Chicken Hut in Wakefield

Driver was texting my phone after delivering order thinking it was my daughter thr food was freezing

I ordered my food on Thursday 27th to my work to take home after a 16 hr shift. The restuarent was open for another 90mins . When the food arrived the delivery driver couldn't get away fast enough, it was then that I realised the order was missing my meal, only delivered 1 of 2. Tried to contact restuarent 4 times, it had closed. Not only did I not eat after a long shift, I haven't got my money back either! Absolutely fuming ! I was a regular at this place but you have now lost my custom.

the chicken was very dry and will not be ordering from there again very disappointed i been here a few times but tonight's was not nice and put me off i spent nearly £50 for a treat for the family but was not impressed

Ordered x2 10 piece chicken orders and a 3 piece chicken with chips hardly got many chips. I asked for the 3 piece chicken to be chicken legs. I got 1 chicken leg and 2 cheap type of breast. This was the second this has happened. I also ordered x2 10 piece orders and only received 8 on both. This happened when I ordered from KFC a few weeks ago. Are they trying to rip us off or they can't count. Don't we spend enough on the food, delivery and service charge.?. Us that can't get out of the

Beans cold. Chicken stripsjust warm . Chocolate doughnut rubish one bit spit out and binned it. No time given for delivery.

Out for delivery after 10 minutes of ordering, the salad on my burger was brown and slimey and the onion rings were undercooked. Not great at all

I ordered chicken fillets n gravy. Chicken was a bit dry n far fat too salty, beyond enjoyment. Plus sides r limited without sweetcorn, salad etc. Coleslaw v tiny pot n not crispy n fresh. Such a shame.

All the chicken was pink I waited over 1 hour for it to get here when I live up the road the chips are clap cold………..

What I payed for didn’t turn up correct, chips undercooked gravy like water no one enjoyed the food whereas it’s normally good! Seemed rushed and not cooked properly

Looked and tasted like the chicken had been stood since you opened! Dry and chewy.

we often order from CS but tonight it was awful they pinged driver on the way 10 minutes drive to our house .arrived 30 mins later freezer cold and the chicken was just scraggy drum sticks and 2 other tiny pieces. we usually are loyal to CS and enjoy the food but tonight feel really ripped off

Bit disappointing tonight it was a bit cold

I waited over an hour 4 food & when my daughter rang up she was told, the driver had left but we waited another 15mins and she rang up again to be told by someone else that it was just about to leave the shop, when it arrived with us it was cold but when I tried ringing the restaurant I couldn't get through

Ordered food to be rung up and had my order cancelled over the phone. They told me to ring just eat, just eat no help whatsoever. Messed me around telling me to cancel my order when they had already accepted. Poor customer service in my opinion. No refund will not be returning here.

three meals ordered, kids meal was cold, other two just warm enough, well below usual standard.

Very small portion of chips with the variety meal and piece of chicken was a bit dry. Everything else was hot and good.

Even though there was a mix up with the delivery. A quick phone call, it was all sorted. Food came as ordered, fresh, hot, and extras for the apology. Great service, will still definitely be my favourite chicken fix. Top work chicken hut 😎

Always recieve amazing food from chicken hut! My go to place after a busy day at work as its always quick delivery and tasty! And also cheaper than most which is a bonus these days!. Wouldn't use anywhere else for my chicken wrap and the gravy is better than kfc! Thankyou guys ❤️

Hour and half for food and then food missing.

The food is lovely. Don't know what's happened with delivery times lately though. Last two times have been an hour and half to two hours. Last time my order was delayed three times, so ended up being delivered around half an hour after the original delivery time.

The food was great when it arrived but it took twice as long to arrive as they said when we ordered - an hour and a half total.

Great wraps and burgers, everything fresh and tasty. Cash only payments, friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended

Fries are nice and crispy the fillet burger was lovely and spicy wings tasty

The driest Chicken I've ever eaten and the chips were like they'd been microwaved multiple times.
