Ordered 9 nuggets expecting the dip that comes as standard. Didn’t even get asked which one and none was put in my bag (TA). There was a man in the back sorting food, fries etc and he had a big bushy beard, definitely should be wearing a hair net.

Came here recently on a Saturday afternoon to treat my stepson, expected it to be pretty busy but there was plenty of seating available and only a few people in the queue. Once I eventually got served the food came really fast however unfortunately there was no clear sign as to who was serving as staff members were scattered across the till area but only one was actually taking orders so I got missed out for a good 10 minutes. Popped to the loo whilst in there and was pretty disgusted, there was wee all over every toilet seat in the ladies toilets however can’t comment on the mend or disabled, Whilst I don’t expect them to be perfect due to the amount of traffic in and out I expected more than that, no signs anywhere stating when they were last cleaned either. My stepson enjoyed his food so that was the only plus point to this visit I’m afraid!

Ignoring Customer Requests.” Pending review David S (2 reviews) Called here for my lunch, I ordered chicken royal meal with cheese, pickles and heavy mayonnaise. Had noticed that the kitchen staff hadn’t put on the heavy mayonnaise as requested, so had to ask again to put it on. Overheard staff member complaining to another staff member about my request and suggested that I use mayonnaise sachets, why should I? Then I asked them to do it again as he basically tickled the bread, I saw him do this. If a customer requests certain ways to have their burger, the customer SHOULD be allowed it not moan be aide it’s too much of an inconvenience for the staff. Get your act together and do your job properly. Date of visit: November 2019

Came here for a quick lunch with our Grandson. Order was taken quickly and when food arrived it was hot. But it's far more expensive than other fast food places, over £25 for two adults and two kids.

This is my local Chinese and I have had two bad experiences first was an hair in my cheese spring rolls and again cheese spring rolls I had a two inch piece of plastic in one,and twice I complained and they just put the phone down 😡

Racecourse Retail ParkAlways missing items from online orders, usually vegetarian burgers and dips, is it so difficult to check an order before sending it out?! Milkshakes and McFlurries are hardly ever available.

1 Finkle StWe order from here so much (too much its not normal) tonight Aug 4th ordered the usual food its always hot so no complaints there however tonight was the opposite expierence to what we normally get. We got a call saying your food had been sat here for 20mins are you coming? Confusing to us as they no us and deliver here all the time. Anyway they said sending it now, literally not even 5 mins it arrives so the same burger and pizza that the guy told us had been sat for 20 mins had been run through again so is now so burnt u cant eat it and the burger is so wet and sloppy Just awful. The delivery driver showed up and gave me the receipt which showed it was for collection however the receipt isn't ours as its for a pizza kebab burger chips 2 dips and 3 cans of pop. So annoyed especially when everything costs so much these days but once the food had left them they couldn't care less. Terrible

Estcourt RoadPersonally when looking at the menu you d like to think that's what you get especially for a family of 4 and £100 bill with drinks but no.My chicken new yorker came as a 2 piece small chicken peices when paid for 4 peice I did however ask why ,it was said you was charged off the 2 for 1 menu.However I did say there wasn't a 2 g For 1 menu on a Sunday and they realised and came out with more chicken .Only after questioning it though still dissatisfied .There was other issues with the steak being over cooked and the meals not coming out together but ordered together 2 family's ordered at the same time.
