I had whopper meal which was very tasty.

Staff was very helpful great service.

Everytime I've visited this restaurant, I've been extremely disappointed with the poor service and rude staff behaviour. The long waits and subpar service makes me reluctant to ever enter this restaurant, but missing items and stingy portions for such overpriced food is unacceptable. The poor service alone makes this a restaurant I would avoid at all cost.

Wow!! Hardly and cheese or bacon on our fries which we paid extra for, they were also cold along with the cold burgers! Cheers burger king! Literally a waste of money!!! ORDERED AGAIN 13/4/25 WOW EXACTLY THE SAME WITH THE BACON CHEESE FRIES, BASICALLY JUST CHIPS WITH VERY LIMITED BACON AND CHEESE!! JESUS CRIST BURGERKING!!! Amazing food and perfect service

I always recommend this place whilst going shopping because its right in the centre of the shops and there's always enough seating

I have been coming here for years ever since I was little and my order has never gone wrong when I've been here great service staff are always willing to respond to any questions you have or if needing help they are willing to help food is always served fresh and hot and its kid friendly I always come in with my family and my children and we always leave satisfied and full

Not correct working hours... Why is so complicated to manage your job? I had to spend 40 minutes plus to find another place for dinner. Thank you guys👍🏻

Far superior to McDonald's in the quality of the burgers and fries. A lot more for your money and better drunk selections too. The service side could do with some attention you spend a long time waiting but it's well worth it in my opinion you would not have waited much longer anywhere else. The restaurant was a little messy but had a cleaner doing her best to keep up and clean and was very attentive.

Very disappointing service at Burger King the other day. Tried to order at the till but was told abruptly to use the kiosk. We were a large party and so wanted some assistance with our order. Missing and cold food, very poor experience and bad customer service.

The server's voice was quite loud during service. The chicken melt burger patty was cold and lacked crispiness. The Dorito sharebox contained mostly onion rings, with only two Dorito fries. Finally, and most importantly, my dine-in order was rather packed in a takeaway bag. This was not a satisfactory experience at this location.

I went there on a saturday and the wait times are ridiculously long and they need to hire more staff since they are understaffed. a female manager speaks in rude manner and has a bad tone when speaking, rude to undertrained staff as well as customers! horrible customer service. wouldn’t revisit due to expereince

Food is the same as the other Burger Kings but service is horrendous. The server was miserable as ever, looked like she was forced to work there. Doesn't take much for someone to serve with a smile! Food took forever to be prepared (but was fresh and hot), even the delivery drivers complained as they had been waiting for over 10 mintues. Mangers and the staff should be given a lesson in customer service.

I was served by manny mad funny and great service

Went to this Burger King today just before 3pm, went to the till with cash in hand, a lady tapped on a sign that said cash and card payments can be done back up by the screens near the exit, mildly annoying she couldn't take my order on the open till infant of her, went to use the screens, placed my order, got to payment and no option for cash anywhere on the screen. Only card. Quite honestly if you don't want to serve customers just close for the day, why give anyone the run around. Absolutely terrible service.

I don't recommend this place I found flies in my food hygiene is terrible, manager is a pain & the staff is annoying and it's not clean

Stopped in here whilst shopping with my partner and the service we was received by Melissa was terrible. we walked to check out she said if ordering food use self service so we did then used cash so had to go back to the till to pay. she then said eat in or take away? We said eat in as that's what we chose. She rolled her eyes and huffed give us a recipe and didn't tell us where to stand or what to do she didn't say say thank you or sorry me and my partner felt very uncomfortable with her horrible attitude towards us.

Sólo he ido a un BK dos veces y se quedarán. Una vez después de una rave a principios de los 90 y hoy. Fue un momento espontáneo después de unas compras navideñas por la mañana llenas de gente pensamos que yendo a un paseo en coche sería divertido. No haberlo hecho nunca. Esa parte estaba bien. Pero la comida era vil y en cuanto al precio. Fue ridículo. 2 hamburguesas frías empapadas Unas 12 papas fritas 6 aros de cebolla ¡Algo más de 20 libras! Sentí ganas de volver, pero la verdad es que estaba cansado y no podía molestarme en poner todo el estado de pena a experimentar. Así que eso es lo que decidí. Mi habitual también para una comida para llevar es siempre pescado con patatas fritas en mi fantástico galardonado chippy local de otra manera cocino desde casa. Esto nunca volverá a suceder que yo sepa. Vives y aprendes.

Que was out the door for the screens. Had cash so went straight to the till to order. No one was there. Officious member of staff said we HAD to use the screens. But we have cash, no you have to use the screens then it give you the cash option at the end.. so much for customer service and 'fast food. Left without ordering... lost a customer
