Burger King in Doncaster

Took over 20 minutes to get food. Wasn't even hot.

Good food but they seemed to not start another order until they finished the previous and it took a little for them to ask me what I wanted. Overall though really tasty everything cooked perfect, delicious and would recommend.

Staff where rude Food was poor and wrong Seating area was dirty with nobody working the floor at all in the 30 minutes we spent there.

Really good experience, staff were friendly and the food was fresh. Will be coming again and would reccommend. 10/10

Food was good shame about service, waited 40mins to get served and waiting for food, not even a thankyou for waiting. need more staff on especially during lunch time.

Just been served by the nicest burger king employee ever at Doncaster service. 3/7/24 @ 21.00. This guy needs a raise. Food was typical service station but the customer service was fantastic

This burger king was a 10/10 experience I was feeling hungry and I fancied some nice fries and a vegan chicken royale the service was quick and it had a nice atmosphere the workers and management were very polite and prepared my food very quick and had great customer service when I'm next in Doncaster ill be coming back , I recommend.

Beyond appauled. The employee handed me my food in a tiny bag which immediately broke all over the counter top leaving my food scattered. I was not offered a remake nor did anyone even bother apologise.

Coffee machine wasn't working. No longer sells milkshakes. When dining in you rarely get a tray any more. The soft-drinks machine today sold warm drinks that were flat, not even any icecubes were in there. The food today was hot (rather than warm at best). The place has gone downhill over the years. There are other places around these days that sell bigger, better burgers, fries and drinks for better value.

Ordered a bacon double cheese burger a whopper meal and a cheeseburger and everyone of them was stone cold kids were so disapointed , young staff member was rude and grinning never go again ....

Found bacon in my vegan royal. Not happy and was a waste of time and money. As the only vegan/vegetarian burger on the menu this was disgusting. Inconsiderate and lazy.

Nipped In Wednesday morning about 10.30am staff were friendly and helpful asked for recommendations all 3 members of staff that were on 2 girls and a male were more then willing to help had a lovely chat with them food was all fresh and hot seems like a good bk with decent staff would definitely go again

The food was hot and OK. The coffee needs improvement (coffee had little taste). Due to the location, the restaurant is noisy and cold in winter (but so is KFC opposite) .

Service was very slow, only one person serving when there was a lot of customers waiting. Food was great though!

Dont know where i would be without the BK app.

Worst burger King I've ever had 1 person serving and burger tasted like it had come out of fridge ridiculous good job there's a KFC across from it.

Dreadful customer service, place wasnt clean, and wasn't cleaned once while I was there, even though it was empty. Also gotten quite expensive for what it is

Love the food, although I'll only ever buy it using the app, as normal price I think is way too expensive. The service is OK, at no fault of the staff themselves as they are friendly however... it takes way too long to order and receive your food due to the lack of staff. I usually see one staff on the front and one in the back, when you compare staff numbers to McDonald's for example, its ridiculous. I easily end up waiting about 15 minutes and it makes you question if it's worth it! Finally, the seating area is clean and tidy but (again no fault of the staff) there is always a dodgy flashing light/broken light which can be a safety hazard, so frenchgate needs to see to it.

Brilliant burgers as always! Top quality burgers and the fries are Good and hot too. Always served with a friendly Smile and always fresh vegetables on every burger👍!! Beats Mcdonalds every day!! Also some nice sides too like sweet chilli cheese balls etc!! Aberdeen Angus meal is my favourite. Checkout the B.K website for amazing offers too, and don't miss the Happy 2 hours on Mon-Friday. Foods not the best and quite over priced. The app makes it a little better and cheaper but not worth going out of your way for.

Food came well over an hour late, topped off by wrong order and freezing cold. What a waste save ya money go some were diff

VILE FOOD ...... Stay clear of this place iv just received an order that not only was cold but looked like the driver ran over it on the way here...... the worst part was that the bun had mold on it . Absolutely disgusting, tried to call them but they don't seem to answer so I have reported them not only to trading standards but to the public health department..... you should be ashamed!!

Last time I came here i was told prices had gone up due to sugar tax but ive not been to this one for a while and it seemed like the meals had gone up again, ordered meal without fizzy pop i still paid the same high price . Yes its nice food but so is mc dees and you get more value for money 😉
