Burger King in Neath Port Talbot

This place is dreadful the toilets were stinking and food was dreadful and they also got a code on the toilet door that you have to ask staff for the code which was harder to get than what you think

Completely messed up my order I ordered chicken royal with bacon and cheese and a whopper both meals and they gave me instead 2 little cheese burgers and 2 cheese bites my order number was 63

Neath Burger King is by far the BEST. You can order on the app for collection in 5 minutes. The staff are brilliant and also Delyth who clears and cleans the restaurant. Perfect!

Ordered and paid with about 3/4 words exchanged max! Got home and this is meant to be the Memphis bbq king double burger. No bbq sauce hardly any may and NO bacon. May aswell of ordered a normal double cheese burger for quarter of the price.

Hair in food and food was stale and cold

For a burger king it's pretty decent Only issue: My kids a vegetarian. Simple question; Is the vegan royale made with vegetables or like a Quorn burger? 6 employees. Six! I was told to check the allergen list. They should know whether it's made with vegetables or not! Other than that. Food was hot and served quickly. Tasty. Better than McDonald's but that's not unusual Kids were happy so I was happy (It's a Quorn type burger btw)

Food was cold and horrible and the staff nagged me to give a 5 star review so 1 star

Food was stale and the onion rings tasted like they had been left outside for 3 days and then microwaved. Not too many punk rockers ruining the atmosphere so overall not an awful experience

I absolutely love it here! Just need a small bug fix on the kiosk consoles when ordering meals because the options for deals on most foods on the menus are a bit broken, preventing the ability to save money by spending BK points on high-quality meals in a lot of areas on the kiosks. But nonetheless, this restaurant is a must go-to for the meals you want! Definitely recommend! 5/5 stars.

Ordered on the app, food was ready and waiting as I got to the counter. Bottled water left off kiddies meal but no biggy! Food was hot and tasty, staff friendly, store floors and counters immaculate. Thanks guys! :)

Tiny stale burger, twice asked for chocolate shake twice given vanilla 😵‍💫, what has happened to this place it used to be so good…il never 👎 return to this hole

We ordered on Just Eat Jan 2023. We live 5 mins drive away. Food absolutely disgusting, it must have been left out for well over 30 mins. Delivered, cold and inedible. We complained and were told we would have to go in to make a complaint. We tried online and they were less than useless, just putting blame on the manager who actually lied when they messaged him. No refund, lies, no support, disgusting food. Avoid, as out of 4 visits in 2 years only one was acceptable. Our fault for thinking it might have got better.

Wow, got the staff asking for you to leave a 5 star review, but all I can say is if I could give it a -5 I would, 1 star is lowest i could go unfortunately. Burger wasn't the best, bun a bit stall and the onion rings was soggy, like of they had been cooked and then rewarmed up and served, if I hadn't if drove off I would of asked for my money back and took the food back also.

Items not added to original order so meant had to stand in line again to get the order completed. Ordered to take out yet order taken was set to eat in and then had to wait for food to be transferred from the tray to a bag, and customisations asked for were not served to had to wait for those items to be remade. Staff seemed complacent and not there, whether it was due to stress or other reasons but it was not overly busy.

Always slow, app doesn't work to show when u are near store. Collect in store orders still waited 15mins for service.

Absolute awful customer service, I asked about fries being gluten free and instead got a shout. I feel personal victimised because of my allergies, he made fun of my autistic friend and also shouted at him. None of the good is gluten free and I was too scared to ask about the chocolate milkshake therefore I drink and risked my life because of one worker. Absolute garbage, never coming back.

Ordered through just eat. Was left waiting 2 hours for an update so phoned the store. The store had closed at 10pm even tho they were still taking orders on just eat and online says they’re open until 12am.. they lied on the phone claiming they’d tried phoning me via just eat but couldn’t get through.. every other restaurant I’ve ordered from have always managed to phone me just fine. Terrible service..

For the amount of staff that was working to much talking between all the staff and there should have never been a wait on the food. The order was missing a burger to which we had to ask for, when we received it it was luke warm. Not the the best experience

The young lady standing at the til refused to take our order. Said we have to use the silly screen. She obvoiusly wasnt being paid enough to stand on her unoform and serve custmoers. However, another, decent member of staff came out and served us at the til. Reviving customer service for the moment!! Food was fab.

The cokes are a lot more flavourful than McDonalds and the chips are alot better quality, altho losts a stat for the chilli chicken fries are very salty and frozen drinks often being off, also must add that the layout of the car park and drive through feels like it could be much improved, especially the tightness of the kerb space on the sharp turning for longer vehicles

Supposed to be easy quick tack out it took half hour and also missing a burger from order also coffee was cold chilli cheese bites were over cooked the chimichuri burger has a weird twang to it also the customer service was terrible all young employees who dont know what they are doing took ages to give order

me and my support worker ordered food , and it come undercooked and also a Pubic hair in her chips . Very dissatisfied

One star for atmosphere because I was in the car with family and my dad never glues his false teeth in. HOWEVER. This is a great little stop on the outskirts of Neath, and the food has always been good. I spent 15 years in retail and I know what it's like, but we have never had a crossed word with anyone. This visit in particular, we were offered drinks holders, extra napkins, sauces, which I don't think you get from many drive-thrus. The angus steakhouse I had was delicious, and the Whoppers from my parents had good reviews too. They were all assembled nicely, wrapped and easy to eat. Nothing worse than when you bite in and a slice of gherkin flies around the car like flubber. The fries were lovely but a bit over-salted, which I prepared for by ordering gods drink, Fanta. Keep it up guys, great work :)

Went in and as I was being serviced by this lovely young lady, I heard a woman manager screeching at the top of her lungs towards the kitchen staff for accidently spilling something, I am absolutely outraged & disgusted by the scene that I had witnessed unfold.

Manager at Burger King neath you should be ashamed of yourself. I have never seen a woman of your age speak to a young girl (must have been about 16/17) so horrendously in my life. She made a small mistake AND was new yet that warranted being shouted at and threatened with her pay being docked INFRONT of a customer. People like you, who clearly get a kick out of scaring teenagers should never be in management positions.
