The place was a mess so much rubbish everywhere all on the floor and tables and the food was not good the chips where frozen cold and wet and soggy and the burger was so dry and was tasteless the only thing that was good was the lettuce and tomato

I visited when this place first opened and it has come a long way. The food is hot and tasty, the staff are kind and helpful but the atmosphere needs some work, with no music it feels like I'm eating in a library. A little music goes long way.

Cold soggy chips and they left out my vegan burger. There were only 2 burgers in the order so I don’t know why it was such a struggle to get it right. Don’t waste your money or time!

I ordered the food, waited for an hour and a half, rang the store many times, apparently they were never trained to answer the phone, the food is marked as delivered and I've got nothing. Utterly useless and cheers for wasting not only my time but £19 of my money.

I order 2 burger a large fries and some dip when I got the food only got one burger half the fries looked to have been eaten and no dip I spent money to get what I payed for when I said to staff half my order is missing they said we’re busy right now there was only one other person in the queue looking in the back from the counter half the staff were talking to each other not doing any work disappointing service how is this place still open

order was missing two porstions of chips. After ringing and telling them, they told me u had to go to the store myself to pick them up which I can do as I don't drive thats the whole reason I ordered and dint go there myself!

Well for a start the guy came with his bag open so my food was just warm also I wanted a diet coke and got a fanta orange instead so not happy.

Food from Burger King as always was great, I love Burger King. The delivery was shocking, clearly didn’t know his way around my town and didn’t look at my address properly. Phoned me up but the fella could hardly speak a word of English and couldn’t tell me where he was so I could direct him. Food was practically cold. From someone who used to do food deliveries in my town, I’d say he was shockingly poor!

Top quality take out food. Gourmet burger is awesome. My entire order today was cooked to perfection and arrived hot. The way Burger King pack their food is so much better than the competition… As is the flavour of all the items that I’ve ordered from them recently. Thank you.

I am a regular customer at Burger King Eastbourne. The staff are amazing and really helpful, kind and lovely. But lately I have noticed there is a new manager in the branch and all he seems to do is walk around with his headphones in whilst on his mobile. I have also witnessed his behaviour towards the staff. This behaviour really upsets me as the staff, as I’ve said, are so lovely! I’m surprised this branch has any members of staff left as if it were me..I would have walked!!! I would never let anyone talk to me in that manner, least of all another member of staff!!

The order was sent missing 6 onion rings and a Large Fries. I tried to call the restaurant but nobody answered the phone.

Absolutely rubbish ,been in here a couple of years ago and it was great,don't know what has happened ,the service was terrible,except for the paying part !and the food was absolutely tasteless and nothing at all resembling a real burger ,even tried to charge 40p for a sauce that was always free ,I spent over £20 on two burgers and drinks and felt utterly cheated ,couldn't even bother complaining because it would of just made me feel worse !!! Seriously needs to be sorted out

Hamburger was missing rubbish service and the restaurant doesn’t answer the phone

Filthy, not a single clean table and it was quiet, no excuse. Staff were way to busy to clean or serve customers, because they were chatting and giving away free food to their friends and family. Burgers were cold, chips tepid and general state of the place horrendous. It was a quite time of day, so no excuse. They managed to clean one table for their mates, left the rest of us to clean our own tables. An older female customer asked a staff member to clean a raised bench for her family. The staff member with one hand in her pocket, unsmiling, unhelpful person flounced off for a filthy cloth and half heartily wiped the bench down, leaving the rest of the tables, floors and counters in a disgusting state. The floors had not been cleaned in the last decade. It's a disgrace, avoid at all costs.

My tiny burger was cold, the bun was dry and felt stale, the small fizzy drink was shockingly expensive. Overall, the food was unpleasant and extremely overpriced. Probably my last visit to a Burger King - only went in there because I was with friends who wanted a meal there. Theirs was just as disappointing.

The food is your standard burger king, average fast food - no complaints there. But this place is genuinely filthy, tables smeared with ketchup, chips everywhere, rude staff that look gormless and oblivious when you ask for a table to be cleaned, you just get a shrug and a baffled look.

First time going to this Burger King and it will be the last. Half the order kiosks weren't working, all the high value items were available but they couldn't do the basic ham or cheeseburgers??? Once the order was placed they said they had no ice for one of the drinks but they would happily swap it for a cheaper drink at no extra cost. Ordered a 5 piece dorito fries box, staff twice said they were being made. Food handed over and then someone brought down the dorito fries box after. Also had a weird vibe whilst there, hard to explain just didn't feel comfortable.

Don't think I can eat McDonalds again BK is smashing it and the one in town is 5/5 for delivery, food and service 👊🙌

Paid for bacon not cheese....dairy allergy. Got cheese not bacon. The rest of the meal was good.

