The Angus burger is pretty good... When compared with other flat tasting burgers from other joints it's worth another visit.

Update: visited recently and the closing time was 10 pm on the day I visited (Tuesday). Unfortunately this restaurant closes at 9:30 pm, which forced a trip to McDonald's on my first visit. They variety of BK burgers is always much better than other chain fast food places though. Very tight entrance for the drive through, so best for passenger vehicles only. Had to pull forward and wait in the car park for my last meal.

Always reliable on the lunch breaks and great people.

I ordered a plant based whooper and vegan royale, they sent me a meat whopper and chicken royale, I always order from here so I'm very very disappointed and don't see how this could've been a mistake.

Every single table dirty even though three was no single customer. Staff playing loud music in the back that was mixing with the music in dining room. We have been there 15min and all staff been outside having cigarette. Smelly and dirty toilets.

All the staff are first class ant / Chris /Graeme/Christina and ellia /kyle there all very friendly would do anything to try and make you experience the best burger king in nottingham allways give 100 % all the time would have no problems to tell pepole to go there rather than lady bay as to your treated with staff as to whom do not know as to treat there customers correctly first class service

Staff really friendly and helpful... the service can be abit slow sometimes and have to wait 5 - 10 minutes in carpark for food... other than that it's good 👍

Food was nice but they need a cleaner as the floor and tables were filthy with crumbs and food this would greatly improve the place

Years since I've eaten at BK.. the food was great. The burger was constructed with care and attention and stayed complete whilst eating. Great staff and service. Wonderful

First time sitting In here on way home after a long day starving hungry decided to stop and eat food was so hot I accidentally burt myself because I was so desperate to eat it... never really had a bad meal at burger King but for some reason it just tasted better than usual... drinks options are fantastic too and so is the service the only things that go against burger King in general is the prices so its an occasional treat for us and also no milkshakes or desserts and after eating such a lovely meal I was craving something sweet also on a side note not a lot of options for kids although the kids burgers are incredible

Where do I start with this masterpiece of a restaurant. It must be up there with some of the world monuments such as the great wall of China, the grand canyon and the great barrier reef. The customer service here is second to non and really make it a fine dining experience. Gordan Ramsey would be proud of the burgers cooked at this establishment, Five stars (p.s Micheal and Kay were very polite, cooperative and wonderful people.)

Honestly... staff moaning to each other, doors being slammed, waited ages for food in my car and when i got home my ben and gerrys ice cream i paid for was not in the bag! No receipt in bag so no proof of purchase! Burger king its not good 😐

Horrible unfrendly staff , very rude , had issues there twice within last 3 months. The lady on the till been rudely rushing me with my order, and next time, she made me lose 600 points by setting the meal on my app, which I didn't got it! 0☆ not recommended.

Staff are always super friendly and kind . Makes it a much nicer experience than other fast food restaurants locally. Can't fault them at all and their service is impeccable. You pay for what you get in this world and all through their food is slightly more expensive than competitors and it is only slightly, you always get well cooked food and all the years iv been to this one I'v never had a order wrong or poor quality. Offers always on the app aswell which is super easy to use.. don't even touch maccies nowadays

A somehow simultaneously soggy and dry, gross burger, made with piss poor quality ingredients. Inexplicably still cost twice as much as it would cost to buy a decent sandwich in literally any cafe.

Came to get a delicious burger, left with only hunger and sadness. I roll up at 9.10pm to get a tasty burger, the lights are on, all is good, the sign on the door says Wednesday 9.30pm restaurant closing, drive-thru 10.30pm. I check my watch, I check my calender, well.. we're in luck. It's Wednesday at 9.10pm. So I vigilantly read the door, it says pull, I pull, but the door is locked. Okay, these tasty treats at cooked fresh, maybe 20 minutes isn't enough time to prepare. So I go back to my vehicle and go to the drive-thru. "Hello? Hello? I'm here for great deals on delicious burgers", I get no response through the intercom. I go round to the payment point, the lights are on, someone is home, I see someone is there. But there is just a sign on the window, sorry, were closed.

I had the plant based option. The staff are really friendly. The toilets are very clean too. Enough parking too.

Best place to go for your BK fix. It's quiet well staffed and always friendly and welcoming. Try the new doritos chilli heatwave chicken fries with spicy mayo if you like a tongue tingling bite to eat.

