BurgerLAB in Southampton

Been looking to give this place a try but I've tried ordering online as a delivery or even pick up and also app but down as closed.which is a shame as looks like a decent place.

This place is closed but took my money.

Open on Google Maps. Made the order on their website for collection, paid online, drove to collect, the place was closed. I can only hope the bank will return my money.

Just ordered from here, walked down to get my food and they were closed. Do not order from here even if the website says it’s open, they are taking your money.

Really quick service, amazing food and friendly staff. Everything is very reasonably priced, and the waiting area is nicely decorated, aside from being a little bit empty. I found the menus to be very clear for someone who wears glasses. Food comes out hot, tastes amazing and portion sizes do not disappoint. Definitely try this place out, amazing!

First time we've visited here and was really impressed with the look of the shop. Ordered 2 meal deals which were freshly cooked to order. Burgers were best we've tasted and portion sizes were great. Staff were friendly. Overall great experience and excellent food. Will definately be returning soon.

order was missing a £14 burger. they claimed on the phone that's never happened before. yep they said that. they also said we would have to come to them to get what we payed for. that's pretty grosse

Passed this place a few times today looking for something different I remembered burger lab. We tried it and apart from wow what can I say the burger was so juicy when you bite it to it. Great taste perfect amount of toppings delicious and divine will be back

we were missing the fries with the chicken strip meal deal but no where to report this, only the entire meal, but food we did get was lovely,had a call before the order regarding the other items for a meal deal, very happy with quality of the food and the service xx

Ordered online , everywhere says it’s open , order went through and money was taken however no confirmation, no contact with the restaurant possible and no one picked up the phone. We drove to the restaurant and it’s shut. Horrible experience and so disappointing because I had burger lab before and it was really good. :(

I have had two trips here within a couple of days of each other. Both times the burgers were excellent. On the second visit my girlfriend aldi had a burger and the only negative comment was she would have added extra cheese. Would happily recommend

Was in and out in about 5/10 minutes! The chips tasted very fresh and well seasoned! The burger itself was very delicious! Also the place looks pretty cool

Customer service was faultless, my meal wasn’t quite ready and I was offered free extras for the small inconvenience of waiting a few extra minutes. Staff were really friendly. My burger was one of the best smashed burgers I’ve ever had and even the fries were perfect - fresh and hot. PLEASE add messy/loaded fries to your menu!! I’ll deffo be coming back again soon :)

Spot on!! Friendly staff!! :) I ordered the double cheese with added onion rings and bbq sauce with chips. Overall and very nice burger. The buns were lovely fresh and bouncy, chips were cooked to perfection, had the perfect crunch and piping hot. I forgot to take a picture as I was to exited to eat. Id recommend you trying if your a burger fan like myself , also greeted by very friendly staff! Well done lads keep up the good work.

The atmosphere was great because it was at my place! First ordered for delivery but then it was not an option. So we picked up. First time and very excited after what we’d seen on Instagram but it didn’t live up to expectations. The patties were thin (flat as a pancake) and too well cooked through - very well done. They tasted great and I liked the way you can add so many add ons. It’s was cost effective with the 25% first time discount but I wouldn’t want to have paid full price. Next time I’ll go to 7bone. Plus there was a hair that was not mine in it that I noticed on the last bite, all meat juiced up. I have photos.

I have never had a take out burger which tasted as premium as this one, you can tell they use quality beef and the prices cannot be faulted. Thanks guys will definately be returning 👍

Popped into Burger Lab and was met by Liam the owner who was really welcoming and helped us build our order choosing from the many toppings you can add. Burgers were absolutely delicious! Freshly made on site using high quality beef, fresh crisp salad, and the skin on fries were lush! A take away burger that tasted better than you get in restaurants for half the price!

I can honestly say these are the best takeaway burgers I have tasted. The meat is high quality and all the ingredients so fresh. I was going to pick the order up but they phones and said it was ready so they would deliver! We will certainly go back. My pictures don’t really do it justice!

We just had our first order and was excellent. We had a triple, a double, a single, chips and onion rings for our family of four and all excellent. We have ordered from other main chain burger places in Southampton before and this was much nicer. We will definitely be ordering again and recommending to our friends.

I have got food, from lab burger a number of times now, “BANGING” the food is always on point. The first time I got food from burger LAB, I ordered online. it was so good, I decided the next time I get food from here I will make the effort to go to the restaurant, I couldn’t fault the service I was given along with the experience of being able to build my own burger. The meal deals are great value for money and if you have a sweet tooth I highly recommend the pies. I’d also like to note the nice little touch they do with keeping the food hot until you get home or delivered to eat it. This is my favourite burger joint by far.

I ordered on Uber Eats as it was a new restaurant and I was willing to give it a try. And I am not disappointed. The fries are probably the best fries I have ever eaten since I moved to the UK. The burgers were amazing. Nice burger sauce, nice smashes patties, quality brioche buns and a lot of possibilities to select your ingredients. My girlfriend just would have liked to have cheddar cheese in her burger. Keep up the good work

I found a great new burger place that not only had tasty hamburgers and fresh extras but also gave employees of the general hospital a big discount. They stood out in particular and may have been the finest takeout fries I've had in quite some time. Freshly prepared meals, friendly service, good music, and low prices are all worth the 10-minute wait. Undoubtedly returning; ecstatic to have discovered a reasonably priced burger joint that serves excellent burgers.
