Lovely staff, quick service and info when asked, car park is free so no need to panic for time

It was clean everywhere, the toilets were too, the food was tasty and the service was good, all in all a good place for a quick break to eat something

Great food and good service, dreadful background music and awful outside of the premises. The car park and approach road is likely to damage your car, it's pot holes everywhere! It's still worth going there for the food, always better than the alternative.

This review is more about the car park rather than the outlet... food fine, staff fine. Car Park and building are appalling... people use it as a dumping ground for other restaurants on the site. Full of weeds, and the pot holes are undeliveable... to say is says caravans and motorhomes... I'd say, unless you are proficient at reversing, just dont attempt to park there.

Gone down hill recently. Miserable staff, asked about food intolerances was told look on the board in an off-hand tone. When the food did arrive it still have cheese after asking for none. Replacement came begrudgingly. Will give it a miss from now on

if you must eat here, don't throw the packaging and food out of the car window 5 miles down the road. It really makes the locals hate you.

One of the best Burger King's I have been to. Quite busy and small, but service was great and food was hot and tasty! Would highly recommend. There has definitely been a step-up in terms of cleanliness and service, as there was someone constantly cleaning tables and maintaining the interior of the restaurant. The restaurant itself is actually quite hidden, but is still great.

Went to the burger king in Oswestry And I must say customer service is 2nd to none, the mgr Laura, took the time out to speak to the children, why can’t others be this way Asset to the company

Looks dirty outside but inside very clean. As soon as someone left a table a lady was there cleaning tables and chairs. Meal was very taste.

Even though this Burger King that I went to wasn't the cleanest and not well maintained and looked after, mainly with the outside of the building. But the staff were friendly and quick in getting our food ready and the Chicken Royale was really tasty.

Come to the restaurant because it was advertised to close at 10 pm I’m here with 20 minutes to go and they are closed. If you can’t be arsed open then change your website times I could’ve gone to another store. What a complete waste of my time I won’t be coming back here

I give it a one star for being open. Now the best bit. I have just witnessed a member of staff whipe down the counter by the condiments, two high stools, four tables and chairs one of them five times, both waistbins and the service counter with the same damp cloth, Come on l ask you, that's not killing any germs but the opposite. Not impressed

No public toilets available. Otherwise a normal Burger King. Go to the nearby gas station with Subway/Greg's instead.

Very small so doesn't have the range of the bigger places but friendly efficient staff. Car park is in an awful state and regularly floods.

Popped in hear after walking Snowdon and surrounding hills. Staff were very polite and food was served fairly promptly. This is the first time in a while that I've had a BK, but I must say it was really very good. Presentation was great and everything tasted yum! Great job and thank you!

The first burger king to recreate the surface of the moon in there carpark exit food nice staff friendly but dont want to invest in a rover 5 to get a burger discoverd a new species of mole in the potholes

Love this place, one of the few Burger Kings in the area. The car park is a bit rough, but if you stick to the edges of the buildings it's fine. 5 star food hygiene which is obviously my main priority. Staff are friendly and bring your food over most of the time. Clean toilets and clean tables :)

Now I've given this place a 3 star rating, now it's not because of the restaurant at all, staff are great, foods always to my liking, now the 3 star rating......even if you drive a 4x4 expect a VERY VERY rough and bumpy entrance and exit, there is some nasty deep pot holes and once full of rain water you won't notice them till bang, now I know it's not burger kings fault, it's travel lodge next door who's responsible but they just won't sort it

Burger King was ok. A normal Burger King but the road to exit was so full of giant potholes I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to get ny car out safely. If you have a lowered car, or even just a nice car that isn't an SUV or 4WD, then don't drive to the Burger King - park in the petrol station instead.

Food was hot and tasty place.was clean inside it's just a huge shame that the road inside looks and feels like a used minefield with all the potholes and the area outside looks disused and abandoned

The staff are really polite and helpful and the food is great. The car park though is horrendous. Flooded and riddled with huge pot holes. There that bad, i ended up scraping the underside of my car on them. Please get them sorted Burger King. There's no point in having a good restaurant if we can't get to you without ruining our cars

I've been a burger king customer for 35 years. I've been in USA restaurants and all over Europe. This venue is without a doubt the worst burger king I've ever been. Terrible customer service, awful manners. Food was not what I ordered, drink was warm and flat. Tables were dirty. Overheard other customers complaining about similar issues. Avoid.

Nice food but if your going in to eat make Shure your wrapped up warm as it's always cold in there

Food was great, standard Burger King, staff were lovely. However the road to get into the services has always been bad, but now it's dire. I'm not joking when I say it's actually more pothole than road. I have a fairly low car and it took me a long time to drive in and out to not lose a wheel.

Decent whopper and if you use the vouchers off the app it's competitively priced.

75% of the time you walk into oswestry Burger King and sit down to a table covered in salt, the toilets could do with being updated, the staff are nice enough when you order and get your food and food is always pretty good.
