brilliant restaurant very clean with very well mannered staff, food always fresh overall never had a bad experience here

Called this store at 19:30 on 31st jan asking where the rest of my order was as I’d ordered food online and received half my order. The woman on the phone had the most atrocious attitude I’ve ever experienced, and after requesting a re delivery of my missing items that they failed to pack I was greeted with profanities followed by hanging up the phone. I have tried to call the store several times after this and have not had an answer. Absolutely disgusting

Just an average Burger King. Do note that there is NO Wi-Fi in the store, and cellular internet cannot reach into the store well. The store is quite warm when its cold outside which is nice.

Me and my family visited today terrible experience half order missing only just found out when we got home 20 chilll cheese bites missing partner given a chicken burger for a bbq melt place was a mess bins over flowing floor dirty took almost 30 mins for food and still got it wrong very bad place should be shut down for how bad it is shocking

ive ordered fries with cheese but its just sucks as to the amount of cheese in it next time forget about the extra just charge it to the customer

The shop isn’t as big as the one near the castle. The food is okay, the service is alright not too long of a wait line but not very short either. The prices are reasonable for the high quality meat, if they increase their prices again, they might just have same prices as steakhouse. There weren’t any more paper tissues anymore, and everyone knows that eating a burger can be very messy, so please keep in stock the tissues.

Food arrived cold , driver had 2 deliveries which was completely in other directions so my food was completely cold. it’s happened 2-3 times . definitely not recommend this delivery driver

Absolutely dreadful. Order came to over £25. All food turned up cold and soggy, dip missing that comes with the side, the burger had ~3 pieces of lettuce which were brown, paid extra for 2 ice blasts which came as half-full blocks of ice with no straws, so could only drink the watery remains when they melted. No answer on the phone.

I would like to discuss about a sad situation that happened to me on BK, in Wales. A security guard shouted at me in the front of the whole store and captivation the attention of all other people towards me. It was one month ago, at the same date of the Taylor Swift concert. It took longer to me about reporting because it also took long for me to recover about this. I live in London and it was my first time at Cardiff, a lovely place that I was very excited about to walking around. I dreamt joining Taylor Swift concert for 12 years, and I was really craving to the date since when I got the tickets that was one year ago. My entire day was going so fine, magical e special, until this cruel situation popped up to me. As I said I live in London and I went to Cardiff by bus, at the end of the concert I was very tired as I didn't sleepy at all anxious about the concert and I entered to Burger King to buy a lunch because I was starving but also quite sleepy. Without realizes I slept in the table and them a security guard woke me up screaming at me. I saw that there was another person sleeping too, a girl, but he only screamed at me and was saying in out loud that Bk is not a hotel. I felt like an animal, like a mouse being kicked out of somewhere. It was a historic day for Cardiff and a historic day for me too. It really broken my heart because never in my life I felt so humiliated as I felt in that moment. Another things that is important to highlight. June is the mouth pride for the community LGBTQIAplus and the guard kicked only me out, not the girl, so I could realize in his eyes that he was enjoying doing that to me, embarrassing me like that because I'm gay. At the end of this sad situation I bought fried potatoes and he had no more arguments to scream. I can understand his job, and I would more than happy to explain the situation if he had approached me politely and not like in that mood. I really wanted to get back Cardiff again, but I think Ill never go anymore, because now every time when I remember that the anxiety takes control of my mind and my body. I have always been a client at BK, but now, I cant stand even the situation to cross in the same sidewalk. A day that was supposed to be reminded as a magic day, now I can only remember as a traumatic day.

Great little Bk in Queen Street with fast friendly service and my favourite was the code to the toilet so you had to buy something! Lol

Bad food. They put undercooked bacon on my burger. Onion rings were burnt, cold and hard enough to break your tooth. Dirty store. Lazy employees who couldn’t care less. And they charge you 5p to put it in a bag?!? This place is a joke. Fire everyone and start over!

Patty itself was dry, but the sauces make up for it somewhat, and the meal deals with an energy drink are decent value as far as a filling fast food meal go.

Went here with my teenage son and 4 year old. All was great, except the music choice had swearing in it. Might be a little thing , but was expecting music more family friendly tbh!

Food is great. Staff is very friendly but they need to get a new card machine. Connection breaks every time I go there and it takes about 10mins to retrieve payments. According with Staff, this happens a few times a day, management are aware but don't want to replace as it it's too expensive. Just take cut and do what you need. Costumer experience need to be put first, not profits..

Collected food from local restaurant then map showed driver went into town and didn't come back to the area with my (now cold) food until half an hour after it was collected, so my food was cold.

ordered vegan nuggets have ordered here loads of times and not had an issue. was given meat and by boyfriend confirmed this. went up to try to get a refund and just got told im a liar with a woman with black hair who started raising her voice at me - absolute no respect for people with dietary requirements.

Same old burger place. Areas closed for "cleaning" that still haven't been cleaned an hour after we arrive. But the fries are still the best.

Ordered a vegan whopper and received a chicken royal ? Couldn’t go back up to speak about it in all fairness as they where busy, however what I ordered and what I got where two completely different thing. The place itself was incredibly unclean and grumby but again could be due to being busy which I understand, just the fact they gave a vegan chicken ???

Inedibly cold, sandwich patty poor quality compared to previous orders.

My expensive Crispy chicken burger was very tiny and very dry. I had to get this exchanged. I didnt realise as the time the chicken nuggets were also rocks. Very disappointing
