Burger King in Wakefield

I visited the services where I bought a whopper meal from BK yesterday evening, which was very tasty and filling. The service I received from the lady on the front counter was exceptional, she made me feel like nothing was too much trouble and she was more than happy to help. This is exactly how customer service should be!! Bravo to the lady!! Thank you One very happy customer

Excellence today at Moto Ferrybridge Burger King! We were greeted by a very welcoming Zoe. Very organised, clean place. Ordered 3 x large Whopper meals, fast, efficient service. Food perfect ! Well done Zoe and the team at BK 👏👏

Update..... Returned to see if things have improved, unfortunately they are worse, I now know why the queue at KFC next door is much larger, Burger King is absolutely dire, I may aswell have just thrown the money in the bin along with tge clap cold food, if you can call it food,/ garbage I appreciate its a fast food establishment but the food ain't that fast but its always COLD!! Jesus you'd think with the prices they charge that at least you'd get hot food, but no always clap cold, won't be going back

My experience here was very enjoyable! The workers were also kind.ESPECIALLY Charlie T and Callum H, but Max was abit rude to me i almost threw my milkshake at him😡 Other than that i had a very great experience and loved the food😁

I was missing a burger from my meal

Order never arrived even though marked for delivery. What’s the point of issuing codes if they’re not asked for. This was my kids tea

My food has not come and it says it’s delivered it’s happened 2 times today

Asked a member of staff for a carbs sheet to work out the carbohydrates for my son who is type 1 diabetic. Staff Member just said "I can't help" Asked for manager who in turn said he doesn't have a folder with them in anymore. Design on your app like mc Donald's or KFC and make everyone inclusive.

The burgers was so dry couldn't eat it properly so ended given it to dog

I am very upset this order was sent wrong. I had a just eat voucher code which I used and then now I lost that as they sent the wrong food . It means I lost my voucher now too . Very disappointed

Halloumi is back! Shame it’s not as a burger but I really enjoyed them as a side option. Tried the chicken royale with cheese and bacon as suggested by Phoebe, who was really helpful and chatty. All my food was hot and fresh, a little bit on the expensive side but, I really enjoyed it.

Food was good, however, we were missing an item from our order.

Despite been given the heads up that this was a very bad example of Burger King we chose to ignore the advise, my husband had the triple whopper and I ordered the double bacon cheese burger, it was lunchtime so the place was fairly busy within 1 min of ordering our order was ready, clearly it had been sat there pre made awaiting someone to order them the burgers where so dry it was like eating cardboard and they were also luke warm safe to say we will not be revisiting and I beg anyone given the advise we were please listen to them.

Absolutely shocking we ordered 3 meals and a double cheeseburger arrived after paying 33.00,driver very unhelpful too just told to get intouch with just eat.

Should have walked away when we saw the price.(£11+meal) Should have complained when we saw what we received. (Small) Should have checked the reviews. Missus was in severe gastro pain the rest of the day. Make better life choices than this place.

Absolutely appalling. Paid £32 for an order and half of the food was missing, the food missing was the first noted on the receipt so not sure how that’s possible. Clearly need better staff that can actually read, when people are paying that much for food and can’t even be arsed to bag the order correctly!

Food arrived on time and delivery driver was great but I ordered 2 meals and 2 sides and only got 1 burger delivered. No sides not drink just 1 burger in the bag. Now being told it’s 7 days till I get my money back. So I’m out of pocket and still have no food

Food was cold apon arrival, burger was very cold.. chips and Chilli bites was cold too everything was cold and i certainly wont be ordering from there again. I would like to have my money back please.
