Burger King in Fylde

i asked about using the 15 per cent discount and the attendant saqid i had to do it on there order screen, i messed around 10 mins and the screen would not accept my discount code, i went back to the counter to be to be told by another person that there is a fault with the system and no discount can be applied even though it was the day for the 15 per cent off over £15 spent , im sure that there must have been a way to help , but there was no interest in customer satisfaction, and i feel that its time i moved on to another company who values my custom

Dropped in for some food on the way back to York yesterday. Food was piping hot customer service was amazing as always. We had two King Box Melt meals, which always hit the spot, and they don't leave you ready to sleep like a Bacon Double Cheese XL does 🤣🤣 Side note that liquid cheese is amazing 😍 Very pleasant staff who, in my experience of this place (and working in Kirkham, I have been alot) always go above and beyond. I'm so surprised to see the other reviews of this place as they are really not reflective of my personal experiences of this particular Burger King since it has been open. Keep up the good work guys!

This was the worst dining experience I’ve ever experienced by a very long way. I went with my wife and two Grandchildren, they got the order completely wrong, the dining area was filthy, I think the idea there is any leftovers on the table just brush them on the floor. There was nobody else in there when we went, they seemed to have plenty of staff stood about doing nothing, one at least should have been cleaning tables and the dining area. When I pointed out they’d given me a load of stuff I hadn’t ordered they very grudgingly gave me what I had ordered. I wouldn’t mind but I repeated my order several times. The customer service there is worse than pathetic. No sauces or salt were offered I had to go back for them. By the time we had what we ordered the chips were cold. I will never go there again under any circumstances it was unbelievably appalling. We fed most of the food we’d ordered as well as the stuff we hadn’t which they didn’t want back to the seagulls who didn’t appear that keen, very unusual attitude for seagulls usually they can’t get there fast enough! We were given bacon double cheeseburgers which we hadn’t ordered. I wouldn’t have eaten the bacon on any of them it was raw and looked absolutely disgusting. Avoid this place at all costs or you risk catching something to the apparent lack of hygiene.

Calling and calling to no answer. They ALWAYS forget something on uber eats. This time a vegan nugget meal and no nuggets. An actual joke. And then they take the phone off the hook for not answering

Took my two young grandsons for a lunchtime treat , they were so excited , the staff were unhelpfull, looked like they had absconded from a young offenders institute. The food ...over £20 worth was handed to me all stuffed into a small paper bag ...won't be going back ...crap service,overpriced,food cold

Bk, Macdonalds, kfc all fast food so you don’t expect top quality but when u find a chain restaurant that actually nails it and gets you tasty rather than lousy food name them. Buns were nice and warm, Juicy flavoursome patties, fresh salad on whoppers chicken Royale was good but not amazing freshly made fries. Staff were polite and it was all COVID 19 enforced.
