Appalling in every way. I was served by Leigh I stood waiting for my online order, unbeknown to me it had been sat on the side, the overhead screens was not showing being prepared nor awaiting collection i asked a member of staff leigh and he just said there was a technical problem. As my food had been sat for a while I checked the chips on top and they were stone cold, asked for replacement chips leigh tutted & mumbled to himself, when he returned I said the burgers won't be cold will they, he responded dunno and shrugged his shoulders, i went to my car then opening the whopper burger found mayo on it of which I ordered without due to being allergic to mayo, I returned it and explained, leigh snatched it off me and said I'll get another, I responded what no apology as he was walking off he said you stupid f---ing c--t, I shouted excuse me what did you just say he said nothing. I then asked him for some replacement chips as the ones I have will be cold again betime I've waited for my burger, he then shouted at me saying I'm not serving you get out, refusing to give me my order nor a refund, I told him I wasn't leaving without a refund, as he was walking away he was being verbally abusive and went out of a side door, after 5 minutes a female member of staff said I'll give you a refund. I assume this leigh man was either the manager or supervisor, if he was he should have known better than to treat a customer so disgustingly and swearing at them all for pointing out their mistakes. Shame on you 😕

Massive disappointment for a late lunch. Would leave a minus * rating if I could. Not visited a Burger King in a long time and certainly won’t be going again. The venue itself needed a good clean, all the food was cold, burger was like a tasteless piece of rubber and the coffee luke warm, even after taking it back and asking for a hot one. Very expensive mistake - will not be returning there or any other Burger King in the future.

Food is the usual Burger King experience. Main issue being the design of the place; it has a bad echo, so the sound of screaming kids is amplified. Drinks machine often has flavours missing. Codes sent by Burger King for money off, don’t appear to work here.

Me and my daughter purchased some sushi pots on a Sunday at 12.00 she ate them within an hour of purchasing and after 1/2 hour was violently sick them again after a further 15 minutes, contacted both Asda and the sushi company and they both just blamed each other, I have informed environmental health hopefully they will get to the bottom of it, it’s put us both off for life would never eat anything for them again

Rubbish! Fast food it ain’t! 20 minutes in the car park with other customers at 7.00 on Saturday night. This place wouldn’t last a week in America. Note no reaction to appalling reviews nor improvement.

I visited today (08/09/2023) with my wife around 2pm, for lunch. Ahead of us was a delivery driver for another pick up. The subway staff had put together the sandwich, but the driver said it was cancelled and walked off. The staff then took out the food ingredients from the sandwich back into the containers! I couldn't believe what I saw. So I asked what was in the sandwich they had made - Chicken and bacon. They'd put the bacon in and were about to put in the chicken when I told them that isn't right. It's basic hygiene to not mix ingredients. That's why they are in separate containers to begin with. They thought there's no issue since the chicken and the bacon are both non veg and they'd only touched on one side, and for a few minutes. I said no - you cannot do that. I said that I wanted to order chicken, but I don't eat bacon. They kept telling me I'm a non veggie so what's the problem. When I asked for a manager to explain about allergens, intolerances or just common sense and freedom to order only what you want, they told me conveniently there isn't a manager available. She went to hide in the back. Another person came out to see what was going on. I explained what had happened, and the person that did it nodded and said she did do this and was sorry. Then that person said we do this to save money. I said that is not on. For the sake of a £3 sandwich, you've put us two off for life. I don't eat beef, and that's the case for many people with certain dietary requirements. Some will not eat pork. There's lots of dietary requirements - some religious, some personal preference. From what I saw Subway staff in this branch don't care about your dietary preferences. They care about profit only.
