Absolutely delicious chicken: tender and succulent with just the right green sauce. The couscous was also tasty: fragrant and hot. Service was unobtrusive and efficient, and the whole thing was very reasonably priced. Full marks!

This was the worst service I have ever experienced throughout my time in London. The staff are rude, the service is slow and the food is overpriced. They have a very strange policy about not letting customers with coffee sit in the back part of the restaurant and are very rude to customers who sit in the wrong part (there is also no signs indicating this). A friend who left early paid her portion of the bill and when when the rest of the table went to pay at the end they claimed she had not been paid at all (she had a receipt) and were very rude and short when we were trying to resolve this. I would avoid this establishment at all costs and spend your money somewhere with better service.

Seemed a tasty, but limited menu. Ordered the Caesar salad...over 45 minute wait. The bread never came. Not a good stop for a quick lunch.

Burr and Co went out of their way to make our London University 25 year celebration lunch a real success. Reservation system was great with Alessandra looking after us well. Food was great and Francesca made sure everything served up in double quick time as some people had a conference to attend in the afternoon. Thanks Burr & Co.

A great improvement since my last visit. The tables have been rearranged and are much better (previously they were on top of each other.) The staff seem to be more on the ball, my order was perfect. I’ll definitely be coming back.

As part of the Principal Hotel I guess I expected more. I have been here on 2 occasions within the last month and ordered earl grey tea. Both times I was served ordinary tea. Staff seem to be going through the motions and unsure of what they are doing. The food selection wasn’t huge and tables are too close together I ended feeling I was involved in someone’s business meeting. On a positive note the croissants and sandwiches are good (although there was no offer to heat my ham and cheese croissant if I wanted) The surroundings are lovely and there appears to be another section which served full cooked breakfasts although it wasn’t clear if this was part of the hotel. Hopefully it’s just teething problems.

Went there to try and get a convenient breakfast without having to walk too far. The coffee was cold somehow? And the food was that bad you could get better food on an aeroplane

Daylight robbery. Spent £7 on a terrible small sandwich that bore no resemblance whatsoever to the menu description. I was still hungry so needed to go to Greggs to buy an egg sandwich for £2.80, whic

Love the staff and the outdoor space. Really good coffee, great shabshuka and even better sandwiches. A staple of Belsizes village
