Food was amazing but there is a wait and we were the only ones in there on a Sunday afternoon so god know how it would be when busy! Is worth the wait though

Collected a takeaway , place looked spotless. Ordered a burger meal deal and added an extra pattie and a milkshake, all very tasty. Only gripes were fries nearly cold and the portion sizes weren't great , especially the milkshake which was pretty small fir the price. Burger was very tasty, but again not very big . All in all , I did enjoy it and would come again .

Food is very good. Service could be better food takes a while. Not much of an atmosphere.

Honestly, one of the best burgers or if not the best burger in Southampton polite staff and reasonable priced Queen bee crinkled fries to be exact unbelievable full of flavour smashed cheeseburger really good

Enjoyed the food, but was very disappointed that my daughters burger was missing. When we phoned to enquire, the girl tried to help, but the kitchen staff were very dismissive, saying they made it so we must have it. I DO NOT appreciate my daughter being accused of lying.

The beef burger is better than McDonalds in every aspect apart from the sauce. For some reason the sauce is barely noticeable, and lacks the destinct taste of Bigmac sauce, Big Tasty sauce, or classic Ketchup and Mustard. So basically if the Burgshake will steal the Bigtasty sauce from MacDonalds and load their burgers with it generously, they hav a fighting chance, otherwise the burger tastes very normal and uninspiring. So yeah, a sauce can either make or break the burger. The curly fries are perfect tho, crispy and nicely seasoned.

Burgers never disappoint and the peri peri chicken strips are to die for! Our go to burger takeaway!

Such an amazing place with very friendly staff and most importantly the food was too delicious! We had the cheeseburg which was so goood! And the dessert (milkshake and waffles) was so mouth watering and the price for everything is reasonable. 10/10 Highly recommend this place

Cheese burger was bloody lovely.

Ordered of Uber eats and took just under an hour to arrive and when it did it was horrible. The burger buns was soggy like they had been dipped in water and the chips were chewy. Totally un eatable will not be ordering from here again. Very bad. This was the Bournemouth branch

I can only speak to the quality of the food, as we got dinner delivered via deliveroo, but I will say it wasn’t around long enough to get a picture!!! Never tried it before but I had a cheeseburger with some Mac and cheese bites, plus a berry milkshake! Absolutely to die for!!!

The milkshakes here are to die for, especially Ferrero Rocher one 👌 Burgers are pretty tasty too, a tiny bit on the spicy side. I had "burg-her".

The best tasting food I've ever had, great service and always as fast as they can be when times are busy. Never disappointed! Been in there a couple of times and the staff were very potile too, food still amazing!

Lovely burger place, and they sought feedback about their food, where they may improve if any improvements may be needed. I guess that's why there were many food delivery guys at the place, Uber Eats et al.

Don't order here if you're hungry , said it would take 10 minutes and was like 35 mins for a burger and chips . And it was dead , nearly ordered from the Christmas menu it took so long 😫 Gave an extra star as they had Irn Bru. Milkshakes are sub par but decent price 👌 Food was alright but you can get a mackies for less and it blows it out the water.

The burgers tasted so nice; the patties were crisp, flavourful and "muy delicioso".

Much of what Burgshake is attempting is laudable and fresh. The food is good, tasty and prepared in a kitchen that is clearly well organised and visible from the restaurant. I didn't have a shake but my basic smashed it burger was very tasty and had a good amount of salad and condiments applied. £6.99 is borderline steep but it's worth it to get a gourmet burger (rather than a generic MacD or whatever). My only complaint is the brightness of the white neon strips in the walls and ceiling, they need to go down by about 20% at least otherwise they make the vibe too Blade Runner for comfort.

Chicken was really hard and chewy but the taste was good

I never write reviews however I had to for this place. Let me start off with how clean and tidy this place is, tables, chairs, floor and trays were spotless. Food was on point and delicious. The staff were so helpful and made my food as I requested (I'm a difficult and picky customer). What really impressed me was there was no coke or Pepsi (for those who know, know). This is my new favourite place!! Keep up the good work guys!!!

Me and my boyfriend are honestly obsessed with this place and since we ordered our first delivery to has become a regular choice for us. The burgers remind me of 5 guys but of less money, they are honestly 10/10. The milkshakes are insane and the waffles wowwww so good, and you have the option of ordering a half portion which I really appreciate. If you haven't tried yet defiantly do because its insane!

I’d never write reviews, but this is the first time I’m going to. Ordered from deliveroo, ordered for myself and my partner. It came, and we got the completely wrong order, apart from two drinks that were correct. So they’ve got our order. I’m not blaming the place itself, it’s deliveroo’s fault.

Burgers and shakes are most definitely not worth it due to the lack of flavour ,size and price the only things worth getting are the dirty chips and waffles

I have been 2 times and the food was absolutely disgusting i first time i went the chicken burger was raw the second time i went i specifically told them to cook it properly as it was raw last time they said ok yet it was still raw and i didnt finish it🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢

Ordered the Classy Chick burger with the flaming’ hot Cheetos on Deliveroo with a side of curly fries and hand on heart it’s the best chicken burger I’ve ever had and the curly fries were beyond amazing.

I have visited this takeaway after spending some time in Southampton for a short break. Reading online reviews I was led to believe this would be a safe bet for good food - unfortunately, I was disappointed. The portion size are incredibly small with fries being served in small burger boxes. The burgers themselves are not gourmet price equivalent and did not taste great. Their desserts were OK with toppings but the waffle was soft and bland. Overall, I would not recommend this takeaway for the price and especially for the food. There are much better alternatives nearby which would not disappoint such as chickn shack, burga. 2/5 is being very generous for the food but service was good and staff are friendly.

Ordered a couple of times now and the food is always great! The chicken tenders taste like proper meat & the portion sizes of the chips has definitely gotten a bit bigger. Delivery always on time or early, 100% recommend 👏👏

Great burger offerings, full of flavour at good prices. The staff welcomed us in, they make some great milkshakes and the food tasted so fresh.

Ordered food through Uber and there were plenty of problems: 1. Food was wrapped in kitchen foil only and bagged 2. It was cold 3. Curly fries were cooked in old oil, it was horrible 4. Small portions for the price paid, overhyped 5. Tasteless and nothing new 6. Took well over an hour for the food to come Save your cash and go elsewhere, we binned most of it. Even Sam's which further down the road is cheaper and tastier. This was a massive let down and I'd say avoid it at all costs.

Food was fantastic and fast delivery.. only minor complaint was one of the burgers hadn’t been wrapped properly but other than making the bag messy wasn’t an issue to me.

First time ordering and probably the last. The food came 20 minutes late and the driver said they hadn't even cooked the food when he arrived to collect the order. The food was cold and although the onion rings were crispy and chicken tenders were nice the burger wasn't for me.

second time ordering from here! Chicken tenders are really good and taste homemade. Beef burgers super filling. The hot buffalo sauce is genuinely very hot though, be advised! will definitely be back next pay day!
