Amazing service and tasty whopper

Looked clean and tidy

I go here because every other takeaway/fast food I’ve had in all of bas area Is normally very bad so I go here , the service and atmosphere is great and normaly the foods fresh every time I had a very beyond weird tasting ,watery burgers and left a bad review but went the next day and they cooked it fresh for me because I asked so cant really complain must of just went at a bad time.

Been to this burger king quite a few times now. Staff have always been formal and polite. Food came out at a good pace so i would never have to wait too long for my food.

Food was immaculate and very fast service. Would love to go back again. Bumped into baby gurl and was an absolute laugh!

I've been to this burger king many times in the past and have always had a good experience. The staff is friendly, the food is really good. Definitely going to continue going there.

Went there for some lunch during lunch time rush but was served my meal in minutes still. Staff were super polite and friendly, food was correct and nice and hot. Restaurant and tables were also nice and clean :)

Really seemed run down for a buger King, we choose Burger King over Macdonalds for that extra quality we have learned to expect at burger King. This visit was not, disappointing

I come here often, the service I receive is fast and friendly. I wait very little for my food, it's always hot and the restaurant is very clean.

In Basildon centre food area. However it's just a little bit out of the way. Good thing as you get served very quickly. Good up to normal standard.

The staff are really friendly and even they could not understand why I am being charged 30p for a sauce (mayo) when I have just spent £9.99 for a meal. I got my meal refunded and will never return. It is that simple. I hope the wasted food and lost customer are worth your penny pinching policy.

Food is good but the atmosphere and design of the restaurant is very dull and lifeless, ordering isn't very well laid out, you do not receive a receipt and are expected to remember your order number. Staff are friendly but feel very much like they don't want to be there.

Customer service rude! I been there today with my gfe we order twice burger as a meal without bacon After 15 min we get only one meal I tell the staff same person I was ordered he told me " you ordered only one" he arguing with me but he all ready give me coke for both meals ( he don't say sorry) That's happening after I wait another 10 min and I receive burger with bacon

I love burger King, this is my 4th visit to this site, the staff are pleasant enough however during the weekdays they are grossly understaffed, There was a young girl working the till and serving, a young man doing the orders on the phone system, some young lad cleaning and a cook. I ordered my food and stood for 15 mins waiting, cos the girl was serving at the till,however it was sat on the ' hot area ' but when it was given to me it was warm, I pay for hot cooked food. I don't like complaining or making bad reviews, sadly this place needs at least two more staff minimum to give the best standard it can and uphold the great tradition of fast hot food.

Früher war das Personal doch schon recht freundlich, aber! jetzt wo se diese Automaten haben sind se total unfreundlich! Pfui! Sowas gehört sich nicht! Man sollte immer freundlich sein!

BKs menu options have become terrible since the pandemic. The best burgers like the XL Big King are long gone. Unless you like Whoppers (which I don't) there is very little to choose from. I had an XL Bacon Double Cheese Burger meal and it was just awful; completely dry, no sauce of any kind, bun tasted like it was almost out of date and it was over cooked. On the plus side the venue itself is good. Out of the way in the corner on the 1st floor, normally quite quiet and relaxing. Definitely a more enjoyable dine-in experience than the nearby food court.

Clean, tidy and fast friendly staff. Got told about the vegan items as I was interested in one of the offers as well as. Busy but the staff managed well under pressure and I got my food hot and well prepared (Didn’t do photos due to being a public place and how busy it was!)

Twenty minute wait for fast food in a near deserted restaurant? I think you're missing the point of your business model.

What a joke it was had to wait more than 15 mins to get served then another 15 minutes for food and the manager was more concerned about uber orders than his customers that were queuing

Could do with more staff, but £1,30 for a tea bag and hot water is extorniate.

The staff and the food was good

Ethan and Lewis were the heart of the team. Keeping everyone’s stress levels down whilst tills were down, whilst ensuring food was still out on time, food quality still impeccable. Offered a tip but must be some policies regarding no tips. The entire team, unsure of everyone’s names, were working extremely hard. I think someone was being trained in the middle of a rush which showed amazing communication skills. Would 100% come again and I’m very pleased with the service I received today

As usual I enjoyed burger. I was waiting longer than usual though no que, I think kitchen staff was just not rushing. At least the staff at the counter was nice and appologetic. Still ok, I personally didnt rush.

Have to agree with others, it was dark in there. It took mum alot of convincing it was open! burger King not my favourite I was just hungry. However this wasn't actually bad was hot and nice looking.

The server dropped half my fries off the tray as she handed the tray of food to me and said oops sorry... I replied so I now only have half a portion fries.... she just smiled and called out for the next customer. And the onion rings are burnt.... Will I go there again ... NOPE !!

Well burger King is a good food and in a good place. One thing I'd like about is very expensive not like mocmd

There's a reason why you have to que for a Mc D down the hall and you don't have to at burger King.. And that is because the food dose not look anything like it dose in the picture Won't go again..

Enjoyed my meal, but the restaurant was closing at 6pm far too early for a major shopping precinct. We had to sit down at McDonald's with a Burger King meal.

Awful service, probably because of all the online orders, had to wait 14 minutes for food after ordering.

Slow staff, staff congregate and chat whilst people are waiting to be served, my order never comes on time. People who order 5mins after me get their order first

Always used to have lunch in Debenhams, however that has closed so I decided to try Burger King. I ordered the Chicken Royale & medium fries, it was really tasty & a lovely cup of coffee too.
