Had to park up and wait which i don't mind, but the burger was cold and they wanted 25p for sauce ridiculous, had no Napkins either or do I have to pay extra for those as well, terrible

So upon feeling hungry I decided, to give burger king a try, I walked through the door and right away the cool air hit my face for a moment I felt pure bliss after being out in this horrible British heat we are currently experiencing, I walked up to the counter and was greeted by a staff member called Chloe I believe, unable to deicide what I was hungry for she talked me through the menu and gave me her opinion on what she would recommend and believed me I’m glad I ordered the recommended, the double whopper with cheese was absolutely delicious better than any chain burger of similar stature! Overall the whole experience was pleasant the staff friendly and the atmosphere amazing! Thank you

Placed a order via Deliveroo for the following: Whopper Burger (came stone cold and squashed) Chicken Royal w Cheese & Bacon Meal The dilemma was i had a busy day and hadn't eaten for 13 hours, so by 10pm i was literally starving, i overlooked the poor excuse of a whopper and ate it within 3 bites as i was so hungry cold or not. I then eagerly unwrapped and took a bite out of the chicken royale, immediate shock and horror, my taste buds and senses were deceiving me! I looked at the sandwich scared to open it & my worse fears were confirmed, some genius had forgot to put in the chicken patty and i was left with two pieces of bread with a lame slice of lettuce, cheese and 2 shrivelled of wafer thin pieces of bacon. I was perplexed at how this could happen, this 'meal came' to approx £20, i immediately complained in app to then add insult to injury i was given a 80pence refund! I felt like i had been literally slapped in the face with a wet fish! Oh hell no i thought, 40 minutes of back & forth chat in app and i was given a £7 refund after uploading numerous pics and every bit of info aside from my birth certificate. It was now 11:20pm - hungry, angry i then dared to open the fried, one bite & i knew they were better use as fire-wood. An atrocious experience, the GM of this branch seriously needs to review his establishment by the looks of the other reviews on here also. Lesson learned.

Had to wait 15 minutes for food to then get home, 5 minutes away for burgers to be stone cold! Tried to call restaurant for the phones to be off.

I love a BK as a treat but I think it's time get a Witherspoon burger from now on. Forget paying with cash as they have stopped accepting it, so instead I have to go to the touch screens, which are buggy. It wouldn't print a receipt which lead to another problem of having no proof of purchase. My only saving grace was that the restaurant was empty. Waiting patiently my food arrived and we left to enjoy some lovely BK. It was cold in by the time I got to the car (I only found out when I had a sneaky bite at the lights) but I couldn't be bothered go all round the wreakin. When I got home they missed off the extra bacon and ironically the chip was the only thing that was hot. Save yourself a trip and goto other stores

Went last night with a friend before the Cinema and was shocked. Very busy due to the eat out to help out scheme but it was awful. There was no one out cleaning tables in between diners leaving and arriving. We ended up getting the antibac from on top of the overflowing bin and cleaning a dirty table ourselves with serviettes. I get its busy due to covid etc but if they were short staffed the only safe thing to do would have been to close the eat in area to stop cross contamination. If they cut corners like this where people can see what's happening in the kitchen!! Here was no distancing in place, just a queue out the door, people standing everywhere waiting for their food. Not good BK.

Best Chinese takeaway in the area!! The lady at the counter is always so friendly, the food tastes amazing and orders never take too long to make. The prawn toast and crab claws are so good, 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Really lovely staff and a lovely shop. My coffee was lovely and there was a variety of alternative milk available. It’s lovely to see a coffee shop that does not charge extra for alternative milk! Overall we had a really pleasant experience and found the staff to be really lovely
