My daughter got food poisoning from here wont be going there again

Quick service and hassle free. Only downer is the price compared to other fast foods, however do prefer the burgers so is worth it

Apparently they close early on Wednesdays. Ordered at 9pm and expected delivery was Thursday at half 10am. Obviously couldn’t be bothered to stay open for the next hour.

The burgers are better and bigger than the McDonald's. The food preparation time is 5-10 min...nit quick, but quicker than the McDonald's

doesn't have the volume of advertised burgers in the image, sending small portions in large packets doesn't make it satiating enough to eat, why are food items sold in UK always in small portions, it's a terrible rip off

The food took ages and the food was cold by the time it arrived. The cold bottle of drink was kept in the same bag as the food which didn't help. The paper bags on the food bag had also become damp.

3 attempts to call the restaurant..was told the delivery driver has the order.. when it hasn't.. I was told the food would be redone..again when it hadn't.. the food was cold when it arrived. extremely unhappy

I ordered my food at 5.37 and it finally arrived at 7.07 absolutely freezing cold!!! Having to reheat all the food due to how cold it is. Absolutely ridiculous

the driver drove around the area for 30 minutes and my food went cold. I even sent the delivery driver instructions on how to get to me and still took 10 minutes. and when he did arrive he acted like no care in the world I even said he was late and he shrugged his shoulders.

The burger was amazing! Now my go to. The chips with bacon and cheese is average, but I prefer to plain chips. Please just give the bottle separate, once out of fridge it gets dripping wet and soaks food.

My experience is shocking he turned up so late and said I’m learning sorry that’s a lot money I’ve just wasted, for you to be learning how to read a map and bring food on a bike so bad

We ordered this at 18.30 with an original estimated delivery time for 19.05 -19.15 We finally received it at 20.20 I tried calling the store numerous times but it went to an automated response with a full mailbox. Not helpful at all

Not sure the reviews on here are fair as most of them are targeting the drivers not the actual restaurant. Order is correct every time and is delivered very quickly.

driver made several deliveries, before coming to me. he tried to cclaim he was "getting petrol" but was clearly stopping in and around various addresses in Hersham and Walton delaying my food. the food is all stone cold. you don't pay this sort of money for Poor service and poor food.

rolls always stale and disintegrate while trying to eat burger. Would have eaten in but all chairs put upon tables at 7pm. And the cruddy app wouldn't let me notify them that we were on our way and therefore couldn't place the order so had to place the order at the counter. All in all very disappointing. I find some of the other reviews slightly dubious!
