Burgerlab Manchester in Manchester

ordered today at 15:23, has been 2h and no food. Tried multiple times to call the restaurant and no one answers the phone

Saw the menu.Went to the location. Looked like a place where uber eats comes to collect food. After 15 minutes of driving around and looking for this place we gave up and went somewhere else. We called in advance to see closing times but when we arrived and couldn't locate it we tried calling several times but with no answer. Rather disappointing as the platters looked good.... Just as response to your comment.We did call. The phone was answered and stated they close at 9pm. We arrived and called that same number which then was not answered. As I said before the food looked good that's why we wanted to try it.Just a pity we couldnt

Eaten before and food was good, however tonight they’ve held my order for over an hour and then cancelled at 10pm. Now very little (if anything) is open

We used to get from five guys and burgerism but both have gone down hill. We got just the cheese chemistry with wings to share and I think they’re the best burgers in Manchester right now.

One burger was raw in the middle & chips stone cold. Definitely avoiding this place £45 down the drain.

Dreadful food.. burger squashed so much it literally was see through and so over cooked it was inedible.. waiting 2 weeks now for a refund and still nothing. I have contacted just eat and because you told me that you were sorting it it’s been left too late and can’t do anything about it. Then the £15 you offered is a joke for a £30 meal that I never ate because it was so bad!!! I did not eat it and I’ve tried talking to you but your a joke of a establishment and I hope that this happens to you and then you realise how important your customer feedback is instead of treating them like dirt!! I am a chef myself and the food you served me was unbelievable and I would never dream of serving anything like that to anybody!! By the way there is no evidence that the food was consumed and the food you sent was inedible.. the pictures I put up were the pictures immediately after receiving your below par food… smashed burgers does not mean obliterate the thing so bad it ends up like that road kill!!!

Really awesome burgers!!!! At first I doubted the mix with Mac and Cheese, but once I tried it and it was really amazing, also its secret sauce is amazing. They really hit the spot. They are definitely in my top 3 best burgers in Manchester!!! Next time I would upload a photo, because now I don't leave any of my food haha

FINALLY, someone who actually knows how to make Nashville hot chicken! From my own experience, I have to say they are as consistent as anything and as someone who loves food (a LOT) I can really tell a lot of thought and effort has gone into the menu and recipes. First timers, the cheese chemistry is an absolute must. Fair to say they’ve made a regular out of me.

Hands down 10/10 juiciest, succulent burgers in Manchester! Milkshakes are amazing too!!
