Delicious food!! Always received hot and the staff and drivers are lovely! Will surely recommend here.

Went there with my boyfriend, we had the nachos to share- disgusting. The salsa was clearly canned tomatoes straight out the can. The guacamole had no real avocado in it at all. The cheese had nothing real about it either. Can honestly say the worst nachos i've ever eaten.

This place used to be the Fire Stables and is run by Youngs Brewery. On a Wednesday night there were only maybe 4 tables occupied which probably says it all. Not a popular place. Food was very average and the atmosphere cold and uninviting. Staff were very pleasant though and the beer is fine. I can't see it lasting long in this format somehow...wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Their chicken burgers and "dirty fries" are amazing! Have been back a few times and just keep ordering the same thing. Very friendly staff too. Very kid friendly - always families in there. Staff are very understanding when you ask to be seated AWAY from the children though... Only downside is the drinks are a little too pricey.

So with so many burger joints in London now including the dip and flip and honest only a short drive away this should be so much better. The place has great décor, lovely awesome and the bar is nice but for the burgers... oh dear! the service is slow from the kitchen. The chicken wings felt like just batch produced! Not impressed will not be going back for food. then about to pay and their credit card machine wasn't working. Our meal was a business meeting so was going on the business credit card. The shift manager came out with "my colleague will follow you to the cash point and you can draw money out your card to pay there" I told him this was ridiculous. HE THEN ASKED TO WRITE ALL OUR DETAILS DOWN TO PUT THE PAYMENT THROUGH LATER. RIDICULOUS FOR WIMBLEDON VILLAGE. WRONG PLACE. SO MUCH BETTER FOOD AROUND.

I had some birthday drinks here a few weeks ago and we had such an amazing experience. The staff were lovely and the food (we had the most delicious platters) and atmosphere was great too. There was live music which was also brilliant. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

This place could be cool for a certain occasion...For groups, with kids and dog friendly. Good decor etc. Service fine too. Unfortunately what you want from a 'burger shack' is home made burgers and fries. What you get is a pastiche of a meat liqour type burger..Only with a grease soaked brioche, bland burger and curly fries straight out of the supermarket. Definitely overpriced for what you get.

Been here a few times now - burgers and curly fries amazing and rest of menu looks great too! I am American so I know good burgers and these are Amazing! Have no idea why it's always so empty. Once went and there was live music too. Hope more people go there!

We decided to visit the Burger Shack for the first time yesterday - we had only been before once when it was 'The Fire Stables' and walked straight out then because the interior had a really bad smell. I have to say that although the bad reviews below are obviously not good, we found no problems at all. I hadn't read these before we went. We found the food very hot, tasty and delivered within five minutes or ordering it. The only thing I would say it was quite pricy for the size of the portions (three salt beef croquettes for £7), but the accompliments with them were good. The stuffed jalapeños were the best we have ever had, though the cheese inside was so hot I had to wait for them to cool down! The only negative was that we only had one mulled wine each because they ran out - a generous portion - and I had to ask for mine to be reheated as it was the last in the pot. Service was welcoming and attentive; just a shame the place was pretty much empty when we went (Saturday afternoon), but at least that meant we got a nice place on the sofa to sit by the fire! Would we go back - yes, most definitely!

Suspiciously empty when we arrived. Staff friendly but just not interested in service. Manager sitting in bar skyping! Food very poor. Dirty plates never taken away. Limited menu, not a burger joint at all. Opted for steak-over cooked and tough.

Staff/kitchen proactive in providing gluten free options on request - however going forward could be much simpler if gluten free burger/fries could be provided on the menu with either a plain or spicy option. Delighted that chef was able to adapt food for me on what was a quiet evening but would be so lovely if this could be the norm and I could have confidence to revisit regularly. Fantastic staff and lovely atmosphere!

Wow!after a lovely walk in Wimbledon, we decided to pop into Wimbledon village for lunch with our 2 little girls. As much as the staff are friendly, they are extremely forgetful and we waited 45mins trying to entertain our two girls waiting for the most horrendously made burger and cold stale buns and horrendous chicken strips and fries and iceberg lettuce thrown into tin plates!absolutely overpriced and the waiting time was what we thought "a thing of the past"...not surprised if this place closes down as this is an absolute joke of a place! Wished we had looked at tripadvisor before taking our poor our girls into this every chefs food nightmare of a place!

We arrived for an early lunch, with two of my grandchildren, aged 1 and 3, so we must have presented a challenge for the staff. They were great, and welcomed both us and the children. Plenty of room for the buggy too. Straightforward burger menu, but everything was nicely done. I'm not sure why places like this serve curly chips, which are something of an abomination in my view, but they went down well with our 3 year old grandson! Nevertheless, can't fault the hospitality, which was first class, and my burger was excellent too. Recommended.

It's decor is nice, however it seems like this is a facade for the food. The food was below average, and just simply massively overpriced. Such a shame as it has great potential!

It was very busy and there didn't seem to be enough staff and the staff on duty were not well trained. The food and wine were tasty but we waited a long time for them! We waited about 25 minutes for dessert.

The food here was overpriced rubbish! £5 for a sausage roll the size of my finger. Bring a picnic with you and avoid this terrible café at all costs!

Unfortunately this Starbucks needs a total overhaul. The setting is great but the lack of cleanliness is appalling. Tables are not wiped or cleared often enough, we have to ask for that. Worst of all
