Whether I am eating in or ordering online this is my go to place. Delicious fresh hot food everytime and customer service is 100% very friendly and kind staff. Very welcoming and generous with sauces.

Wow, Just wow. The food looks amazing, the taste was just superb. I work right next to this place and I definitely know where I’ll be going on my break. The guy Wasi is such a phenomenal guy and I look forward to coming here week in and week out to dine and feel welcome by with his presence.

I loved the place on my first visit, my family and I wanted to come again and we had a great time except for one thing I noticed that didn't make me comfortable, luckily it wasn't the food, instead it was the comfort and the smell of grease, eventhoug there was air conditioning above the counter but it was needed definitely near the entrance area

I was served by a lovelyyy and sweet girl called Shifa, she was very attentive and was so sweet, the food was good and the new drinks are actually really nice, definitely recommend the mango drink!!!

I recently had the pleasure of trying the chicken cheese fries at Burger and Sauce, and they exceeded my expectations.The fries were perfectly cooked, maintaining a crunchy exterior while being soft and fluffy on the inside. The chicken pieces were juicy and flavorful, adding a nice protein element to the dish. The highlight, however, was the cheese sauce. It was velvety and decadent, with just the right amount of tang to complement the savory flavors of the chicken and fries.

Overall the burgers were really nice and came as ordered. The chips were OK but the chicken was quite cold. The drinks in glass bottles is a nice touch and not too expensive. However, whilst ordering the server told me he had to stop taking my order and "talk to his friend"... I was really not impressed and I was tempted to leave. Terrible customer service from that guy. The lady who took over was really friendly and took the order no problem. Really odd decision from the first server. Thankfully the food overall saved the experience

Decent food but not crazy good. For £11 the combo is great value. Let down by staff/service. For a guaranteed messy meal I had to ask for napkins and was given one tiny little thing. Had to ask for more. Got another single one. Come on guys!

First time trying burger and sauce, food was great but was particularly impressed with the service levels - Nuzha at Bullring branch was great, really helpful, friendly and a credit to the brand!

Ordered as a takeaway, my fries were cold and dry as hell, no sauce was provided whatsoever which is ironic given the name. The burger was way too expensive for what it is, it was mid at best. For that price, you’re definitely better off going to dixy, Pepe’s or brgri. The only thing that stood out was their signature fries which was somewhere in between okay and good.

Very fast service and burger was good. Seating is limited but managed to get a table. Well presented food with good portions. Needs a wash basin for hand washing or hand wipes.