If there was anything less than one star I would give that, staff impacts greatly on the customer experience, such a mismanagement, not just with us but with other four orders, missing items, order not complete, dirty tables and cold patty! On asking if anyone can correctly give us what we ordered, we were rudely told by the staff that they're very busy. In full honesty, McD is the craziest busy I have seen but here not at all busy, maybe increasing staffing level and train your staff for better costumers experience.

Got different food than we ordered. The guys Didn't respond for the complaint also. The till lady was also swearing at customers. Happened on 23rd march. Not very good customer experience.

Walked in at 19:50 there was only 1 customer sat at a table. Greeted by someone who gave the impression I was a hinderance. He served my mate and left me waiting. By the time he came back to serve me I’d lost interest. Personally I would have taken both orders, but what do I know. Saturday night and dead for a reason.

Food was delivered on time but it was luke warm so I'm guessing it wasn't freshly cooked.

Surly staff, food thrown together and not very hot, and (understandably) there were very few customers in the restaurant.

This is the 2nd time here, 1st time my meal was luke warm, so binned most of it, went again incase it was just 1 bad experience but it was not, 2nd time they had no burgers( burger king) lol, so opted for chicken royale which had so much mayo it slipped out the bun, was only warm and had no taste, i got no chips even though it was a meal, my extra was onion rings, which were dry and seemed like they were warmed up from the night before, my coffee was tasteless, staff were to busy talking to pay attention to the order and even gave it in a take away bag, I repeated i wanted to dine inside, she smiled and nodded and went into the back part of the kitchen. Customer service was awful, no wonder it was empty.

I’ve been a big fan of this restaurant until I visited this evening and was met by a rude, Obnoxious Asian gentleman who advised me the restaurant had already shut at 21:15? I’ve dined here on several occasions and am well aware they’re open until 22:00. He said he should be able to do us some food for takeaway. We are in the middle of Eastbourne town centre; it’s 2 degrees Celsius outside, I can’t understand why we weren’t allowed to join the countless other diners present in the restaurant? Certainly won’t be returning, £30 odd quid BK will never see again.

Food was cold when it arrived. Driver hardly spoke any English and complained about being unable to find the property. Driver was very rude to myself because I was unable to walk to the end of my alleyway to pick up my order due to chronic pain 😢.

When we eventually got the food it was cold. It was just in the Burger King bag snd ice cream and drinks were in the same bag so the food was cold and had been put in the bin. The worst service I have had from this app.

The food was cold. No ketchup in my burger. It also had a tiny, hard piece of tomato in it. They also gave me zero sugar sprite instead of full the full sugar coke that I ordered.

I'd suggest visiting on an early Friday evening, the complete opposite to the 1 star reviews. The guy that took my order was friendly and really helpful as the app didn't seem to be working so he did it for me. The server was friendly and polite. Food was great, fresh hot chips.

I'm not sure if the delivery driver works for Just Eat or Burger King... But he seemed to think it was okay to beg me for money upon delivery. initially he simply said "tip please", to which I politely refused only to have him ask another 5 times after I had already said no. he kept saying "just 2 pounds please" and "tip me on the app if you have no cash" in the end it just became very frustrating and rude and I'm glad I did not tip him in the end and it really doesn't look good for his company.

My food order was cold and I was missing food also . I asked the delivery driver to go back for my missing food he said no, as it was not worth his time and said to me to request a full refund. I have spoken to a man called John at the Eastbourne branch and explained about this and told him I was unhappy with my food order as it was cold and missing food . I requested a full refund of £30.80. The man said he was going to phone me back but no phone call back. I’m very distressed and upset as this is a lot of money for cold food and missing food. Had a phone call from the delivery guy. He was unsure where I was ? Postcode ?? Told him exactly where I was and said I'd wait outside, 15min later no show or phone call. Disgraceful service, I'll never order with burger King ever again. so had to go through the app to get a refund another 15 mins wasted. ohh by the way called the Restraunt before I went for a refund and guess what NO REPLY.

Food packaged well, delivered on time, but food was lukewarm at best.

We have been a regular customer here in Burger King terminus road. Just today we ordered Bacon Double Chesseburger XL and Smoky Bacon Double Whopper Meal as normally. Suddenly today staff gave us small drink when we mentioned we normally have large drink for XL meal all the staff (Yesmin and Ajorge) insisted that we can only have large burger but drink is not automatically large. This is dissapointing as we felt fooled and did not have our expected order. Also all condiments ketchup and mayonaise wer being sold for 30p which is fine with us but what is really not acceptable is they were insisting in what is totally wrong. Even when you see online you will see that these meals should have be paired with a large drink. I know this is just small thing but it matters as we felt we were not heard and we were made fools by those staff.
