Burger King in North Kesteven

What can I say? It's clean, it's Burger King. My only gripe is that the toilets seem to be closed quite frequently.

Beautiful food every time . I like that you can modify your order on the screen for fussy eaters like myself. Service on my last visit was incredible

Good food but price is not cheap. It’s a safe and clean place.

Toilet facilities are disgustingly filthy. Tables not clean.

Some good food, but however the floor was bloody terrible overall tho really nice area with a Greggs

Although we didn't eat here, we used the toilets and they were horrible. Men and women's together.....not clean at all.

All the tables are disgusting filthy. Floor the same. Looks longer it hasn't been cleaned in days.

Good food enjoyed it will go again. However needed a clean as chips all over the floor and bins inside were over flowing but more to eat if your hungry

The food was absolutely terrible. The chips had far too much salt on them. The beef felt like rubber and had absolutely no taste. I would usually go for BK over McDonald's but this has definitely changed my mind. Horrible!!

Totally disgusting toilets. I would have no faith that anything in this restaurant was hygienic. A site best avoided.

We actually just called in here for a Greg's coffee, so little to review food/atmosphere wise, but this feels a very 'tired' building. The toilets are disgusting, they smell of urine, 2 of the 3 seats aren't securely fitted and lacking in paper - really awful.

Now I know how Sylvester Stallone felt in demolition man. Burger king serves what can only be described as pretend food. Save your money and buy a 5 day old supermarket sandwich instead! Prices are also extortionate! Service was good though..... Toilets at this service station were absolutely disgusting too.

Dire called in after being held up in traffic. Toilets reeked of urine and staff member came out of toilets and went back to work without washing hands . Then there were no beef dishes available so had chicken royale instead was OK but chips very salty won't be back In a hurry.

I go here often. Everywhere is clean apart from the toilets that are any sex use. needing a little bit more attention. The staff in Burger King are very friendly and helpful. Great food. Inside and outside seating areas. There is also a Greggs which I have never used. All one floor, so wheelchair access. Is good.

This place is the most disgusting services I've ever had the displeasure of visiting. We were going to order a Burger King meal, but after seeing the utterly revolting toilets, we decided that we wouldn't risk dysentery or e.coli. I have never seen toilets so covered in human excrement, urine on the floor, and toilet paper littering the floors, screwed up soggy on the floor, and abandoned on the side of the sinks. The toilet brushes cobered in dried excrement and toilet paper, A totally uncared for space in need of disinfecting and some significant repairs. It's quite obvious when you pull up outside that this site is littered with rubbish, and I'm sure no one would eat there if they visited the toilets!!! This site is an embarrassment to the Burger King franchise. Avoid.

Service was fine but the toilets were absolutely filthy. Broken toilet paper holders, toilet paper on floor and in sinks, dirty floor.

Whole place was filthy, toilets even worse. Spoke to staff about the fact that daughter slipped over in water on toilet floor while I tried to wipe the toilet to make it useable couldn't care less. No sorry or anything.

Very dirty, floors, tables and toilets. Called here last year and thoight there may be an improvement but nope. Had a coffee and left

Filthy eating area, 'gourmet king' burger tasted of cheap salad dressing and looked like it had been run over with limp rocket leaves well past their best.

The food was good, staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the seating area was not clean, and the bins were overflowing.

The dining area is an absolute mess!! Dirty floors, dirty tables absolutely grim!

Super busy today and to be fair it was super hot Staff seemed fed up and rightly so as customers.were being quite rude Lady sweeping up very happy though

Very fast service with an excellent burger fry's are in a sense an extra and not worth really including. But that applies to chips served in most takeaway premises. The premises were clean and tidy, tough I have previously seen the eating area looking like a recycling centre strewn with brown bags and empty chip cartons.. Plus the toilets worked again I've found them shut on numerous occasions. It was very busy with most of the car parking area full, I went to an area that states no parking.. the long vehicle I was driving fitted in well with room to spare

Didn't stay for food. Went to use the toilets first and decided not to stay for food. Shared men's/women's toilets with urine all over the roller and broken toilet paper dispenser. Dirty floors in the food area.

Cold fries, no soft drinks available, staff were interested and did the bare minimum. Motorway service prices which are a rip off, M&S are the same price as anywhere, why can't BK

As with all Burger King joints. The food does not look the same as what the pics look like. But it is fast, tasty and fills a gap. Service was excellent. Was the only person in the shop.

