Diet Coca Cola delivered instead of the classic Coca Cola unpaid for, sharer box missing both dips…

My order had missing items 3 packets of chips i requested no lettuce onion or tomatoe on burgers ,it arrived with everything on .loaded chips were placed on top of a tub of ice cream and were freezing cold .did get a partial refund for burger&1 chips

Food delivered promptly but items missed from order and food cold.

Non of the items are what we ordered.

Wrong items and late i ordered the smoked cheddar chicken burger i got the beed burger

Left out the onion rings, no fries delivered with meals. one meal was supposed to be plain, both ended up plain.absolute joke. you guys have one job and you can't do that. NEVER ordering again.

Gave this place to many chances this is now the second time they have not giving us items which we have paid for, we ordered from uber eats (the family night in) and one of the meals is missing. The first time it happened I was at the drive, I can't believe this place hasn't got any better. Also the food we did get was cold! Never again avoid this burger king at all cost.

We come here with our autistic daughter, the staff always accommodate for her and are so helpful. All the staff have always been lovely but amy who always smiles and Anna and Cameron especially .are always spot on (being my daughters favourites as she likes to see them when we go and are so helpful, great team never let them go

Order was wrong, food warm to cold, staff not the most politest. Place was empty for Saturday midday, not surprised McDonald’s over the road was packed out

Very quiet, which is good. It was also pleasant to see the staff cleaning up for the evening. It did still take a while for my food to be prepared, as it seems the "Just Eats" are prioritised, meaning my food was cold by the time I received it.

Not impressed with our food this evening. To begin with it took 20 minutes just to get a chicken royal with no mayo as they kept making them with it over and over again. Then the food was freezing cold and you could tell it had been sat on the hit plate all day, it was hard and rubbery. Usually enjoy burger king but after this evening we won't be using this one again any time soon.

2hrs 20mins delivery time, food come cold and stale like it had been sat on the side for all the time it was late

Never got fries with both meals and sauces were missing that I paid for, not the first time either. Not sure how you can miss fries when they part of the meal.

Twice i’ve amended my order on the digital board to include an extra patty on my chicken royale, twice no receipt has been given, twice received order with no extra patty and twice when asked about this have been told “you never added an extra patty”, once fair enough but twice with witnesses on the latter is very questionable and convenient when no receipt has been given. Food that was received was cold and just plain bad. Prices are on par with the likes of Five Guys but quality on par of a hut in Baghdad. Massive part of this is due to the fresh faced, recent GCSE sat workers left to fend for themselves, social club with a side of B-Tech cooking best describes this place. Avoid at all costs and go to Domino’s across the road which is in a league of it’s own compared to these scam artists.

turned up an hour late and cold as my driver had been pulled by police, won’t refund me either. not happy

£30 of food and it was all stone cold, the halloumi fries and onion rings tasted like they’d been cooked in 1926 and put back in the microwave, only received a £7 just eat account credit as a “good will gesture”. The entire order was inedible.

I have not got my food that I have ordered , no phone call or message to double check my location or to give courier advice on how to get here . Not happy at all .

I placed my order at 5-45 and the delivery time kept being put back until 7-30.! The restaurant is only 2.5 miles from my home yet it took so long to get here I lost my appetite, just as well because the food was cold when it arrived. Well worth the £14-00 I paid NOT

Deliverer was quick and polite BUT my order had been sat on a shelf for nearly two hours. Inedible. Avoid this dodgy restaurant.

Driver wasn't pleasant at all. food was cold. drinks were warm. quality of food disgraceful. paid extra for loaded fries, a small amount of bacon pieces and a tiny drizzle of cheese sauce, which was dried on to the box mostly. all of which tells me that the food had been prepared and stood for some time. will not be ordering again!

