Burgerizza in Birmingham

The food did not arrive. I waited 2 hours and none of it I called 3 times the employee said each time it would be in a few minutes

Store is closed!!!!! Phone is not working

Overly expensive for a burger meal paid 35pounds for 3 meals for a very average take away.

I went to this take away few days ago The food worth the price. The taste was delicious and service was also good They gave me one cold drink for free while I was waiting for my order to receive

Decent pizza but why they would put tomato ketchup all over my pizza, I will never know.

Absolutely disgusting service, a vile company; they delayed our order from just eat for over 2 hours when the food arrived it wasn’t even all that not worth the wait, called the company twice they said 3-4 minutes first and then they stopped answering called on a different number and said how long they said it’s just leaving the restaurant now. after an hour of ordering and it still didn’t even arrive quickly, was sat waiting for over 40 minutes when they said it just left apparently! DISGUSTING!!

Absoloutley terrible service. Ordered for the first time. Had to ring twice to see where my order is. They lied about timing. Never ordering from here ever again.

The pizza are now made very thin crust like a poppadom , I'll go to a real pizza shop next time ,

My favourite burger place in Birmingham with extremely friendly staff. I would say the food is good and tastes better than any of the other alternative franchises and extremely good value for money. Highly recommended.

Had the worst experience ordering with this place. Ordered via Uber eats and it took them over 2 hours to get the food to me. I rang them every half hour and they would always tell me ‘sorry, it will be there in 20 minutes’. After hearing this 4 times on 4 separate phone calls, the food finally arrived. The driver said ‘we gave you a free ice cream, please don’t give us a bad review’. To be honest, I wasn’t going to write a review until I realised that they hadn’t given me my bottle of coke that I ordered. When I called for the 5th time to tell them that I didn’t receive my drink, they told me that they were too busy to send me one now and to be satisfied because I was given an ice cream. I told him that I didn’t ask for an ice cream, nor do I need one. I said ‘I ordered a drink so can you please send me one and take back your ice cream’. He said ‘okay we will send the driver’. The driver did not come. Very dishonest. Won’t be ordering again.

Had a pizza and fries, nice took over 15 to make! Nice staff, can't complain.

these lot dont care about online orders at all. they had cancelled our order and delayed it 4 times. Was promised it would arrive in 20-30 mins but we had waited a hour for it to get prepared. food wasnt even great. it had been cold when it arrived.

Everytime ive ordered from here its been well cooked and tastes amazing theyre burgers and pizzas are very popular in our household. The food is well presented not greasy at all the staff are really friendly and very polite i highly recommend this place as its become a regular for us since the last 3 orders. 5*

Been here a few times now. Either fone ur order in so when you get here he puts it in the oven so it don't get cold. Simply the best pizza iv tasted around alum rock. Would recommend to all to try it

Honestly, I don’t even know where to start, this is my second time ordering, ordered through uber eats. First time after ordering I said I wasn’t going to order due to over an hours wait, thought I’d give it another chance, and again over 2 hours wait, it’s ridiculous, says 20-30mins wait, been waiting for 2 hours now. I called twice and kept being told 15mins wait even though I waited over half an hour. Never returning ever. When the food came it wasn’t even hot, the burgers were the only thing nice, food wasn’t delivered by the delivery driver, we had to go out and get the food from the car (the driver was from burgerriza as no tracking was available). Won’t ever return back to this place.

Delicious burgers and excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend for any burger fan who would like to try something new from their burger range.

It’s been a long time since I had a good sandwich (not traditional sandwich) and it’s been even longer since I had real donner meat. The sandwiches had good meat, bun, salad ratio which meant there wasn’t any of the filling spilling out no sauce dripping or salad fall out, It was perfect. The sandwiches as a whole were great, and the service was good. The staff were dressed in clean clothes and the whole place was clean. I will definitely be going back and I would recommending everyone to try them out, You Will Not Be Disappointed.

Palacinke su bas lose, 3x sam im dala sansu i svaki put su bile gore. Ne znam da li je do testa ili nutele ako je to uopste nutela jer mi nema takav ukus. Burgeri vrh, zemicke se raspadnu odmah ali dobro, ukus je prelep. Za osoblje sve pohvale, takodje za pisanje pokurica i poklonic na racun kuce. Bilo bi top kada biste malo poboljsali kvalitet palacinki, ostalo sve super.

Disgusting. It takes them an AN HOUR AND A HALF to make a pizza and a burger. The service is horrible. I would not recommend coming here. Absolutely disgusting.... I ordered a peri peri wrap meal.... Its was the worst tasting wrap ever!!! The wrap was wet and moist and had zero taste to it. Secondly the wrap was breaking apart and lost its shape. So what I was eating was a tasteless piece of nothing. Its inexpensive but pay for low quality food with even lower presentation... Please stay away from this place at all costs... Save your money pay a bit extra and eat at a proper place like rios.

Just came back from burgerizza angry and disappointed. I had to wait 45 minutes for my pizza to get ready and further 10 minutes for our burgers . Pizza tasted ok but the burgers were horrible and bland. Total waste of time, money and energy. This was my first time here as wanted to take out kids to eat and found them on gov.uk registered to ‘eat out to help out’ scheme but the gentleman who took my order had no idea what I was talking about. I explained him that they are registered to the scheme . He went back ,talked to someone and answered me ,“ we haven’t started yet” I didn’t wanted to make a scene infront of everyone and children had already decided what to eat so stayed quiet . I will not recommend burgerizza to anyone. And will never eat there again.

Waffles were cheap and a good size, milkshake was so nice and the price was reasonable.

I used to love this place. Great burgers and fries. So shocked to read that in January this year they got a food rating of 0!!!! Never going in here again ...

Cheap burgers quick service, there burgers are tuny but then it is 99p, overall good place i would recommend i use quite alot as my kids enjoy there 1.99 burger meal deal, milkshakes are good when available, an i must say i tried there chinese chow mein it was delicious and so was the manchurian, by far this takeout is quite good compared to how many different times this has changed.

Excellent service. Im normally reluctant on ordering from a new place but going by the two very good reviews..I placed two seperate orders for desert and food and I was very pleased. Food and desert was excellent and great value for money. Delivery was very quick and I appreciate the fact that we can pay via our phones if dont have cash at home. Will definately be ordering again.
