I feel like I've been robbed. Only came in for a drink to cool down and it ended up costing me £5.51 for 2 medium cokes!!! No wonder the atmosphere is dead, no one can afford the prices!

Poor hygiene, I found a lady called Emma very rude towards customers/staff. She’s also not very helpful towards her staff. God knows how this fast food place is even open it’s filthy. The poor staff look absolutely fed up. Would not recommend going here unless you’re looking for an argument!

Made the mistake of coming during half term ordering food took over 30 minutes of queuing, then took an age to arrive. It was piping hot and fresh so I can't complain about the food it was just a shame it all took so long!

Whopper served with no lettuce yet advertised with lettuce…no warning from store staff about the issue.

It's a Burger King 🍔🍟 👑! Home of the Whopper it is indeed. Yet, this particular shop always takes for ever to get your order. (I mean since it was first opened!)

Absolutely awful experience here. Firstly the staff decided to swear quite loudly before taking my order and continued swearing. My disabled Mother needed a toilet but was told she couldn't use the main toilets in Burger King but had to go out into the main centre to use them. Thankfully they're still not far but why have toilets in BK in the first place? The food was luke warm and covered in tons of salt. Also why are some sauces free but others are 30p? The place was littered and messy considering there were 4 staff on and it wasn't that busy. Very disappointed by this.

Very dirty restaurant and waited 10 minutes for my food, despite being the only customer and my sandwich being ready. The server shuffled off to get frozen chips mid order. Then when they were ready, took them out, left them on the side and shuffled out to the back again to go and talk to someone. Wouldn’t go back again as very poor. Chicken royale was cold, I’ve had melted in the drink and the restaurant itself was minging. Sadly hadn’t noticed prior to ordering or I would have gone elsewhere!

Dirty venue. Food all over the kitchen floor. Tables not cleared or cleaned. Food disposal area jammed and not removed. The worst Burger King in the UK.

Although the food is not bad, the absolute mess of the place is disgusting. Food all over the floor and tables filthy. Seats are all ripped. For the price people pay for their food they should not need to sit in a filthy place. Not one member of staff have been to have a clean up.

Came back here after a few years out of Hull, have to say it's much improved compared to my last experience. I was in and out in no time thanks to the quick service provided, and the general cleanliness of the store was drastically better than before. Food was excellent, everything was still hot and clearly prepared with care!

Was in that Burger King yesterday. Was buying chicken nuggets for kid as many times before at that place. Was served by Serena (never saw her here before)... no "good afternoon", no "hello", no " how can I help", just " wait" as she was packing other order ... I understand some people working for minimal wage but I really don't care. I am really not picky person and try to be nice guy but coming for food and paying normal price than I expect from cashier at least minimum of polite behaviour ... she packed my order and again no "here you go", no "please come again", no "enjoy your food", to be honest nothing - she said nothing. I don't know maybe she work there as some type of punishment or what but because of that kind of worker you loosing customer - probably not first time. We will be going to city center McDonald's next time ... I highly not recommend that Burger King to other customers. I am admin of huge bikers website, will add same post on mine blog...

Busy St Stephen's shopping centre.

Food arrived quickly despite been over the lunch period and was hot the table I was at was clean and the restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere x

Very very slow service. No hand washing between serving customers at the tills and preparing food. There was an injured pigeon crawling on the floor too. The workers seemed depressed. Really unpleasant experience

Got super busy in there so I had to cheese it, but once settled, the food was lovely! Had a large Cheese and Bacon burger with fries and a drink, and everything was perfect!

The best burger king in Hull. The staff are always smart, polite and friendly as you would expect, the wait times are more than reasonable. I prefer bk's burgers & chicken over mcdonalds. They not only have the savers menu but have awesome offers 24/7 like the £2 stacker and £4.99 whopper/melt box meals. Burgers larger and fatter then mcds. Highly recommended. Try the angus steakhouse burger. Delicious

Totally disorganised and lazy staff. Slowest service, staff walking around like zombies. Tables filthy and not cleared or cleaned. Sent email to St Stephens as it's part of there complex.

