Burger Moods in Bath and North East Somerset

It’s a one star delivery service for me. The delivery man was rude about the exact location not sent to him via restaurant when I’ve already highlighted the exact spot I wanted it to be delivered on Uber. I’ve also tried calling the number back to ask where they were after standing in the cold and they did not pick up. The delivery man’s attitude is completely unacceptable, such bad service. Food was amazing but not the service.

I had the loaded fries that was the best loaded fries I ever have had, also apple pie with chocolate toffie and caramel syrup was absolutely yummy

Really disappointed by our experience. Ordered delivery and took just over 2 hours to arrive. Texted after an hour, no reply, phoned 10 minutes later, eventually got told they just hadn't prepared our order and said they would send it then hung up without warning, no apology or explanation of when it would actually arrive. When the food finally got here it was ok but the "marinaded" teriyaki chips didn't have half the ingredients that were on the menu and the sweet potato fries tasted really strange, there was definitely something wrong with them. The burgers were nice but the whole experience wasn't worth anywhere near the amount we paid.

2nd time I have ordered from here an both times food was late by over an hour. Food was cold but tasted good. Real shame as I think it could be a great place.Really disappointed as told it would be with me in 5 min over 9 times. Will not be ordering here again.

This place is seriously top tier if ur gettin a Philly cheese steak get 2 the garlic mayo slaps and all the burgers are stuffed with fresh ingredients nothing in this menu I wouldn’t eat great for a late night when u can’t be ask to cook

Beef burger and shrimp burger were delicious albeit the portion size was a bit small, and the naga chips were full of flavour. Would definitely recommend though!

Just paid £17 for a gourmet double burger and chips for collection. Front of house staff lovely. Asked if I could have these ‘quality burgers’ pink which was agreed. What I got after a 30 min wait was burgers so overcooked they were crispy. Most in the bin. Even the cat sniffed and said no! Shame as the guys out front seems really nice and even offered a free soft drink due to the wait but never again I’m afraid.

Chicken burger was amazing, chicken tastes so fresh and bun is incredible . Got a meal deal for 2 very good value for the standard of the food

Amazing customer service and delicious food!!! After a bad experience with a deliveroo driver dropping a burger we ordered on the road and not even bothering to return to get it, the Burger Moods staff were kind enough to send one of their own drivers to bring us a fresh burger and even gave us a free drink to apologise, despite the ordeal not even being their fault!! The new burger was also delicious (btw) I would highly recommend this place to everyone and will be ordering from here again (with Just Eat next time) Great food and excellent customer service! :)

Must say tonight I had food delivered to my boat I live on and the the burger was probably the best burger I've ever had not going to lie it was 10star

Very small burger for the money which was quite overcooked unfortunately, but fries n milkshake were spot on. Burger wasn't bad enough to stop me attempting it again with something larger next time, but wasn't as good as the rest of the reviews have made out.

I have lived in bath for many years of my life and finally have come across the best burger joint. You can taste the freshness of the meat and the flavour was beyond expectations must say this is the best burger in Bath.. to be honest the best burger I've ever had!
