Just purchased Lunch have been told by the manager Laura that they do not accept the defence discount card anymore very sad day. Maidstone has been a Military town for many years and sad this company has chosen not to support veterans and serving military personnel.

Tried to place an order through JustEat, got to checkout and was prompted that the whopper meal was no longer available to order. I mean, the home of the whopper, and they cannot provide. Yet everything else is in menu.

One of your workers was very rude and discriminative to my friend by not giving her order when she told the worker multiple times that, that is her food and ignored her and asked the other people in the shops even though there was barely anyone and the other man already have said his number. This is very rude behaviour and the Burger King Maidstone should fire this man for his incompetence and lack of awareness to others.

Popped into use the bathroom and bought a drink to do so. The problem was the front door. Even with two of us it was difficult with my wheelchair as the door was so heavy!!! Would hate to have had to attempt this on my own :(

Ordered chicken wings as part of the takeaway and they were pink not thoroughly cooked and then spent £4.99 on some waffles with chocolate, which are basically the Mcvity waffles or the one you get in Aldi with just a bit of chocolate sauce thrown on them, not worth £4.99 as they aren’t proper waffles

M20 Junction 8Food and coffee typical costa standard. Let down by the staff. We were in the hotel next door for two days and intended to breakfast there. 1st day we arrived 20mins after advertised opening and they were only just getting ready so we ended up in the McDonald's as did two other customers (costa apened about 15 to 20 minutes later, so at leat 40 mons after stated ) Following day we arrived 15.minutes after opening, waited couple. Of minutes, girl removed the board at entrance, then was off hand when we asked if it was OK to go in, then we still had to wait for the counter staff to get ready. OK food. And drink but could really do with getting act together.

92/94 Week StreetTook my son and his friends for lunch after trampolining. Waited over 20 minutes for our order, which was freezing cold and a burger short which had to then be made. No apology for the missing item. Clearly not the staffs fault, but it was also complete chaos - teens throwing food, swearing and generally making a nuisance of themselves, so couldn't even eat our cold burgers and soggy chips in peace. Definitely won't be back!
