Burger King in Cardiff

The staff were lovely, and helped me find a seat and were more than happy to bring the food over for me due to a leg injury. Overall, such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere plus tasty food :P

The machines to make ordering quicker dont accept the burger king app discount codes. Meaning you have to wait at the till to be served. Also very little sit in space at the restaurant and no free wifi either all in all very poor for a burger king.

The customer service here really stood out! I ordered a burger, fries, and a shake, and not only was everything delicious, but it also came out so quickly. The staff made sure everything was fresh and got the order spot-on. The fries were crispy, the burger was juicy, and the shake was perfectly sweet. What more could you ask for?

Just had a double cheese burger here, the flavour is excellent, fast service, friendly staff and definitely worth the money.

I recently visited this Burger King location, and the experience was beyond disappointing. Despite being the only customer in the restaurant, the service was incredibly slow. The three staff members behind the counter seemed like they absolutely hated being there, moving at a glacial pace and showing zero motivation to speed things up. To top it off, there was no paper in the self-service machines, and no one seemed to care enough to fix it. The overall atmosphere was awful—bad attitudes from the staff, an unfriendly vibe, and an unbearable wait for simple orders. It felt like no one wanted to be there, including me. Definitely won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

Went to buy a coffee here as I was working outdoors in town and needed something to warm me up and as I had to get back to work, I thought this would be relatively quick. I used the self service and ordered myself a coffee, only to be told that they were no longer serving coffee. I was offered a cold drink instead!? Needless to say I asked for a refund. I am now coffee-less and will have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund. I did not have time to go elsewhere. The manager stated the coffee should’ve been taken off the menu so this is purely down to their apparent incompetence.

The food was good, and the staff seemed friendly. But the dining area was really dirty, and there weren't any clean tables to sit at. It wasn't even busy when we got there, so there's no excuse for the mess.