So the staff were amazing but the equipment they use is terrible no ice cocke machine broken and the food hot hold does not work so if your food is in there it will be cold

Dirty eating area waited far too long to order served by a girl who customer service was non existent then to be told no coffee's or water available, no sorry we don't have those just " na we ant got non " we left and went elsewhere won't be going back

As seen in a few other comments, when I visited the service was deathly slow. Quite the opposite of fast food really - if I had sat there much longer I would've started to grow roots. I would estimate we queue for 15 minutes to order. I would happily have not bothered, but my wife needs a 'treat' like this whenever she goes out. Not really quite sure how a burger you've just waited 10 for minute to be 'grilled' can be cold after the 15 second walk to the table but in true burger king fashion, the burger was stone cold. Again. Tables were filthy and it's noisy and cold - reminiscent of a train station or something.

Had to witness a manager speak to one of your staff in a degrading manner . Appreciate the restaurant is busy and my order was big but to publicly shame a member of staff in front of customers is disrespectful.

Disgusting, dirty store. Extremely slow service!! Had 4-5 people in front of me and took 40 mins from stood behind them to me sitting down with kids and eating. tiny portions which are cold gave it 2 chances, never again. Always so cold too. The food is fine. But the service, even when it's quiet and with plenty of staff on, is painfully slow. And it's usually a mess.

The restaurant/ dinning area was filthy with litter scattered across the floor and dirty tables. There were signs all over about broken things like card readers, coffee machines, toilets.

Not a single clean table today (Saturday) I know they are short-staffed but provide customers with cleaning products and we will clean up after ourselves. It’s a shame as my vegan food was good.

Burger King is definitely going to go out of business at this rate. The last 5 BK's I've visited only 1 has been up to scratch and even then its just managed to keep face. This one is a typical BK, food prep machine are broken, had to test the milkshake machine, to make sure it works (it did.. mosk BK dont!), "the bun toasting machine" wasnt working so the buns felt stale and dry, there is no items for a kids meal (had a coulering in sheet but no crayons) the whole kitchen from a customer side of the counter looks a bit rough around the edges, with rubbish black and white printed off reminders for staff plastered everywhere. Atleast the member of staff behind the counter weren't "chavvy" like most BK and the girl was nice. Told myself not to visit a BK again!

It's been ages since I ate hear, went today, no tea or coffee, no cheese burger meals ( only child's meal) no banana milk shakes. I chose a whopper meal, BUN DRY, BURGER COLD,A VERY SMALL PORTION OF FRIES COLD! NO OMBIENCE, ATMOSPHERE! STAFF TO BUSY SHOUTING ACCROSS KITCHEN TO EACH OTHER.

Two staff on really slow the lady arrogant. The chips had 12 in them. Really expensive for what you get. Trays of rubbish all over and when I got my food in a bag I said I was eating in the reply was well we have run out of trays!! Well clean the tables and you would have plenty. Gone down hill this place

Customer service was very good, went with 15 Beaver Scouts, the place could have been tidier and bins emptied.

I bring a SEN child here every 2 weeks, they never have any hot drinks available. Today they didn’t even have bottled water. The toilets are dirty and they have no toilet roll. If it wasn’t for the fact my SEN child has to have the same routine every week I would never step foot in here again

It was pretty busy this evening and we heard a few complaints from other customers.. It took ages for our food.. Mostly the staff where just stood about not knowing what they where doing with the exception of a lad called Jonathan.. He seemed to be the only one rising to the pressure and he went above and beyond for customers.. Food was the usual Burger King standard.. With extras as an apology for the wait.. Shame the table and the floors where filthy though..

How they can charge over £7 for a meal that's so tiny a toddler would have been hungry after eating it is beyond me. Will never go back there. Should be ashamed

We got a whopper meal, absolutely disgusting,the bread was stale. That was the worse burger I have ever eaten.

If you want to eat in this is not the place. 1 person on the till with the que out of the door. This is my 3rd visit and it's the same every time. Guess I'll use Greg's from now on

I was pleasantly pleased with my service today considering the store was understaffed it was very busy and only had 3 staff on. Shannon was my server and she apologised for the wait and I said she didn’t need to worry I understand. Even though it was understaffed I had good service. Was clean and suitable

It's fast food. You get what you expect. The cheesy chilli bites are amazing though.

