Burger King in Glasgow City

Smooth and easy service via the self service pods (even with app). Clean interior and toilets in good condition. Plenty of staff and all seem to enjoy their roles.

Good whopper burger but bun wasn't fresh. Good service and server Amie. Thank you for bringing my lunch to me at my table. Much appreciated. 😊

Lovely friendly staff and I got a double whopper with cheese meal, large and chicken Nuggies. So good and so fast too! Really nice and clean inside too! Would highly recommend. 👍😉

The Special Chicken Burger is disgusting. Not fit for any human. When I complained to the manager, he replied that everything is pre-cooked. I showed him that the chicken was pink. He was going to give me another choice, but when I was frenzied and I let out a frustration. Being so insecure, he thought the slant was based towards him. I am sure they will be successful when everyone spills out of bars and do not care about what they digest. Staff are friendly, but management need to be a bot more politically aware about peoples frustrations and implicate them selves as the victim. IDIOT! If you have any choices for food stay away from precooked meats and bad management. NUFF SAID! I wish I had taken a picture of the dog food they served.

When we first arrived the staff members had an attitude, reckon it’s because they closed in an hour. Ordered our dinner, waiting was fine, collected our order to find that they had packed the order full of different veggies, which we clearly stated we didn’t want! The burgers it’s selves were cold and my partners burgers was burnt to the point you could use it as an ice hockey puck! Our hot chocolates were like warm and not filled to even half way in the cups! We took our order back to be told they wouldn’t change it even though they saw their faults! My burger buns were torn and ripped, the cheese was just slapped on the side of the burger! There was more salad than anything else! Even though we asked for NONE! My partner was made to look like he was in the wrong in front of other customers! Their attitudes were absolutely disgusting! I won’t be back again!

A great experience and Michele is a legend 💪. Will happily come back! Clean, friendly and the food was great. A great start to the day.

We popped in here as we were in a rush and wanted something quick. We hadn't used it in years but I doubt we will ever use it again. The service was so so slow, the staff weren't very friendly, not even a smile from them, tables were filthy and there were no bins to be seen. The food was nothing special and the prices were ludicrous, everything was twice as expensive. We wish we had gone elsewhere. Don't waste your money in here!

Absolutely awful burger, chips were nice thankfully something was aye and the capri sun. £8.40 for chips and a capri sun.

Ordered a Whopper meal and bacon double cheeseburger meal. Received within 3 minutes so clearly not cooked fresh. Whopper as flat as a cheeseburger it had that little filling in it. Cheeseburger with bacon was freezing with no sauce and the bacon was anaemic. Went up to ask to get a new one with bacon actually cooked to get told " we don't cook the bacon it comes in like that" 😖 so what do you want tomato sauce ??? So pre and I mean not cooked bacon comes from miles away and is then put on a burger cold with cold plastic cheese and freezing patties. Yum!!! Absolute waste of over £15 and the "one in charge" might want to try some customer service lessons. Please avoid like the plague it was abysmal !!

Over priced and tasteless. Staff are rude and need to get a job they like. Honestly can't believe the price for a burger... Or the 30p for a sachet of sauce. Any pub burger would taste better, cheaper and will have staff who want to be at work. They can burger right off!!

Avoid like the plague, go to KFC next door, or McDonalds up the street. Can't get orders right at all, bits of your meal missing, can't do the simplest thing like putting sauce on things, half filled drinks, think it's just generally staffed by idiots.

Very expensive and outside seating area was a mess , litter everywhere and pigeon eating left over food and leaving dropping on tables , no one bothered to clean it

been here a few times for a bite to eat for the train journey but the prices are terrible so expensive just because it is in the station.

i know its too fat food but i did love to take sometimes in my dinner burger with salad .its very special for me when im too tried to work at home then i go by my foot to buy this special food for me and its yammy text always . recommended .

Went here last Tuesday for the whopper. It was quite expensive and tasted just okay. Staff weren't friendly.

I work near by and decided to grab a Burger King for quickness, having seen an advert for a 'King of the Day' I decided that was the one for me. However, after waiting in the queue, the 'Gentleman' advised that they did not offer this as this was the Burger King at Central Station. After thanking him politely for the reminder of where I was currently, I declined the offer of 'Summit Else' and decided to dine elsewhere. In the grand scheme its only a few extra quid for a meal but I think they should offer the promotions, chances of this happening ? slim to none, its too good a money maker for the franchise. Picture this, a visitor from a distant town/city, steps off the train hungry, clocks the BK restaurant, mouth waters ... mind made up ! Why not charge them as much as you can to make as much as you can. Anyway, that's why I scored them low, not for food/staff quality, not for cleanliness, but simply because they would rather fleece the customers that happen to be in that location.

La comida es preparada y servida en el más repugnantes y manera espantosa. Realmente no sé cómo escapar. Es fría, los ingredientes como cebollas y tomates son sembrados en su envoltura. El personal es destartalado, con ropa sucia y desagradable.

The Location of this Burger King is not exactly on the Union Street self but in the hall of Glasgow Central Station with the entrance from the Union Street. It is small and crowded. The food is as usual as the Burger King's concept.

We nipped in here to get so,etching to eat before our train. It was okay, we got King Deals, which made it good value. The food was okay. The tables could have done with a bit of a clean though.

Comida habitual en oferta. No fue el más rápido el servicio, pero no era el más lento. La comida era lo que yo esperaba para ser. Sólo comí pollo K. tiras de pollo, así que fue y patatas fritas! Las tiras eran muy calientes y las patatas fritas eran crujientes y sabrosos. Todo fresco, lo que fue una sorpresa. El lugar era limpio, aparte de unas pocas mesas sucias, pero esto es lo que se espera. Probablemente volveremos si tengo tiempo antes de que saliera del cine.

Subimos a aquí por un whopper rápida comida y la comida era bastante agradable. Como me parece bastante Burger King tiende a ser un poco lento y a menudo el personal no parecen estar haciendo mucho. We had lunch here when visiting the downtown Glasgow area and George Square. It is situated in the train station and if you select a table in the back with the windows overlooking the Square it is a wonderful view. It was great for people watching!

Мне понравилась чистота , отсутствие курильщиков где бы то ни было -а значит, чистый воздух вокруг . Бургеры вкусные , мясо лучше чем в Москве , наверное, местное . Кстати , обслуживание тоже отменное - спокойное , доброжелательное и , кстати , всякие там соусы , кетчупы, салфетки и прочие мелочи - без ограничений . Впрочем , Шотландия мне показалась дорогой и не особо баловала вкуснятиной ( например , местные хаггисы и блэк пуддинги мне не понравились )- так что традиционные бургеры и шотландском исполнении - вполне беспроигрышный и достойный вариант .