Burger King is my favourite takeaway at a service station, but not on JustEat. If you never turned up it’s cold or even worse it doesn’t turn up you don’t get your money back it’s not the best app on here

Was in this afternoon with my family, absolutely amazing service, staff are extremely friendly and always willing to help us, we had quite a large order and expected to take a little longer but it came out really quickly, quicker than most other fast food. Shocking experience won't be coming back. Yesterday at around 10 past 9 a female worker behind the counter dropped one on the halloumi fries on the floor it was then picked up and thrown back into the fryer and looked over to see if she was caught. Realising customers were watching and other colleagues noticing it the batch that was in the fryer was then binned and a fresh one put in, but I believe if it wasn't for being spotted / caught they'd of served the food that had been on the floor and for a company that has a hygiene rating of 5 stars near the entrance I think this is shocking as well as disgusting levels of standards. Should be wearing hair nets / gloves also.

Bacon double XL came with no bacon paid for large, only got regular chips and drink. Plant based Whopper cold, not fresh and with small chips instead of regular, latte had to be replaced as had only given milk with order. The Childs order didn't come in the box as advertised. Staff not welcoming, more interested in talking to each other than dealing with customers at counter. Will not be using this Burger King again as a real letdown. There are not many Burger Kings near where we live, so their main competitor gets more orders, which is a shame because Burger King was seen as a treat because I prefer Burger King meat burgers, and my wife prefers their vegetarian burgers but if Burger King standards have fallen as low as this restaurant then we will probably be ordering even less from them.

20 minutes late, Food came missing parts of meals and extras. Came cold and wrong drinks. Paid 30 quid for an uneatable order and no refund yet

ordered at 8pm and Paid £28 for quickly thrown together sandwich and cold fries, received the complete wrong order. probably a bunch of 18 year old chavs that work here, only order here if you expect to receive your order 2 hours late, cold and wrong.

Food was nearly cold when it arrived. Onion rings looked and tasted as if they were old/stale/ been kept warm too long or reheated.

My burger was horrible it’s cost me 17 pound odd and it’s shocking I should of gone to McDonald it’s better and cheaper and bigger burgers

We rarely got to BK. We ordered 3 burger meals tonight. Got home to find one burger was missing. Could not be bothered to drive back. I know we should have checked before we left but... Honestly, how difficult is it? Silver lining - not my burger! BK - must do better. It'll be a while before we return!

Ordered with just eat at 5:48pm I’m 4 hours in and still waiting for food to be delivered or a refund

So I ordered for myself my partner and our three you kids at 17:48 nearly 3 hours later at 20:34 I get notified that my food had been delivered at 20:55 then again at 21:00 then again at 21:10 then again at 21:15 to now been 21:05

We've tried nearly every major burger outfit and burger king comes out on top every time

Only problem is incorrect cheese on burger so ruins the taste of the burger the different cheese slice

Food there is good and the service is quick and excellent, 100% would recommend the Cheeto chicken fries if ur not shy on handling the heat

Customer service was great, food was hot, and the restaurant was lovely and clean.

The place was very nice, clean and well looked after, the staff where friendly asking if I needed a hand ordering. I believe the manager was called Ben ensured the order was assembled correctly and Annaleigh who made sure I had everything including dips. The food was hot and overall good service, would recommend this branch as it continues to provide good service even if not asked which is a welcoming change. I will be ordering from here again.

Where do I even start? Dirty inside and out, no hand soap in the toilet, absolutely disgusting. Upsized my order to large and they gave me a large fry bag but only put about 12 or so fries in it. Ordered the 6 piece Doritos extra flaming hot chicken and only 5 in the box. All four burgers were what looks like they were sat on and the amount of mustard was unbearable. Staff standing around on their phones, not cleaning or filling up soap dispensers. Then to top it off, the self-checkout is seriously flawed. You’re only able to remove one ingredient from a burger so if there’s more than one ingredient you don’t want, too bad you cannot remove it. Very disappointing experience. The manager and area supervisor should be terminated immediately. This type of service is diabolical.
