Burger King in Elmbridge

My experience is shocking he turned up so late and said I’m learning sorry that’s a lot money I’ve just wasted, for you to be learning how to read a map and bring food on a bike so bad

food was burned, this is the second time. horrible costumer service from just eat, refused a compensation 😤

missing chips from one meal and the 2nd meal ordered cheesy chips with bacon barely any cheese or bacon and cold.

I wanted a BBQ burger that means without mayonnaise

asked to keep the cold drink seperate from the hot food. they didn't, now my food is cold

Food was tasty,hot and fresh. This restaurant has a very small seating area so eating in at times may be a problem. Also tables weren't very clean today. Staff helpful and friendly

Items missing from a large order- had to get a refund so one person had no meal out of our group. No chance to deliver missing items and not going to reorder and pay delivery again- rubbish service

We ordered this at 18.30 with an original estimated delivery time for 19.05 -19.15 We finally received it at 20.20 I tried calling the store numerous times but it went to an automated response with a full mailbox. Not helpful at all

Lazy! Don't like taking your order at the counter, even when the machine is telling you to go there! Awful service, get some new staff.

One order. 2 missing items. Ordered meal deal but the drink was missing. They gave me free item 6 chicken nuggets but there were only 4 nuggets inside. Never ordered from this branch again

It was very delicious and the service was really good. Beautiful ladies and very kind and helpful. Was very confuse using the screen one crew help me.

Not sure the reviews on here are fair as most of them are targeting the drivers not the actual restaurant. Order is correct every time and is delivered very quickly.

driver made several deliveries, before coming to me. he tried to cclaim he was "getting petrol" but was clearly stopping in and around various addresses in Hersham and Walton delaying my food. the food is all stone cold. you don't pay this sort of money for Poor service and poor food.

rolls always stale and disintegrate while trying to eat burger. Would have eaten in but all chairs put upon tables at 7pm. And the cruddy app wouldn't let me notify them that we were on our way and therefore couldn't place the order so had to place the order at the counter. All in all very disappointing. I find some of the other reviews slightly dubious!

There has been issues with my orders before where food was missing from the burgers ie extra patties at last count 8 extras , bacon and cheese 4 times all paid for , I tried calling in which to get issues sorted out but no one picked up the phone and I’ve never been given a response or a refund on food that was missing!! I would appreciate any help and support resolving this matter, thanks

Staff are lazy. Won’t take orders at the counter. Refused service to a disabled person who couldn’t use the machines to order because they apparently are not allowed to take orders at the till anymore. Ridiculous and humiliating!

As delivery driver they are totally bad , with Sunday boys . They don’t see equal with Indians when pick up orders . All other days with ladies is the best .

The food was absolutely mouthwatering, bursting with flavor in every bite. The service was exceptional, with cheerful staff who made me feel welcome. The ambiance was clean and inviting, adding to the overall enjoyable experience.

It’s wonderful restaurant. Food was very testy and delicious. Staff were very good and polite. I recommended this place for me, my family and my friend's for the breakfast.

As with all burger king's nowadays this place is a nightmare. The machines are unclear unless you have to have the standard order, you can't change an order or add, believe it or not a more expensive item. The staff are clueless and don't care which is why the place is probably empty. It's a shame because out of all of these this is my favourite burger restaurant food wise

I recently visit and had a fantastic experience. The staff were welcoming, the restaurant was clean, and the food was delicious. Food was awesome, the fries were crispy, and the service was quick. Overall, a top-notch fast-food experience. Five stars! I recommend my more carers to visit there for lunch and dinne.

The food was cold. Chips clumped together. Soggy. Burger was cold. Onion rings slightly warm. Actual bag it came in was soggy and wet. This is the 3rd time it's come like this. I wish I had saved my money.

Having had burgers and fries in various continents and brands such as McDonalds, Shake Shack, 5Guys, CaliBurger, Triple O's and Burger King, I have to say this branch even though smaller, has minimal seats cooks a good burger and especially proper potatoe fries freshly made unlike a competitor with golden arches that consistently serves soggy, warm, over salted, processed fries. You can learn a lot from Burger King with properly cooked meals golden arches. Also the scented palm oil that golden arches are known use really smells and impacts food negatively especially when the food temperature drops and gets cold as palm oil is solid at room temperature. As with many mainstream burger chains and franchises I find the burgers not served up to 71c cooking temperature. Its always warm and there seems, in the UK no Food and Safety, like the US to require cooking and serving your burger hot at 160F. Burger King seriously fix your app. Heck contact me and I'll work with you on it.

Ordered food which never came. They also don’t answer the phone. They then faked it being delivered this morning to ensure I wouldn’t get it a refund. First time going here and never coming back.

The driver was outside our flat for delivery at 18.01 and didn’t deliver till 18:24 as he then drove off He said he got another job from Fridays and delivered that before ours our food is now cold. Also when I asked him where he had been he said

Ordered a delivery 1hr 30 minutes ago. Still not here despite app saying it’s left restaurant. If they are taking in excess of 3/4hr to deliver clearly going to be cold and awful. Will NEVER order from here again. Quicker to walk to shops buy food walk home and cook it. Definitely not the treat I was hoping for.

Honestly I never write reviews but I couldn’t not. The food, vile.. burger luke warm and had almost a mushy texture. Drinks not fizzy or cold, chips had enough to salt to poison you. When politely trying to address the issue the staff had a foul attitude. Was so excited to have a Burger King close by but this was disappointing

Lady serving the order is very careless and lazy yesterday I asked for coke and she gave me coke zero not even bothering of what costumers are saying.. very arrogant attitude I never choose this store to come again… for hospitality don’t prefer this store
