Burger King in Eastbourne

I ordered at about 7:30 and didn’t get my food until gone 9pm

Food was stone cold and waited an hour and half

trued the cesar chicken burger. it was very tasty and well packaged. arrived hot. The fries were a bit hard and not very warm but the halloumi fries made up for that. also tried some of the chicken nuggets. They were okay but pretty tasteless, thankfully I had the sweet chilli dip. if the cesar Mayo could be added to the list of dips that would be a game changer!

Monster was warmer than the burger but all good apart from that

Food is always nice, but why are your drinks ALWAYS room temperature? Please store some in a fridge

The food was OK but nobody preparing the orders had gloves on they were just putting the fillings in the burgers with bare hands so for that reason alone I wouldn't go back there...

Chips cold burgers cold should of got some rustlers for £2 would of been nicer and bigger

The chicken burger tasted like it was cooked 2 days before. On receipt it said Tropicana orange juice and given rubbish Capri Sun full of sweeteners. Staff 8s all Indian speaking their own language infront of customers. Avoid!

Bacon double cheeseburger was tiny certainly not worth the money

So I’m not giving reviews for the food, I want to tell about their washroom. I have never seen such a broken and dirty toilet in a restaurant or fast food shop. even the flash also was not working. Customer service was so bad. Food is ok but not perfect like other branches. Totally wasted my money.

ordered the duo bacon cheese burger meal paid £13.99 all in at £17.50. I should have just ordered 2 double cheese burgers from mac Donald's because the burger was the same size same quality only the chips are worse over cooked and dry. not what it looks like in the picture nor how I remember burger king really disappointed will never order from there again

Cold drinks put in same bag with food, drinks were warm and food was stone cold. Delivery time went from 25minutes and ended up being over an hour.

The burger was delicious. The chips are yummy but cold which obviously doesn’t make for a good experience and the onion rings felt like they had been reheated ( possibly more than once!) very over cooked. Thankfully the burger was delicious or I would not have given such a good review

Phoned up the store to speak to someone. Didn't disclose they were burger King so when I asked oh sorry is that burger king the reply was yep what do you want. Food was stone cold Rude staff !

Absolutely horrendous. Delivery took so long the ice cream had melted and started leaking through the soggy cardboard pot.

The manager named amrin im pretty sure is very rude I saw her shouting at other members of staff today when I went in she was also constantly on her phone talking in her own language witch I know is okay but infront of customers I think is very rude also hiding round the corner where I believe she was also on her phone I don’t think that’s very acceptable for a manger (has anyone else had this kind of experience)

our food didn't turn up although it said it had been delivered and the person on the phone at the shop was rude and hung up the phone when I asked for her name I will not be ordering from there again

Ice cream was packed with the hot food so its full of ice crystals now after freezing our slosh... all the hot food was cold due to the ice cream being oacked with ghe hot food too... just not very nice

We arrived and placed our order. It came up on the board and we went to collect it, we were completely ignored for several minutes. whilst the staff packed up deliveries and ignored the customers in the store. We were then told that the order was not ready and the man ( the manager?) said that he would bring it to our table when it was ready. We sat at our table for a few minutes and I then went to find out what had happened it transpired that our order was complete and behind the counter and the person had refused to bring it to the table. I had no apology and when I tried to protest they simply ignored me and walked off. These people are not fit to have a franchise.

I rejected the food when it was delivered as it was cold. The driver said that this was his second delivery and that was why it was cold. He stated that he would take the food back to the restaurant and return with a replacement which didn't happen.

Went to this burger king in my town Eastbourne around the time it first opened up in 2023 the fanta slush drink fries and chicken nuggets was good but the negative is that service is slow and its hard to find seating in this small burger king i do prefer the burger king in Hove.

I said no Mayo and there was no tomato and it was a single burger,waste of money that’s for sure very poor.

Cold food. Burger king need to source some other packaging that keeps food warm. They way they are doing in so obviously not working. it doesn't help when the driver has numerous orders to deliver on one route.

Time kept being pushed back from original time, once it arrived the two bottles of coke were in the bag with the food squashing it and making the food cold. Had to microwave so not enjoyable.

Extremely disappointed, ordered double whopper got a single whopper. Phone and complained said i would have to take a photo and complain to just eat, i said its not a delivery issue its a restaurant issue

awful customer service, order was incorrectly delivered, called restaurant to try to sort and told to order again to get correct items, unhelpful and useless customer service. No apologies from restaurant, told I should have checked the delivery not them before giving to delivery driver.

All the food came cold and didn’t even receive a refund
