I recently visited this Burger King location, and the experience was beyond disappointing. Despite being the only customer in the restaurant, the service was incredibly slow. The three staff members behind the counter seemed like they absolutely hated being there, moving at a glacial pace and showing zero motivation to speed things up. To top it off, there was no paper in the self-service machines, and no one seemed to care enough to fix it. The overall atmosphere was awful—bad attitudes from the staff, an unfriendly vibe, and an unbearable wait for simple orders. It felt like no one wanted to be there, including me. Definitely won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

Went to buy a coffee here as I was working outdoors in town and needed something to warm me up and as I had to get back to work, I thought this would be relatively quick. I used the self service and ordered myself a coffee, only to be told that they were no longer serving coffee. I was offered a cold drink instead!? Needless to say I asked for a refund. I am now coffee-less and will have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund. I did not have time to go elsewhere. The manager stated the coffee should’ve been taken off the menu so this is purely down to their apparent incompetence.

The food was good, and the staff seemed friendly. But the dining area was really dirty, and there weren't any clean tables to sit at. It wasn't even busy when we got there, so there's no excuse for the mess.

A very Small Burger king the sort of size you would expect to find at a pitstop location rather than on a busy street, food was as expected from a burger king, service was quick and easy and they have self service machines.

I am awaiting a spinal op and am not very mobile. I went in at 1130, Monday 8th April. When I had ordered the young man told me to sit down and he would bring my meal. This he did and then went back to get me some salt. Excellent service by a very pleasant person. The food tasted of food which is more than can be said of the yellow 'M'.

Got some chips with cheese and bacon and for the price I paid I expected a way bigger portion than I got. The food was cold and the guy was touching everything with his hands. He was also working all by himself.

Two out of the three ordering machines were out of order, the one that was supposedly working wouldn't let you add anything to your basket. Loads of staff stood around doing nothing and didn't want to help. App didn't have this location shown, big posters saying order online but the nearest Burger King was showing as St John Street. After ten minutes of trying to order we just gave up to catch our train, staff didn't care. They clearly want this venue to fail. Will be a long long time before I give Burger King another try
