Burger Street in Manchester

Food was so nice and came really fast I had the Angus and my partner had the lamb burger they were so good! Chicken wings were amazing as well!! 10/10 will be back!

I must say this is the best burger I have ever tasted. There were a bit careless with the sweet potato fries, burnt. Takeaway was fast and the idea of a bottled coke just 👍🏿

Order never arrived and they told me to sort it out with Deliveroo when it was their fault. Happy to try and fob you off. Useless

Excellent quality burgers, amazing drinks selection for a burger place . Chips are one of the best ive had so far aswell. They seem very ambitious and determined for great things to come for the future of ‘Burger Street’ Which leads to great customer service. Would highly recommend to try ‘Burger Street’ definitely a hidden gem. Angus Classic burger & Prime Lamb Burger is what I had definitely 10/10!

After work I ordered food and it late for 2 hours. The phone was busy at all time. If you are so busy, why do you accept the order? Unprofessional behaviour!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered via Uber at 7.45pm. ETA showed 25 mins. 1 and a half hours later still nothing. I had to call them only to be told they were still preparing it. The guy was totally unapologetic and unsympathetic and just said why don’t you cancel then so I did. Will never order from them again and strongly recommend you don’t either

A friend recommended this place, so I thought I'd give it a shot earlier this evening. I never, ever take the time to write reviews but I had to after what happened. I walked in and the guy on the till was one of the nicest most welcoming people I've ever interacted with at any restaurant. He walked me through the menu, I went with a lamb burger and sweet potato fries and the guy even said "seeing as it's your first time I'll throw in one of each dip for free". He even brought me extra fries so I could try them out, too, that I didn't ask for. Brilliant service. And honestly of all the restaurants I've ever had a burger at this was the best one I've had. They've now got a customer for life in me, hands down. Can't wait to go back!

the burgers fresh and yummy and the fully loads chips with keema was so tasty. I would give u a 10 rating. Customer service and the food was really good. I would recommend this place to everyone, You won't be disappointed.

After ordering through Uber eats on the 7th august, the order was cancelled as they was having issues with there grill, it was my birthday and about 10.30pm when I rang to ask why it had been cancelled they explained the situation and told me the grill was now back up and running and as they had my order they sent it me out free of charge, food was class and so was the customer service thank you 🙏 and we will be ordering again soon 🤪👌🏻

Love theses guys, been waiting for a proper burger place for ages but now I have one! The Angus with double patty and double cheese is a real filler! I Buy fries but never have room to finish on my own! Really delicious food!

Was ordering regularly from Burger Street until today. Ordered my usual delivery at 17:20, the estimated delivery time was 17:50, the order didn't come so I checked the app again, delivery was pushed back to 18:10. Waited and no one came... So I called the restaurant. The person who answered the phone was the manager. I explained what happened, there was never an apology, he said the driver had just left the restaurant (this was 18:15) and that the estimated delivery for that order was 18:15. I explained this was not correct as the delivery was set for 17:50 and then pushed forward to 18:10. The manager simply replied this wasn't true and that it was set this time to 18:15. When I pointed out it was already 18:20 he then said 18:20. Throughout the call he was speaking over me, arguing, there was never an apology or any sign of him actually caring about me as a customer. When I pointed out that I paid 1 pound tip to this driver he said it was nothing to do with him!!! Needless to say, NEVER AGAIN!

Got the date night meal deal, well well well what an amazing burger one of the best if not the best in manchester. beautiful presentation the packaging is amazing. great value, glass bottle drinks this is a real quality place to eat and worth every penny! will definantly be popping down soon again or maybe even get it delivered.

So we were up in Manchester for the day with the lads, a friend recommended this burger place “burger street” we collected the burgers and ate literally in the park just outside it felt like a picnic well worth the money amazing packaging and fresh food !!!

Got the Angus double up. The burger tasted very fresh and juicy!!! Fries were crispy and seasoned well. The delivery timing was great. I got my food on time and definitely will be back.

I ordered food, the delivery time kept moving back by 20 minutes. 50 minutes after placing my order I rang and they hadn't even started cooking. I would never recommend this place and they didn't even apologise

The burgers were awful, the worst I ever had. The quality of the meat so poor which makes it so overpriced considering that we couldn't even finish the burgers.

Definitely would recommend taking a trip and visiting Burger street as it will not disappoint! I've tried many of burgers and the fully loaded chips and they're perfect I coulsnt ask for a better meal also all workers here are very pleasant and well mannered...
