Burger King in West Dorset

Firstly, the driver wouldn’t deliver the food to my door I had to go down the road to collect it. When it arrived I noticed both portions of the “loaded” fries could hardly be classed as loaded, they just looked plain. Also what I believe to be plastic possibly part of a plastic glove found in the fries.

i ordered £20 worth of food and only got 2 burgers, not even the right burgers..!? i got the big king little king meal and didn’t even get any chips and the burgers were wrong!

The fries were dried out and seemed they had been out for a while. Same for the onion rings, tasty old & rubbery. Shame as I was looking forward to that.

courier driver extremely rude. No thank you even though I left a nice tip. No more tips in the future

Not only was it late, but the order was cold and not complete, one of the burgers was missing.

food was cold, i was checking the delivery map and the delivery driver stopped at 2 diffeent supermarkets before delivering my food.

2nd time in two weeks a shop has taken order then said preparing order then say delivering order waited30 minutes. then order cancelled

Delivery driver left food outside of the wrong address. Was cold by the time it got here. Lettuce was also stale and brown

I put the wrong address in but I messaged the courier and he kindly brought it to the right address

I screwed up and asked for the food to be delivered to the wrong address. the delivery driver understood the mistake and called me to re-arrange delivery.

It was nice to get a hot takeaway.

bang on was missing the extra patty in the burger but everything else was their so not a big problem and the delivery guy was very friendly top work

food was pipping hot and excellent, delivery was fast

Very nice and tasty, everything we wanted, cooked well and delivered politely.

We got just before a rush at 5pm. Small Burger King and about room seating 25 people. Easy to order on the app. The service was good and friendly. I asked for mayonnaise, and now it's 30p each. The bbq Burger was small and dry. Chips were excellent, onion Rings not crispy, but soft. whooper was great. I find Burger King hit or miss. Last 3 times, only 1 has been good. Shame. Pletty of parking outside.

Burger was cold on the 4 minute journey home. Was violently sick after eating the meal.

We had no fries delivered to us after paying for them

The food was hot, tasty and on time. I can’t honestly say I’ve ever had a fast food delivery that has been all of those things. I was surprised, and would consider ordering again after this experience.

Once again a mistake no drink with the whopper meal, was it left out or stolen? You tell me !

as long as you live within a 5 minute drive and fancy a burger king order up you shouldn't be disappointed I've ordered like 11 time's and not had a bad one the delivery drivers have been excellent aswell.

5th delivery so food was only lukewarm.

we didnt have one meal, our drinks were missing, it was cold and we didnt get sauce that i paid extra for too.

Food is always hot and fresh unfortunately very confusing with app integration with the app some codes work others don't on the self serve counter. BLLlue light is only 10% instead of the 20% on the app and can't scan the app at the counter so even if I wanted to use the 10% I wouldn't be able to use my rewards account.

order was missing items and when I rang the restaurant there was no answer despite calling several times.

Open until 21.00?.. shut & 20.45 Has happened several times...just shut @ 20.30 and at least everyone knows... rest my case. 👎

Wouldn’t waste your time, been a lover of Burger King for a while now, but recently they have been disappointing… last night order a chicken royal got it without mayo… ordered tonight got a chicken royal… which was covered in mayo same as you’d ice a cake… pretty disappointing and wouldn’t recommend.

Very expensive for the quality of food.

delivery was quick and great. the food was bagged really well however I felt the nuggets could of been kept cooking for an extra minute or so for that good crunch. LOVED staff who wrote on the boxes & packaging what things were and the bag of ketchup dips! very nice and we appreciated this! always love a BK the staff are great and cook it great (minus tonight nuggies,again wish was just a little crunchier and cooked a little longer) delivery is always great for this place too.

As per usual items missing from my order despite me leaving a note on my order saying please double check it!!!

Food was way later than first said which was fine as I can understand being busy but to then forget chips and loaded fries and mayo on both burger meals is awful. After waiting I don’t expect to not get the correct order very unhappy

Do you know what I love here? The spicy dorito chicken fries. 😋I also like they do onion rings. And I have to say the staff were super lovely too.

Really enjoyed the Woopers only problem were the chips were Luke warm to cold. Other than that very pleased adds to our movie night.

Absolutely dreadful - do NOT order from here. Waited 1hour 15 mins for food, restaurant refused to answer phone as we wanted to cancel due to time delay. Food arrived stone cold. Will not be ordering here again

Took hrs to arrive and when it did it was cold

I paid for 3 lots of onion rings and two lots of chilli cheese bites. They did not arrive with my order nor did it allow me say the cheese bites were missing on the im unhappy with my order section.

Food was delivered very quickly. However all the food was stone cold. Third time of ordering from here and cold each time so from now on will not be ordering again. Very disappointed.

Missing food and at £25 you'd expect everything to be there.

Ordered through Deliveroo no problems there , but why oh why can’t you put together what people ask for, a whopper meal with no mayo no sauce and no pickles means just that, it doesn’t mean a whopper with everything on it, and then not answering the phone so I can make a complaint and get the correct burger sent!

He didn’t even walk the order to my door made me walk out to the road I’m not happy with the delivery service that I paid for

I ordered a double whopper and watched the person prepare it , so when I left I had no reason to expect it to be cold . It only went from the restaurant to the car to . This was part of a meal and the chips were very hot . Not a great service for a £11 burger meal

driver delivered another persons order, when i said this to him he told me to just get a refund, tried to call restaurant and get no answer, service in this country has gone to the dogs

Weymouth bay. Tried twice. Staff were trying their best but none of them seemed to be up to speed with how it ran. Food was cold and tasteless.

Order was short. Did not notice until we got home. Tried to phone several times, nobody ever answers. Went back to complain, just given what we were missing and sent on our way. Our time, our fuel wasted, not theirs, but their fault. That's customer service for you these days!

Enjoyed the burger and the onion rings, but the chips were cold, which was a shame. This is the first time it’s happened to me.

Food was cold, chips were cooked what seemed 2 hours ago. Couldn’t eat them. They forgot to give the delivery guy the drink, told him at the door and he said he would be back shortly. Never came.

I brought the Smoked Cheddar & Bacon Angus with extra cheese with regular chips and the partner got smokey bacon chicken royal, on a quiet Sunday afternoon. My burger was put together perfectly and stayed together thought me eating it. It taste amazing, the chips where cooked very well also. My partner had zero complaints I can easily say it was the best burger I had eaten from a fast food shop in a long time. (We are in the car so can't rate atmosphere)

Chips were cold and hardly any for a “large chips”, onion rings were also cold, burger was ok though

Daughter wanted to try the halloumi burger here but they don't serve it anymore but as she's flexitarian was happy to have chicken nuggets. My son is vegetarian and had the meat free whopper; he fancied the chicken burger however as it's classed as vegan, the ordering screen doesn't allow you to choose a non-vegan drink (which is most of them!). Food tasted nice enough and more filling than a McDonald's however the ordering screens could be improved (would order at the till but no-one was there).

I've personally never had bad food delivered from here usual rule of thumb if you live within a mile of the restaurant your usually on to a winner no different if you go to the drive through yourself!! good food and all the delivery drivers are always up to scratch!👍

Placed order 4.23pm. Food arrived 6.40pm after several phone calls trying to direct driver to my house. Food cold and went in bin. I need a refund.

Sadly we keep trying this and it’s let us down time and time again. The chips are like cardboard and the side chips for my son at over £3 for large are not worth it. The burger were luke warm and my chicken royal was chewy. It’s time for us to face the fact that it’s not going to get any better.