Ordered a bacon double cheese burger meal & was sooo dissapointed with it, a kids meal burger was the same size, my grandbairn wouldn't of been full with it, the burgers was so thin it was hard to tell there was 2 in there couldn't taste the bacon as it was too fatty the only good thing was the fries & that's because they were hot... total rip off won't be going agian

Loved it. Not been at Burger King for a while but today's experience changed it. The staff were very curtious. The food was very tasty, coffee very tasty. Fries very hot. Far better than McDonalds. We will Certainly visit again. Thankyou.

I bought a double steak burger on Tuesday afternoon, and then I vomited and I have been vomiting for two days and I still haven’t recovered. I didn't eat anything. I saw that the staff in the kitchen did not wear gloves, which disappointed me and I will not go again

Decent burger joint there chips are the best you will get at such a outlet I prefer them to McDonald's but there more expensive can't wait till wendys is rolled out across the UK tho

Very polite front staff. Food was very well presented. I couldn't believe how well they had wrapped the burgers, having worked in fast food I've never seen that much care in looking after every part of the presentation. Just that little bit more care really made it look professional. Bag was handed over pre filled with everything we needed, straws, napkins and sauces which sped up collection. Food was great and had that just made fresh taste. I didn't stay to eat inside though but it seemed clean and tidy. Overall if it's like that every time I'd definitely visit next time I'm in town.

Visited burger King st Stephens yesterday. Family of 4 could not sit together due to social distancing. We could not sit with our 2 children. 😠. So my husband stood up to eat. Will not be going there again.

Will not eat here again. Staff are rude and even when you offer to clean a spillage you make they are snotty about it. All I heard while I was there was that there was too many customers and the wanted to go home. We were made to sit out side and there for they would not clean the mess that I offered to clean because it's not their area. Absolutely disgraceful. Would like to thank the security guard that helped out tho

Worker Emma spoke to me and my friend like we was dirt, no manners and was snappy for asking simply for more sauce. Had to find the least messiest table out of the many disgusting ones, even this one had chips chicken nuggets and popped sauce packets all over the floor: wont be returning disgsuting

Took my grandchildren to burger king at Stephens Hull. Paid more for our food than at your nearest rival! When we sat at the table and unpacked the food I found 1 BBQ sauce. I had asked for a "few" as there were 4 of us. I was told I wasn't entitled to any more unless I paid 20 pence and that she couldn't take my money as I had to join the queue for orders again. Not an experience I will repeat, even the chicken nuggets weren't eaten!

Person making the burgers was not wearing a mask or gloves. Never going back there

A skinny shop hidden in a shopping centre. The burgers were as expected, staff were polite. Followed Gmaps and didn't realise I was in a Tesco carpark with 2hr limit and £5 min spend. At least I got chocolate for afters.

St Stephens shopping centre Burger King in Hull. Visited today and was disgusted. Bins over flowing. Not a single clean, clear table. Staff stood around talking not doing much in the kitchen.

Dirty. Over flowing bins. No soap in toilets. Cold food. Hardly any salad in whopper burger.

Brilliant place to go and eat the atmosphere in the place is pretty nice but the only down side is the amount of tables and the portion of the food you get.

Enjoyed the steak house Angus meal. Weren't the cleanest Burger King but I asked for a table to be wiped after I cleaned someone else's rubbish. Got 6 onion rings and had to bin them due to overcooked! Tasted awful. I may return again...

I was at the till ordering my meal then got my meal started eating and then I realized there was ketchup in my burger and I wanted letis and mayo so I went to the till again saying that I wanted letis and mayo and not kechup and he said but kechup only comes with the kids meal and then I said but I didn't order a kids meal I ordered chicken burger chips and onion rings and a water and so he got my order wrong and he wouldn't change my chicken burger . The staff at the tills should listen to the customers also the mayo tasted a lot like salad cream . Didn't enjoy