Some of the reviews here are a bit precious, it's Burger King, not the Ivy. Having recently tried Burger King at Sandiacre, I've had food from both, though the chill atmosphere at the Ivy in Chelsea trumps the West End. Anyway, back to takeaway burgers, I don't do greasy places which also flog kebab, pizza and the like. I tend to stick to a bloke in Long Eaton who goes by the name of Ronald McDonald. It's fast food, or supposed to be. Don't even get me started on Colonel Sanders across the road and his undercooked fried chicken. Ronald's problem is that he kept letting me down. Food cold, food delivered to the wrong address (my street is posh, there's an 'Upper' version to it, so they got my food once whilst I cried into my Uber Eats app), missing items etc. It kinda put me off big box fast food companies. I thought I'd give Burger King one try, always thought it was a bit more money, but probably on par with our Maccies orders since they lobbed prices up. Ordered a double Whopper for myself, plus burgers for others, and 20 Doritos chicken things. When my food arrived on time, the first thing I did was the check. Hot, do a count on the chicken, open my burger. To my surprise, I counted 20 Doritos chicken bits, not 18. Precision. To the burger, I've seen the ads, lovely flamed taste. "How do they do it?". Bun wasn't manky, nothing collapsed on me, very well constructed. I'm Lovin' It. Will order again.

Staff were amazingly helpful, lovely warm welcome and very fast service, we very rarely eat out at all but will defo go back again , food was very hot and delish, defo 5 from us 😊

Shocking place turned up for a coffee on the Sunday morning supposed to open at 10 still waiting at 10.20 so went somewhere else

In my experience, Burger King consistently provides a subpar customer experience. Every time I have ordered from them, there have been issues with my order and long wait times. Additionally, they frequently fail to open on time, causing inconvenience and frustration. The quality of service from their staff is also severely lacking. Overall, I cannot recommend Burger King as a reliable or enjoyable fast food option.

Nice little chain in Nottingham. Good food and service but slow with food, wasn't very busy but nevertheless enjoyed my meal.

Went to sit in. The food was ok but chips were cold so I asked for some hot ones. It was nice to see that they had milk shakes as still none at the wyvern takeaway. There was some rubbish around and tables needed wiping and at least four staff were in the back just chatting and on their phones. Such a shame as it seems a nice little takeaway.

I've used Burger King many times now, but I've never visited this particular in Sandiacre before. Whilst working in the area I thought I'd stop here for my lunch. I asked for a double Whopper and large fries and the young chap behind the counter was helpful in telling me that it was cheaper to buy it as a meal. I said I'll have a coke or Pepsi with it. The young chap then placed an empty cup and straw in front of me and said "there's your drink" without saying anything more. I thought this is obviously a guessing game then. I looked around then spotted a machine to my left which appeared to be a drink dispenser. It wasn't clear what you should do despite my pressing a button on the front. I said to the chap that it didn't appear to be working. He said impatiently "you have to press it first". "That's what I am doing" I said. He then said "you press the screen" which I then did to discover several icons showing different drinks. So I got there in the end! However, considering I've never been to this particular Burger King before, it would have been really nice if that young chap had actually explained that I needed to use the machine and how to use it, rather than just slamming an empty cup down and not saying anything only to them getting patient with me when I didn't know what I was doing.

This is by far the best Burger King I’ve been to. The staff are very polite and friendly and the food is always fresh and hot! Can’t fault it!

I like Burger King over other burger franchises, service was quick and the server pleasant (Erin). Food was normal good quality, easily the best chips when comparing against Macdonald's and KFC. If you land from Mars on an Elon Musk space ship, would recommend you check burger king out first.

Simple order of 3 meals. Managed to only send 2 drinks instead of 3 and one of those wrong - capri sun instead of a coke zero. Not even close. Surely has to be fundamental that you read the order!

My choice of burger venue that's local to me. Usually not busy so not waiting long and burgers are decent. Only drawback is it's a bit cold in there. Nips like razor blades

Food ok but meal so much smaller and dryer than McDonalds. I dont eat a lot of Burger King or McDonald but for £14.00 it felt very expensive so not value for money. This was probabably reflected in how busy they were which they were not. Sorry but I was disappointed that Burger King couldn't have competed better and feel even more sorry for the staff that work for them as the whole poor expereince was down to Burger King not the staff. Burger King obviously have the potential to be great but sadly not with this experience.
