Friendly staff and fast service the food is amazing and I would highly recommend it

Staff was very friendly however unfortunately food was very average, and price I feel was pretty steep, chicken I ordered looked like it was cooked in burnt oil and burger fell apart when I grabbed

Such an amazing place with very friendly staff and most importantly the food was too delicious! We had the cheeseburg which was so goood! And the dessert (milkshake and waffles) was so mouth watering and the price for everything is reasonable. 10/10 Highly recommend this place

Order online first and the food was lovely and service quick, decided to go back another day but in store and the food was perfect again and the lady on the counter, despite teaching a trainee, was lovely and quick

Cheese burger was bloody lovely.

Ordered of Uber eats and took just under an hour to arrive and when it did it was horrible. The burger buns was soggy like they had been dipped in water and the chips were chewy. Totally un eatable will not be ordering from here again. Very bad. This was the Bournemouth branch

I can only speak to the quality of the food, as we got dinner delivered via deliveroo, but I will say it wasn’t around long enough to get a picture!!! Never tried it before but I had a cheeseburger with some Mac and cheese bites, plus a berry milkshake! Absolutely to die for!!!

The milkshakes here are to die for, especially Ferrero Rocher one 👌 Burgers are pretty tasty too, a tiny bit on the spicy side. I had "burg-her".

The best tasting food I've ever had, great service and always as fast as they can be when times are busy. Never disappointed! Been in there a couple of times and the staff were very potile too, food still amazing!

Lovely burger place, and they sought feedback about their food, where they may improve if any improvements may be needed. I guess that's why there were many food delivery guys at the place, Uber Eats et al.

Been here a few times, great spicy take on traditional burgers, shout-out to Yassir who always gives top-tier service. Have to say the wings are the best I've had in a long time, tried both the peri peri and lemon herb, lemon and herb were amazing

Don't order here if you're hungry , said it would take 10 minutes and was like 35 mins for a burger and chips . And it was dead , nearly ordered from the Christmas menu it took so long 😫 Gave an extra star as they had Irn Bru. Milkshakes are sub par but decent price 👌 Food was alright but you can get a mackies for less and it blows it out the water.

Much of what Burgshake is attempting is laudable and fresh. The food is good, tasty and prepared in a kitchen that is clearly well organised and visible from the restaurant. I didn't have a shake but my basic smashed it burger was very tasty and had a good amount of salad and condiments applied. £6.99 is borderline steep but it's worth it to get a gourmet burger (rather than a generic MacD or whatever). My only complaint is the brightness of the white neon strips in the walls and ceiling, they need to go down by about 20% at least otherwise they make the vibe too Blade Runner for comfort.

Went there with my son and everything was perfect. Loved the burger, seasoned chips service was great too. Might be visiting again soon!

I never write reviews however I had to for this place. Let me start off with how clean and tidy this place is, tables, chairs, floor and trays were spotless. Food was on point and delicious. The staff were so helpful and made my food as I requested (I'm a difficult and picky customer). What really impressed me was there was no coke or Pepsi (for those who know, know). This is my new favourite place!! Keep up the good work guys!!!

Me and my boyfriend are honestly obsessed with this place and since we ordered our first delivery to has become a regular choice for us. The burgers remind me of 5 guys but of less money, they are honestly 10/10. The milkshakes are insane and the waffles wowwww so good, and you have the option of ordering a half portion which I really appreciate. If you haven't tried yet defiantly do because its insane!

Burger is decent. Milkshakes are delicious but a little on the small side for the price. The wrap was disappointing though. 90% sauce.

I’d never write reviews, but this is the first time I’m going to. Ordered from deliveroo, ordered for myself and my partner. It came, and we got the completely wrong order, apart from two drinks that were correct. So they’ve got our order. I’m not blaming the place itself, it’s deliveroo’s fault.

I have been 2 times and the food was absolutely disgusting i first time i went the chicken burger was raw the second time i went i specifically told them to cook it properly as it was raw last time they said ok yet it was still raw and i didnt finish it🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢

Ordered the Classy Chick burger with the flaming’ hot Cheetos on Deliveroo with a side of curly fries and hand on heart it’s the best chicken burger I’ve ever had and the curly fries were beyond amazing.

I have visited this takeaway after spending some time in Southampton for a short break. Reading online reviews I was led to believe this would be a safe bet for good food - unfortunately, I was disappointed. The portion size are incredibly small with fries being served in small burger boxes. The burgers themselves are not gourmet price equivalent and did not taste great. Their desserts were OK with toppings but the waffle was soft and bland. Overall, I would not recommend this takeaway for the price and especially for the food. There are much better alternatives nearby which would not disappoint such as chickn shack, burga. 2/5 is being very generous for the food but service was good and staff are friendly.

Great burger offerings, full of flavour at good prices. The staff welcomed us in, they make some great milkshakes and the food tasted so fresh.

