Was in this afternoon with my family, absolutely amazing service, staff are extremely friendly and always willing to help us, we had quite a large order and expected to take a little longer but it came out really quickly, quicker than most other fast food. All together great experience today and will definitely returning

Order wrong three times. Never going back

Shocking experience won't be coming back. Yesterday at around 10 past 9 a female worker behind the counter dropped one on the halloumi fries on the floor it was then picked up and thrown back into the fryer and looked over to see if she was caught. Realising customers were watching and other colleagues noticing it the batch that was in the fryer was then binned and a fresh one put in, but I believe if it wasn't for being spotted / caught they'd of served the food that had been on the floor and for a company that has a hygiene rating of 5 stars near the entrance I think this is shocking as well as disgusting levels of standards. Should be wearing hair nets / gloves also.

Bacon double XL came with no bacon paid for large, only got regular chips and drink. Plant based Whopper cold, not fresh and with small chips instead of regular, latte had to be replaced as had only given milk with order. The Childs order didn't come in the box as advertised. Staff not welcoming, more interested in talking to each other than dealing with customers at counter. Will not be using this Burger King again as a real letdown. There are not many Burger Kings near where we live, so their main competitor gets more orders, which is a shame because Burger King was seen as a treat because I prefer Burger King meat burgers, and my wife prefers their vegetarian burgers but if Burger King standards have fallen as low as this restaurant then we will probably be ordering even less from them.

ordered at 8pm and Paid £28 for quickly thrown together sandwich and cold fries, received the complete wrong order. probably a bunch of 18 year old chavs that work here, only order here if you expect to receive your order 2 hours late, cold and wrong.

Food was hot. But quality is poor prices expensive for what get.

We rarely got to BK. We ordered 3 burger meals tonight. Got home to find one burger was missing. Could not be bothered to drive back. I know we should have checked before we left but... Honestly, how difficult is it? Silver lining - not my burger! BK - must do better. It'll be a while before we return!

Customer service was great, food was hot, and the restaurant was lovely and clean.

The place was very nice, clean and well looked after, the staff where friendly asking if I needed a hand ordering. I believe the manager was called Ben ensured the order was assembled correctly and Annaleigh who made sure I had everything including dips. The food was hot and overall good service, would recommend this branch as it continues to provide good service even if not asked which is a welcoming change. I will be ordering from here again.

Instead of getting extra bacon on my burger as ordered I got no bacon 😭

Where do I even start? Dirty inside and out, no hand soap in the toilet, absolutely disgusting. Upsized my order to large and they gave me a large fry bag but only put about 12 or so fries in it. Ordered the 6 piece Doritos extra flaming hot chicken and only 5 in the box. All four burgers were what looks like they were sat on and the amount of mustard was unbearable. Staff standing around on their phones, not cleaning or filling up soap dispensers. Then to top it off, the self-checkout is seriously flawed. You’re only able to remove one ingredient from a burger so if there’s more than one ingredient you don’t want, too bad you cannot remove it. Very disappointing experience. The manager and area supervisor should be terminated immediately. This type of service is diabolical.

All of Food came cold, fries were stale and the bacon fries was a joke with the tiniest amount of cheese and bacon fat in it, and not even salted... they gave me a cheeseburger instead of a double bacon cheeseburger. The chili cheese bites were the worst tasting things ever and i used the toilet quite a few times since (probably used yestardays cheese). Waste of £20, dont expect anything decent from the chef at this place because its poor food quality. Had to bin all part from the burgers... and one of them was the wrong one!

Liam and I think James it was were very helpful showing me how to use the kiosk in my old age…. The manager Ben was well spoken and got my food to me as fast as I ordered it also the lady cleaning the tables I think it was Anne, was very polite and understanding. Overall 5 star experience.

Only problem I’ve seen is if you go into shop they will have the tango slush drinks available but they cannot be purchased for delivery? Very weird.

Took around 1 hour for delivery and when it eventually arrived the food was barely like warm.

This was my first time going to Burger King as it hasn’t really crossed my mind to try there but when I popped in I was Suprised about how well the staff members presented themself and on how helpful they are, the let me know it was kiosk use only which I didn’t know how to use and they offered to send someone out to help me straight away. Overall great food and great staff and will definitely be going back again.😁😁😁😁

Order not delivered and its saying delivered its been 2 hours keeping me hungry and now its too late to get any other delivery.

Went in today and they really do put the FAST in fast food I think I was there for around 2/3 minutes and everything was ready for me it was also a great comfort that I could see how clean the kitchen is as I know some other businesses don’t keep their workspace the cleanest.

Only once I had ordered, waited in the drive-through queue, pulled up to the window and had my meal confirmed, did the staff let me know that it is cash only. Why they could have said this at the speaker is a mystery to me. Not the fault of the staff if they are having card issues but definitely a complete waste of time letting multiple people order.

I wanted to order a burger, unfortunately the girl behind the counter said that I couldn't pay in cash at the cash register, only with drive through. I asked what should I do, she told me to go out, get into the car, drive through drive through, order food and come back to eat at the restaurant. Could you believe that?I understand that you don't need to be very smart to work there but for her I think is to much anyway.

My order come very cold and over cooked chicken soggy chips and warm drinks drinks are warm because I were in the bag with the food with the drinks being cold it made the food cold and their drinks. Warm disappointment was very temperamental and kept on changing time for when the delivery was going to arrive stood outside waiting for over 20 minutes. As it said it was only 10 minutes down the road.

Awful experience today in the Spennymoor branch, just stood at the counter no staff acknowledging us. A member of staff eventually asked if we needed help, I said I'm waiting to be served. A male member of staff said self serve only. I think this is unacceptable not everyone knows how to use electronic devices, no members of staff are teaching you either. If a lot of it is self serve now prices should be cheaper

Service is usually very prompt even when busy, but consistently staff get my order wrong. Specifically forgetting ice cream on one occasion and on 5 seperate occasions not preparing the burgers correctly (e.g. not removing pickles when I put no pickles in my order or providing a burger with everything when I've requested plain), this happens regardless of which staff are in and honestly it's a bit ridiculous to not be able to follow a simple change. If my order was correct more than 30% of the time I would give a higher rating.

Chips are really poor, burgers really small, still tasty burgers though, chicken strip dorito things were ok too

Can never get a hot coffee as machine is always not working 😕 and chips nearly always luke warm. Not much parking about 6or7 spaces usually taken by the gym users next door

I have not been to burger king in awhile, but to say I have had the best experience from a drive thru window is an understatement. The young man at the window who i spoke to was extremely well mannered and seemed very energetic. Food was promptly handed out and the man assured me that everything was okay with my order, To which it was! Great food, Outstanding service, Would highly recommend!
