Burger King in Brentwood

Well now the old management has gone the place is dirty and tables are not cleaned. One of the drinks machine was broken and there is mess everywhere on the floors

No hygiene, food being made without gloves and hands were being wiped over uniform. Totally disgusting and unacceptable behaviour

They are very understaffed in burger king today but the two staff members are working hard to serve everybody and still managing to be polite and friendly.

This Burger King is the best one around. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the place is always clean. I love coming here because they remember me and always say hi and ask how I'm doing. They're always happy to help out in any way they can.

Rubbish . Absolute garbage. Stale buns , Cold burgers . Tasteless muck . Service poor . Best avoided and we won’t be back ever .

Quick burger fix, when you want a quick burger fix and are in a hurry this place will do … Not much more to say “it’s a Burger King” … Service is quick and the burgers average .. Good enough for a cheap meal

Absolutely disgusted with the service we received this evening. I asked to speak to the manager who was jus as rude as the staff on front counter. I asked to use the toilet only to be told they were closed , because they had been cleaned. I asked how long until I can use them? He said half hour or 40 minutes and jus shrugged. I said this is unacceptable but no one even acknowledged us even being there.

I have been to this establishment a few times and it is probably the nicest and most polo service I’ve received.There a credit to this company,the food is always fresh and well cooked .Keep it up,very well done to the management .

What can I say, this is my favorite fast food in Brentwood. The food is nice and hot and the staff friendly.