Ordered food through Uber and there were plenty of problems: 1. Food was wrapped in kitchen foil only and bagged 2. It was cold 3. Curly fries were cooked in old oil, it was horrible 4. Small portions for the price paid, overhyped 5. Tasteless and nothing new 6. Took well over an hour for the food to come Save your cash and go elsewhere, we binned most of it. Even Sam's which further down the road is cheaper and tastier. This was a massive let down and I'd say avoid it at all costs.

I came here with my cousins as we've been wanting to try it for a while now and it did not disappoint! The food tasted amazing, I got the Cowburg burger with bbq bacon loaded fries and a drink and the burger was so juicy and tender, it just melted in your mouth and the loaded fries were so good. Its not expensive here either which I was surprised by and the service we received was 10/10. Will definitely be coming back here again!

Hello, it's the 2 scousers from tonnight (Wednesday) you were right, the smash burgers were insane instant flavour straight away and it was perfect, shake on top plus the sauces just took it to another level. I'd like to personally thank the staff, (from Manchester) that they were lovely, the nicest interaction I've had while down here including the bar next door, I guess nice people attract nice people! Thank you I'll be coming back on my next visit!

Came to eat in here a couple of nights ago. Really nice place, lovely to have something like this in Shirley now. Staff were really friendly and helpful and the place was clean. Food was amazing! I just wish there were more beef burger options rather than so much chicken (As I can't have buttermilk). But that's just me. The topped fries were so good. Will definitely visit again. My only criticism is that the ketchup was really vinegary and sweet tasting and not nice.

Someone suggested I come here for an excellent chicken burger, I was not dissapointed. Everything is made to order here, so expect to wait a little bit for your meal... but it's worth it. The owner is super friendly, and it's quite obvious he cares a lot about keeping the customers happy and the food quality high.

Interior is fun & attractive. Staff really nice. Food amazing! No guilt about giving the kids these burgers as they were really well made; cheesy cheeto chips were a genuinely tasty & dirty (in the best way!) treat; which were so good they were fought over! Chicken tenders were really tasty & periperi was the right level of spice for me.

Ordered from Burgshake via Uber Eats. Had a terrible experience with the Uber eats driver, he took over an hour between collection of my food to actually delivering my food. Burgshake’s customer service couldn’t have been better. Even though it wasn’t any fault of their own they offered for me to come and collect my meal again. This isn’t the first time I’ve ordered from Burgshake and everytime the food has been incredible. Highly recommend.

Ordered online twice (via popular app) & wow! Tender chicken, so beautifully seasoned in brioche type soft bun, curly fries to die for! Quality ingredients all the way. These guys really do know their burgers! Thank you, it's great to receive such lovely food ☺️

This place has its high points but they are unfortunately drowned in the nonsense we faced today. The burgers were bang tidy as were the various potato based sides but the rest of the menu items we chose were cack. The falafel was a cheap veggie burger chopped up, unseasoned and thrown into a cheap wrap. The jerk chicken was unseasoned and drenched in cheap bbq sauce, no sign of jerk anything (unless they’re commenting on the social status of the actual chicken) . The worst thing was the wait…. I think we waited around 45 minutes (even though there was only one other table) and watched food get sent out in no actual order what so ever. I guess my point is: do what you say you’re doing, serve what you say serving and get quicker at it.

10/10 definitely recommended will definitely be ordering from there again

This went straight in the bin! Wasn't meant to come with cheese (if you can call it that) as shown on Deliveroo. Missing milkshakes and dry chicken strips. Contacted the shop who said they would call back. 15 minutes passed no call. Called back no answer however used another number and they answered straight away. Absolutely useless! I will not be returning.

Frist time ordering from. Here and was very impressed with the food quality!! You can always tell when someone has put care into your meal and this hit the spot chips was hot and crunchy with a light dusting of herb flavour. Burger patties are full of flavour and cooked perfectly alone with a huge piece of butter chicken will be returning 😋

Went to the opening, one of the strangest experiences of my life. However, the burgers are delicious and they season their fries really well. Recommend for food as it’s reasonably price and you want a change from mcdonald’s.

Went to the opening of the Southampton branch and it was fantastic! It was really busy which was understandable but the food was definitely worth the wait. Everything was fresh and juicy. My favourite was the Burg-Her and the spicy wings. Definitely would visit this branch again, the staff made the experience worth while.

Never had a burger with chicken so soft before it was incredible, ordered the burg-her which is probably the best burger I think I’ve had would 100% recommend

Went to their opening today, a little bit off wait but understandable as they have just opened there was a long queue, but worth the wait! I got the smashed it burger.. I am very fussy with my burgers and this was very juicy! Will definitely go again

Opening day and free burgers meant to be for the first 100 customers yet people were allowed to constantly push into the queue. Bunch of youths at the front and then two of their friends joined them while others have been in the queue for over 30 mins. Then two pushed in directly in front of me because their friend was queued in front of me. Then, a family who were at the back of the queue and a man and his daughter were allowed in before the rest of the queue. Absolute joke. It took over 30 mins to serve 5 people - the youths who pushed in. Not impressed.