Probably the worst burger king I've ever been to. Nothing to do with the service, just the place itself is a real mess. Avoid if you can, clearly no one is paying any attention to the building inside or out

Had the peppercorn Angus burger but had to be the worse burger I have had actually wished I had made a small detour and visited the other burger place

Only used toilets as no gluten free menu. I would avoid the toilets are unisex, men pee over the seats and I found period blood underneath on one. They stink and are totally disgusting.

Decent Burger King branch just off of A46, with Greggs branch enclosed too. Easy parking. Friendly service and easy counter or screen ordering process. Also accepts BK Loyalty app. Nice quality food and drinks, and good, modern and clean decor in the restaurant too. Worth visiting if en route to or from Lincoln on A46!

It's not bugerkings fault, but the building it horrible and falling apart on the inside...

I guess I should have had an idea what to expect when the first notable thing to see was a sign outside reminding people the wall was not a toilet, and they were on CCTV. Standard fare for a Burger King, though the staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was as you would expect, aside from the minor stomach issues for my wife and I afterwards - guessing something wasn't properly cooked or cleaned. Seeing as the BK staff were responsible for maintaining the appalling proper toilets, with enough water on the floor for Noah to feel at home, there's a good chance of cross contamination. If we're ever in the area again, rest assured we won't rest there and will ride it out further.

Service and food in greggs is always speedy and friendly. Loose stars for dirty toliets with an always broken and unavailable access toliet.

Stopped here while travelling to Lincoln. Was going to get some food but the place was dirty and messy and the toilets were disgusting. Didn't get food, left, and went somewhere else.

I chose the new crispy chicken burger with a cup of tea. The tea was perfect but the chicken was so dry and overcooked that I really didn't enjoy it. No plans to return

After a two-hour walk, I really wanted to eat Burger King. We came here and were very disappointed. It's very dirty inside, the toilet stinks. There are a lot of delivery men with bags in the visitors' hall. As a result, they didn’t order anything and left disappointed. We definitely won't come here again. Since we didn’t try the food here, to be objective I give it a 3

Popped in yesterday afternoon and bless them there were 2 girls working like crazy to get the food orders out. Clearly understaffed, but we’re managing the heat magnificently. Customers could see they were all in and giving them some props. Me too! Food was hot and fresh, yeah we all had to wait 15 mins but it was worth it. Big up the girls 💪🏻💪🏻

The place was a dump looks like it has never been cleaned and very unhygienic. Was barely any good in Greggs available around tea time.

This place was messy and dirty. The Greggs didn't have much food in the fridge and when requested if they could make anything up they just said they don't make sandwiches there. Ended up going to the petrol station to get food.

Dropped in here for a meal on the journey back from the East Coast. Food was lovely, as one expects, and the staff were friendly and efficient. It was a pity that the toilets were already closed even though the restaurant still had over two hours of opening time left. Very disappointing as this is often a port of call on a long journey.

Food fine, ready in a decent time. A bit of mess everywhere from tables, chairs and floor. Cleaned while we were there but still missed some of the mess. Why close toilets at about 8pm and close off most seats as well- just because they have been cleaned?

First time we have been to a Burger King in a while. We werent disappointed, the food was lovely, much better than some other well known brands! The food was served quickly and we sat at a table inside. I have only given the service 4 stars because we had to wipe down the table ourselves - it was fairly quiet but they didnt look to have many staff members working so I guess it had just been missed. Overall very happy with our experience, and next time we are that way we shall be going back in again.

Had to wait for food to be cooked food ok but expensive

Food was good although we realised at the end that they had forgotten a drink we ordered. Also the kids got no toy with their King Jnr meals. Hugely let down by the state of the unisex toilets - the smell of urine and lack of toilet roll in particular.

Nice food, helpful staff however the toilets are disgusting. I know these are shared with Greggs and service station visitors but they stank and were filthy with water all over the floor. Parking is bad. A free for all and no marked accessible parking.

I don't know whats happened to Burger King, they were my absolute favourite burgers but the last 2 times I've had food from them, it was absolutely dire. I won't have anything from them ever again, to be fair, I'd be very surprised if they remain trading for much longer. Such a shame Burger King, once upon a time, you really were up there but not any more. Sorry.
