Burger King in Northumberland

Don't bother unless you are prepared to wait nearly an hour to get the wrong order the place is an absolute shambles staff clearly have recieved no training whatsoever

Save your money and run straight past this place unless you want cold food, horrendous customer service and dirty tables

Ordered food through Haven App for 4pm , waited an hour and half before our food arrived , food was cold and part of the order was wrong , I ordered sugar free drinks with our food but BK sent 2 bottles of full sugar coke we didn't even order coke . After I rang up and complained Haven said a refund would be issued and could take up to 28 days , usually a refund goes back into an account within a week after processing , they say 28 days to cover their own backs , I have had no refund yet and after I spoke to Haven today she said she would said an email to BK , the lady I spoke to previous said the refund was issued on the 29/04/2024 , so today I'm still waiting for refund and was told to ring back on 3/06/2024 if refund has not gone into my bank that will be 28 working days from issue of refund , I really don't think the refund will be issued , I will update next week

Ordered via haven app for caravan delivery at 5pm for delivery at 7.30pm. 8pm now and not a sign. No one answers the phone and no way of finding out what’s happening.

I have never been anywhere before with this kind of service. This place was so busy lots of orders packed up and put into heating cabinet what little staff they did have on were just standing about serving counter was disgusting spilt juice everywhere plus receipts all over serving counter that needed to be binned after a 40 minute wait for our food it was stone cold sprite juice was like water would never ever return here and would 100% never recommend. TBH given then 1⭐️ was over rating this place Haggerston Castle need to get this place sorted out or close it down 😡

We were there for 7 days & half of that they told us the burger machine isn't working. Lots of not in stock items on the menu too. Hopefully next time I'll be able to have something other than a chicken burger

Would be minus if possible. No burgers at the Haggerston Castle Bugger King! Surely the clue is in the Name!!! Stood, 25 mins in the queue ONLY to e told we don't have any burger!!! Same as at other Burger Kings on Haven sites! Really need to get your act together My Burger King!

We ate there three times in a week and enjoyed it every time. Not expensive compared to the onsite restaurant. Only negative was longish wait for service on the Saturday we arrived but not really surprised considering how packed it was

Make sure you get in before 8 in the evening as it closes soon after this date except on a Friday not a full burger king menu either

Never know when it will be open, staff pleasant enough food as to be expected, not even a sign to say when it will be open.

Visited the establishment on 21 July, 2 days after so called freedom day which is a misnomer. Really shocked and dismayed to see all staff at this busy holiday camp with no masks. It really says a lot about BK. It says to me that they don’t care about hygiene and safety, it says they don’t take this pandemic seriously. My family would not be surprised to be infected with covid after this experience. Yes, the public can choose to go without a mask but it’s recommended we wear one. It’s not a big inconvenience really. But to see a well established brand ignore everything is not good and it should be condemned as far as I am concerned. Do the staff wash their hands? I am not sure.

Was here at the week end while staying at haggerston castle COVID rules were followed and place was immaculate staff very friendly and were served quickly even tho it was very busy

Visited here when we arrived at caravan park we had double cheeseburger meals with water grandsons had burger meals all were cooked fresh and hot I asked for plenty tomato sauce and that was no trouble staff were lovely and friendly
