I have ordered from here a few times every time before food was amazing but this time has completely changed my mind, was missing items and rang up to tell the problem and was told that everything is alright what is the problem after explain for the third time they said if I ring up next time I order I will receive a discount I said no because anyone could just ring up and that never happens when you receive a discount over they phone they replied with saying they will refund me the money from the items that are missing and put the phone down I rang back as I was not happy with the service I received over the phone and they repeatedly put the phone down so I asked for the manager to be put on the phone and they said no and it happened again 16 more times and then on the 17th time I was told that I was ringing a barber shop and then the 18th phone call I got a “what” as soon as I ordered the caller was absolutely disgusting in his service and manners I would highly highly recommend staying away

Been a regular customer for some time now food was delicious but ordered tonight to receive a burger that was raw in the middle disgusted to see a takeaway to allow food to go out like that especially when this is what they specialise in this can make someone ill won't be using these again that's for sure

Always amazing food I highly recommend the cheesy curly fries and the chicken burgers! Hight quality! Hot and fresh much much much better than cold boring McDonald's!

Food arrived very quickly so service was fine but ordered burgers plane even stated in the notes and came with everything on also asked for no spice on chicken strips and came with bbq also paid for dips and didn’t come with any won’t be ordering again thanks

I recently ordered from here, only to find that part of the order was missing. I rang back explaining the problem and was told a replacement was on its way. After waiting two hours I rang back for an update (on the missing order I had already PAID for) and was absolutely disgusted by the way I was spoken to on the phone. The employee was ill mannered, raising his voice claiming he or the company weren’t to be blamed as the driver had supposedly stolen the order. A lot of unnecessary hassle for average and overpriced food. I didn’t even think it was possible for the representative of any company to be so abrupt and behave in such an embarrassing manner. Won’t ever be ordering again!

We ordered burgerum yesterday and you couldn’t fault it chicken was nice and seasoned and they give you a lot a fries. Only took 38 minutes to arrive too

First visit over the weekend. And our last! Went in at 7.55pm. 4 adults. Decided and seated by 8.05. By 9.05pm we still hadn’t received our food and other people were visibly getting annoyed (as was our group). The food finally around 9.15pm! And came in batches. Mine was first. Barely warm. The cheesy hot bites should be renamed cheesy frozen bites. These were sent back THREE times as everytime they bought it back - there were at least two still frozen!! UNBELIEVABLE. By the time my friend got his food, I had finished mine (well - stopped eating should I say). He had ordered peri peri wings and received barely warm B.B.Q wings, but was too polite and frustrated to complain at this point. My friend went to the till to pay- met the owner who apologised profusely and offered a 50% discount and ordered his staff to apply the discount. The bill came to £35 for four of us. After struggling to ‘apply the discount’ on the till. We ended up paying the full £35. What a shambles. Real embarrassment. We were actually dumbfounded and ended up in hysterics upon leaving.
