Normally I don't buy food from BK due to a previous poor experience but I was late getting home and hungry. It was around 8:30pm and I was in a bit of a rush for a train at London Waterloo. When I got to the outlet I tried to use the on screen purchasing system. After trying 3 screens another customer told me they weren't working. On ordering at the counter I was then told they were accepting cash only, which I had. At this point I started to wonder why there were so many people waiting for food as the shelves behind the counter were full. It soon became apparent. There was one person taking orders and one person serving. Two members of staff were on their phone and another member was arguing with the person taking orders. When I received my order after a 5 minute wait I had to ask for the drink to be changed to the correct drink. This was done by the member of staff along with a "for F***s sake" from them. I took my food and went for my train. On sitting down I immediately discovered that the burger I had received was cold. Obviously the food in the racks had been mass produced in advance and they don't expect complaints as people will have left for trains. The service was poor, rude and lacking in any form of customer service. The food was also rubbish. I would severly recommend avoiding this outlet at all costs.

The blunders of staff today was appalling. I was granted access to the WC by means of a remote electronic door release. I opened the door to discover the room is already in use. I went back to the desk to complain on behalf of the lady whose privacy had been interrupted. I received blank looks and meaningless 'sorrysorry' designed to get me to stop whingeing... Staff said 'we didn't know the WC was in use'. Sure, so why hit the remote door release button without checking? I wasn't even the one whose decency had been violated, and I felt incensed for her. Not two minutes later, I had again been granted access to the WC, and while I was washing my hands, the cleaner waltzes in. Now I feel violated. And insulted that my one warning wasn't enough... do these people understand the job of a door's lock?

Rubbish service ever. Too long waiting for order to be delivered. After such long wait, no result found. Also I have noticed that 2 delivery drivers waiting for their order since more than 40 mins. Unexpected waiting time ever for customer and also for delivery riders. Hope staff can understand customer's and rider's waiting time and co-operate politely with less waiting time for order :((((

Used the app to order and collect my food which was freshly prepared and picked up hot on my arrival!
