BÜRGSHAKE® in Southampton

This burger resotred my faith in humanity, I donated to children and stopped the war in Ukraine. However, the doritos in my burger were sub par and I expected a more firm, dense and quality product. Delivery OK Mohammed was good.

Saturday Takeaway treat ruined. Food Arrived Stone Cold & lacked any flavour. Burgers were soggy, chicken dry and chips were cold. Most was wasted as it wasn't appetising and went in the bin. Burgshake hasn't been inspected by the FSA yet, judging by the cold poor quality food it won't be very high. We won't use them again, try somewhere else.

Food didn't arrive. Called the restaurant for an update as the JustEat driver wouldn't deliver my food. He advised me to speak to JustEat but was more than happy to take £44 for no food.

The food was so delicious but the milkshakes were a little difficult to drink. Other than that I’d definitely recommend getting something from here.

The food generally tasted amazing! All the food was nice and hot and the Curley fries still had a bit of crunch not all soggy and sad. Whatever this place is doing it works and is flipping insane! The spicy chicken burger was out of this world and my partner had the vegas one which was equally incredible. Thank you from our hearts for making our hospital stay a little less sad.

This small place next to clockwork has a good variety of dishes for low prices but the quality is good! The pink interior is vibrant but the lighting is typical of a takeout place which doesn’t make you want to sit here and eat as it’s a bit bright. However the food did not disappoint. They have a range of sauces: lemon and herb, peri peri etc. the Queen Bee fries have two sauces and the chips are of a crinkle shape which is a throwback. Overall nice cheat day food.

The burgers & fries are incredible! I asked for no salad on my burger which the restaurant honoured. The courier was very polite and asked for the security code (before opening the bag), which we very much appreciate.

Our order arrived fresh and warm. Smash it and cheese burger were amazing. I totally recommend them for meat lovers. The fried chicken burgers were toooo spicy for us. We couldn’t eat them. I wish there was something about the spice level in the description of the burger.

Best burger I have had in a long time. My 4 year old can be fussy at times but devoured his cheeky slider with all the salad it contained, not picking anything out! I would travel to go there again even though we are not local.

decent Burgers and quality good. lacking quality slightly on sides delivery, maybe change packaging for fries as they were cold and soggy and think one burger was wrong as very spicy for normal cheeseburger but still tasty just didn't fancy chili but ate it and enjoyed it.

Burger was squished to the size of a small orange,milkshake was delivered on its side so it was heavily leaking,milkshake also doesn’t taste of anything nor represent the picture in anyway!

Food was quality, made fresh. The cheeseburger that I had was very flavourful made with 2 smashed patties. The curly fries 🍟 were perfect. It's a nice touch that they stock ethical drinks. Whilst service was slow the customer experience was spot on. Staff apologised for delays and asked about our food.

Ordered chickster and they delivered burg-her and 2 of the burgers were spicy even though it did not specify spice and we could not eat one of the burgers due to this, and the crinkle chips tasted dry

Whenever I travel, I always look for the tastiest burger and milkshake in town. Got the cowburger, curly fries, and Richie Rich milkshake. They were all decent, not super flavourful, but funky location to dine in. About 3.5 stars for flavour overall.

Food was amazing but there is a wait and we were the only ones in there on a Sunday afternoon so god know how it would be when busy! Is worth the wait though

Collected a takeaway , place looked spotless. Ordered a burger meal deal and added an extra pattie and a milkshake, all very tasty. Only gripes were fries nearly cold and the portion sizes weren't great , especially the milkshake which was pretty small fir the price. Burger was very tasty, but again not very big . All in all , I did enjoy it and would come again .

Enjoyed the food, but was very disappointed that my daughters burger was missing. When we phoned to enquire, the girl tried to help, but the kitchen staff were very dismissive, saying they made it so we must have it. I DO NOT appreciate my daughter being accused of lying.

The beef burger is better than McDonalds in every aspect apart from the sauce. For some reason the sauce is barely noticeable, and lacks the destinct taste of Bigmac sauce, Big Tasty sauce, or classic Ketchup and Mustard. So basically if the Burgshake will steal the Bigtasty sauce from MacDonalds and load their burgers with it generously, they hav a fighting chance, otherwise the burger tastes very normal and uninspiring. So yeah, a sauce can either make or break the burger. The curly fries are perfect tho, crispy and nicely seasoned.

Burgers never disappoint and the peri peri chicken strips are to die for! Our go to burger takeaway!

Such an amazing place with very friendly staff and most importantly the food was too delicious! We had the cheeseburg which was so goood! And the dessert (milkshake and waffles) was so mouth watering and the price for everything is reasonable. 10/10 Highly recommend this place

Cheese burger was bloody lovely.

Ordered of Uber eats and took just under an hour to arrive and when it did it was horrible. The burger buns was soggy like they had been dipped in water and the chips were chewy. Totally un eatable will not be ordering from here again. Very bad. This was the Bournemouth branch

I can only speak to the quality of the food, as we got dinner delivered via deliveroo, but I will say it wasn’t around long enough to get a picture!!! Never tried it before but I had a cheeseburger with some Mac and cheese bites, plus a berry milkshake! Absolutely to die for!!!

The milkshakes here are to die for, especially Ferrero Rocher one 👌 Burgers are pretty tasty too, a tiny bit on the spicy side. I had "burg-her".

The best tasting food I've ever had, great service and always as fast as they can be when times are busy. Never disappointed! Been in there a couple of times and the staff were very potile too, food still amazing!

Lovely burger place, and they sought feedback about their food, where they may improve if any improvements may be needed. I guess that's why there were many food delivery guys at the place, Uber Eats et al.

Been here a few times, great spicy take on traditional burgers, shout-out to Yassir who always gives top-tier service. Have to say the wings are the best I've had in a long time, tried both the peri peri and lemon herb, lemon and herb were amazing

Don't order here if you're hungry , said it would take 10 minutes and was like 35 mins for a burger and chips . And it was dead , nearly ordered from the Christmas menu it took so long 😫 Gave an extra star as they had Irn Bru. Milkshakes are sub par but decent price 👌 Food was alright but you can get a mackies for less and it blows it out the water.

The burgers tasted so nice; the patties were crisp, flavourful and "muy delicioso".

Much of what Burgshake is attempting is laudable and fresh. The food is good, tasty and prepared in a kitchen that is clearly well organised and visible from the restaurant. I didn't have a shake but my basic smashed it burger was very tasty and had a good amount of salad and condiments applied. £6.99 is borderline steep but it's worth it to get a gourmet burger (rather than a generic MacD or whatever). My only complaint is the brightness of the white neon strips in the walls and ceiling, they need to go down by about 20% at least otherwise they make the vibe too Blade Runner for comfort.

First time ordering from here and won't be my last. enjoyed every succulent bite

Chicken was really hard and chewy but the taste was good

I never write reviews however I had to for this place. Let me start off with how clean and tidy this place is, tables, chairs, floor and trays were spotless. Food was on point and delicious. The staff were so helpful and made my food as I requested (I'm a difficult and picky customer). What really impressed me was there was no coke or Pepsi (for those who know, know). This is my new favourite place!! Keep up the good work guys!!!

Me and my boyfriend are honestly obsessed with this place and since we ordered our first delivery to has become a regular choice for us. The burgers remind me of 5 guys but of less money, they are honestly 10/10. The milkshakes are insane and the waffles wowwww so good, and you have the option of ordering a half portion which I really appreciate. If you haven't tried yet defiantly do because its insane!
