TO MUCH LETICE AND MAYO ROLL FELL APART AFTER SECOND BITE WONT GO AGAIN

Missing item in order. Absolutely no way to contact the restaurant. The number on deliveroo is fake. The number on Google doesn't work. Deliveroo sorting out a refund.

Probably the best Burger King experience I've ever had. Staff is incredibly nice, food is really fresh. Top!

Reasonably small Burger King, but good burgers. I had a chilli jam whopper meal, which was delicious. A good sized portion of fries, and a soft drink. Service was quick as it was relatively quiet inside and food was still hot when I got back to eat it. The air con inside was a bit harsh and even though I was only there a few minutes I felt my throat drying out, not sure how the staff handle it! There's a small parking site for Burger King outside, but it's right opposite Aldi which has a lot of parking.

Unfortunately I've had to change my review which was fairy good however after an appalling visit yesterday where my young daughter unfortunately chose a new chicken royale ( which to be fair to her was in place of what she normally orders on the screen ) I took the order back and said that obviously she had chosen the wrong one to which I was told " not my fault " by a very stroppy worker not offered an exchange so I went and ordered the correct one ( as it was our fault at the end of the day ) however while I had turned to pay for the new one the stroppy worker had thrown out the mistaken one I said where is it ? And she said thought you didn't want it so I threw it and I said but I've paid for it and another in place of the wrong one she said we would have just made ya a new one but oh well so then I went to manager who gave me a refund of one of the royales ! Safe to say I won't be returning !!!! Also the place was an absolute mess all tables were dirty and food all over floor despite there being only myself and my daughter in there at the time!!!

I ordered the food around half 6 to be delivered asap and had an original estimated delivery of 7pm, the restaurant wasn’t able to start preparing the food until nearly 9pm due to no drivers. I was about to cancel the order when it eventually popped up to say it was being made.

The driver was very polite, so absolutely not blaming him, really not his fault but the restaurants. But the order arrived nearly 3 hours from when the order was placed of course the food was then sub par and cold

Amazing food, delivery time in the app fluctuated so it was delivered 20 mins later than what was predicted

Ordered with a 15-20 min delivery time. This was pushed back 3 times. If you dont have xapacity, dont except the order, just eat needs a cancel button for this instance. Driver took our food on a tour of weymouth. Food was cold and rank. In the bin

This has probably been the worst visit to a BK restaurant ever. The floor hadn't seen a decent mop in years, the seating seemed grubby, the toilets were disgusting. The food was of a poor standard; the burger bun was crumbly, without texture and tastless. Burger itself wasn't hot and certainly didn't seem 'flame grilled ' Fries clung together as they had been poured straight from the freezer into the fryer. I certainly won't be back and have reservations about ever returning to a BK again!

The xl burger is cold and bacon cheeseburger is cold

Takeaway order. Food was fine but they forgot fries, despite the place being empty. Hard to understand how this is so common. Luckily on work expenses but too far to go back once realised.

two hour wait and the food was wrong

Ordered at 18.50 didn't receive order until 22.20

the courier didn't deliver to us, it was seen delivery in another street, we received no order. the restaurant didn't answer the phone, I phoned six times.

Checked our order and no halloumi fries, asked them to re-make the whole order otherwise it would be cold. The halloumi fries are expensive and looked like they had been run over and they also forgot to put the dips in the new bag. Also food was cold and we live 2 minutes away.

Wrong order, got a Bacon Cheese XL and fries. Ordered a Steakhouse Angus with extra Cheese, with fries. Won't be ordering again. Keep getting it wrong to many times.

from when I ordered it it took almost 2 hours and when it got here there was no milkshake

perfect as always 🌟 food was lovely and hot and packed very neatly (Not just chucked in a bag like other places) friendly and polite delivery driver I highly recommend and will continue to order thank you 😊 x

Food was stone cold. Chips and onion rings tasted like cardboard asked for no cheese on on of the burgers but they still put on I'm lactose intolerant so couldn't eat it

Do not like self service machines. Are they wiped clean after every use

Different between Burger King and other well known brand is Burger King better food piping hot

My delivery time kept changing once the driver was on their way and when it finally came all the food was cold

that chips were frozen and the burger was completely destroyed. my drink was half empty when I got it.. I really didn't like this

Really disappointed with the service or lack of on Sunday 5th Feb we thought we would grab a quick burger you know fast food but after waiting some time decided to leave the worst of it was all working in the shop made eye contact with me on even stood feet away from me looked me in the eye and turned her back still nobody came to take my order so I left will be reporting this further as the service at this burger King is getting worse no improvements FYI went from here to the other major burger chain and my order was taken straight away no waiting and would like to add they were busier than burger King reluctant to give even one star burger king is my favourite but certainly not this one 😡😠 gave you a second chance this time at least we got acknowledged but refused to serve just stood there looking stupid use the machine I’m paying cash response being ium and then nothing won’t ever go back again and my advice to all is stay away

Yet again the worst place to go for food staff need training on how to accept orders and to learn what cash is and that people sometimes want to pay cash especially if they can't use machines for the staff to just stand there looking dumb just uttering um and no esplanation as to why she couldn't take my order won't be coming back and my advice to all is stay away maccy ds some much better better service

Called in when we were stopping in the area. When we got back to the caravan site, which is two minutes away, it was not what we ordered and stone cold. I should have known as there were only two people working and about ten people waiting. Totally crap food and service…. Never again….

shame the store CANNOT read messages left on the order, only received HALF THE ORDERS and I requested the staff to check ALL items were in the order!

Visited this place on way to littlesea Holliday park ordered 2 whoppers , absolute rubbish don’t bother get yourself a few rolls in Lidl and make your own .will not use again .

asked for no mayo and no cheese, got mayo and cheese all over my order, asked for a refund, on day 4 so far with no reply, poor service, quick enough to take money out but takes forever to even respond to my request for refund.

When will you get the order right. Husbands had to go and sort it out. Now we have cold food. That’s£29. Wasted. Was not even busy. Not keen on Mc Donalds, but would have had better service. Did try to phone the store but no answer even after 8 attempts.

the driver knocked the door pleasant enough left my bag but inside was no ice cream the food was cold and the chips were left over from lunch. I rang to complain but noone picked up I was able to leave a message but so far nothing has happened. definitely won't be eating there again
