Food cold and not all there they must of been asleep tried to call the place the number dose not work will never go there again much prefer McDonald’s

forgot to put fries in the order

Discussing!! Food came cold and seemed stale and old not fresh at all and cold and then found a bone! In the chicken royal won’t be ordering again!

food was completely cold and inedible as i cannot reheat food due to suffering from Irritable Bowel syndrome

Original delivery estimate upon placing the order was 25-35 minutes. This then went up, and again, and again! Finally received it, lukewarm and a bit soggy (why do Burger King insist on putting cold drinks in the same bag as hot food???) just over TWO HOURS after ordering, by which time we were both about ready to eat anything, which was fortunate really, as it wasn’t the best meal we’ve ever had, due to coldness and the fact that one of the halloumi fries was actually chicken!!

order 2 x double whopper meals, each only had 1 x burger in. did you think we wouldn't notice!!

Our order says delivered but never arrived.

Never had an issue with the food at this location, always great. Service is OK. Sometimes a slight hold up on food and asked to wait.

Order came missing 3 out of 4 meals how does that happen

Cold drinks mixed with the food which maked the food cold. Driver went to the wrong house to deliver. Share box was a mess & food was soggy in it. Really disappointed considering how much was spent!

the food was tepid and the drinks not chilled. the time of delivery kept on getting extended, if I knew it was going to take nearly an hour for a fast food outlet to provide food to my door less than half a mile away I wouldn't have ordered via this app

So when my food arrived i had ordered two cold drinks and a pot of ice cream and both were put in the same bag as the hot food.

only received two large fries and I've paid for 3

I found it a bit tasteless on this occasion.the fries had no skins on like they used to.the coffee was cold and small cup.even though I went large.i had the chicken mayo meal . benidorm burger king is amazing they do a whopper.sane price.this cost £21 for two fries a drink and chicken mayo and burger.no t going again .

I ordered the doritos chilli heatwave King box and then paid extra for the cheesy bacon loaded fries instead of the regular fries. when it was delivered. it says on the receipt and I have been billed for the cheesy bacon loaded fries but I have been given plain fries. I'm very annoyed as I've lost £1.50.

Took granddaughters in for tea. Man who served us made them feel like adult even has their only 6 and 8

Had a lovely experience at this restaurant this evening. One staff member in particular stood out, although all were lovely and approachable but Paul specifically went above and beyond to make our visit special.

Ordered via the app, experience was easy enough. Delivery was arranged by uber eats. Order arrived with missing items, the main burger was not present but the chips and drink were. Contacted support via the app, which connects you to uber eats, they decided that the burger cost would be refunded, great! Unfortunately the amount refunded was £3 you can't buy the burger for this and subtracted from the meal, this means I paid £8 for a bottle of Fanta and some chips, which is unreasonable. Here's where it gets even more frustrating, there is no support from burger king via the app, following the options to report problems resulted in bounced emails. Uber eats maintain this is burger kings issue and burger king send you to uber eats for a resolution. This type of customer service, where you're made to feel like you're the problem is the worst possible experience.

First visit. Staff were pleasant . All food stone cold . Not impressed

Just been through the drive through and dion was our server. Absolutely sound guy, our food was piping hot and everything was correct. Super friendly service and would 100% recommend. Legend.

Ordered at 6pm arrived at 8.45pm All food was cold and inedible total waste of money and disappointing

The food was lukewarm at best. The fries whilst tasting fine looked and felt like they'd been sat for a while.

I’ve ordered from here twice (Uber eats) me and my sister got a beef burger, both cold. Today I ordered the smoky chimichurri CHICKEN burger, there was no chicken in the burger, just beef. The onion rings aren’t great either, tastes like they were left in the fryer over night tbh and all the food was cold. I can’t even call the burger king because “this number isn’t recognised, and the refund I’m getting is about 5 pounds despite what should have been my burger, was 8.99. Definitely wouldn’t recommend ordering from here

Items were missing from the order, driver said that’s what he got from the restaurant and I refused the order. However, on the app or says it was delivered. So couldn’t be more disappointed

impatiently banged on the door, then the bottles of pop were thrust towards me and dropped on the floor while being demanded at for the code. The fries were cold and rubbery.

Went to this BK twice last week and on both occasions the food was hot and the burger's were well put together with care and actually looked like the menu pictures 👍

boys and girls get your buts down here to this Burger King this place is so amazing so friendly talkative, and very lovely , food was a 10/10 made my Lewis . My gf messed up on her order but they quickly corrected that for her so they care about the customer I highly recommend the drink section . Because if your a mad man like me mixing your drink with about 20 different flavours this is the place for you Michael and Rachel greeted me with good customer service thank you Burger King deffo coming back here

The Angus burger is pretty good... When compared with other flat tasting burgers from other joints it's worth another visit. But no shakes 🤔🧐😯

I regularly get double cheeseburgers from this BK and the staff are always great and very helpful

food was lovely however the large fries ,hmmm. arrived in little paper bags.

Update: visited recently and the closing time was 10 pm on the day I visited (Tuesday). Unfortunately this restaurant closes at 9:30 pm, which forced a trip to McDonald's on my first visit. They variety of BK burgers is always much better than other chain fast food places though. Very tight entrance for the drive through, so best for passenger vehicles only. Had to pull forward and wait in the car park for my last meal.

Food was great piping hot. Staff was not very attentive while order was in store. Staff were to busy doing just eat orders and the place inside was dirt..had to wait for online orders so the place isnt fastfood

My daughter made the order and was a treat for her and the order didn’t include her burger but it was ticked off on the receipt. Livid!

I ordered a plant based whooper and vegan royale, they sent me a meat whopper and chicken royale, I always order from here so I'm very very disappointed and don't see how this could've been a mistake.

Ordered onion rings and got chicken nuggets. Not the first time items on my order have been wrong. Annoyed.

Amazing food and great delivery service.

Burgers were tasty and neatly prepared, unlike McDonald’s whose burgers look like they have been thrown together, then wrapped by a four year old, then thrown into the bag. Chips were lovely too.

no dips came with the box sharer meal. the chicken strip like things were awful. tasted like they were covered in wotsits. everything else was lovely

Every single table dirty even though three was no single customer. Staff playing loud music in the back that was mixing with the music in dining room. We have been there 15min and all staff been outside having cigarette. Smelly and dirty toilets.

Asked for no mat and lid for cheese. Came with may no cheese. Can’t eat it now as I don’t like mayo

All the staff are first class ant / Chris /Graeme/Christina and ellia /kyle there all very friendly would do anything to try and make you experience the best burger king in nottingham allways give 100 % all the time would have no problems to tell pepole to go there rather than lady bay as to your treated with staff as to whom do not know as to treat there customers correctly first class service

Staff really friendly and helpful... the service can be abit slow sometimes and have to wait 5 - 10 minutes in carpark for food... other than that it's good 👍
