Burger King in Gwynedd

Looked forward to our last meal in site as it was going to be a burger king. Arrived stone cold .. Burgers are bad enough eating cold but chilli cheese bites are a big no no . Wasted £34 in 2 meals a whopper and bites

Ridiculous, they were charging 30p per sauce, the lad at the front clearly wanted to give me the sauce but wasn’t allowed

Floor was dirty food was cold slow service burger bun broke were not fresh staff could do with learning to talk and customer service

Order was completely wrong and when i went back there was a apology but food was cold and substandard.

I had an £8.99 angus burger meal which was totally scrumptious and consistent with burger king's usual standard. The staff were perfectly friendly and polite. The seating area was out of use though so I had to sit outside. It was a bit annoying that they didn't have any napkins because those burgers are messy!

Very expensive for what you actually get. Cold food and very slow service with long queues. Don’t bother

Had food delivered to room. Expensive. and I had a dodgy belly day after, may or may not be related but I was the only person who had chicken and the only person I'll). Was delivered quickly and food was hot on delivery that's always a bonus when food delivered.

Absolutely vile and very over priced!.....food had defo been microwaved be prepared if you ask for no mayo you will get it!

Like all the other food places at Hafan y mor, service is slow but Burger King was the better place for service. Apart from that food was hot and tasty as it was cooked to order hence the wait. Maybe have more ready for busier times rather than everyone waiting for simple things like fries and the common burgers

Food was ok and filled empty stomachs which was the aim. The service was quick and as there is no seating within Burger King you can eat your food in the cove

Great to have burger king at Hafan y Mor. fast food, efficient helpful staff, food always fresh. Very clean environment. what more could you want.

plenty of options to choose from. Kids meals, salads, chicken & burgers. Sit down area available or take away.

Brilliant as i can get my order fery quick ond open to breakfast, luch and swper. Also quick just to run to if you just arrifed. However i was down by the enterteinment and i wanted a plain chicken ledgend which really match my character, however back to the reviw i was watching DJNed ( need better shoes as he nearly fell of the stage but luckly no one was hurt and it wasnt busy ) and i had a gerkin in my burger, luckly of my afal watch it shows i nearly had an heart attack ( another story - borrowed a bike at the shop and went on a ride by the beach and it was so beautifwl i had an heart attack ) from the shock of it horrible taste. Howver staff very usefull and some welsh wicht is also useful as i cannot not speak english

The food was not great and was a waste of money. It is personal taste but I would not go back here again.

Terrible! Walked in and it was messy as hell, the family went upstairs to sit by a table but no table was clean, used food trays everywhere, it wasnt busy! Had to take food outside to eat, its a family park so should be clean, and the staff looked miserable aswel, no moral maybe? Very disappointed,👎🏻

Visited here on a Friday night. Service was slow the man serving us looked and sounded as high as a kite I had to repeat the order four times for him to correctly input it. The food is really overpriced for average food

No one actually knew what was going on, waited in a line for 6 mins to be served to be told I was in the collection line, moved and joined another line, to be told I had been in the order line to begin with whilst people walked in off the street, ordered and got their food!

burger king was nice friendly staff,prices are a bit more exprensive than the high street stores but beware the price changes if you have normal coke because of the sugar tax so the second time i went there i got the diet coke instead .

went here for lunch and food was of good standard slightly expensive but on holiday camp expect that. staff were friendly and polite

Staff are very friendly,food nice an hot,An reasonably priced,do great offers on family and children's meals.

Could do with a few more options for people with allergies. staff were patient and food good though.

What can I say great friendly staff spotless clean and no problem if I wanted something extra on the burgers etc . Can't wait to go back. Only thing food slightly expensive there

Used this Burger King for lunch whilst working at the Holiday Park, typical Burger King just more expensive than normal.

After travelling a way everyone was hungry better service than the mash and barrel the only thing that was missing was a kids drink,

On holiday park. Food is same as all burger kings but is a lot more expensive. There are lots of other options for food here. Play park is opposite aswell

Really small portions of fries , not full portions , some staff charged for sauce some didn't, some staff not very well mannered some were

Chips were a bit pale but then Burger King have always undercooked their fries/chips and the burgers were well presented, though be warned use your coupons as you will save money.

Standard Burger King menu and prices. Food was good and was served to us hot. Friendly staff. Good for late night burger!

Called here each night after the show and was very impressed with the friendliness if the staff, food was good although a little cool and prices were fine , esoecially loved the warm brownie with ice cream ..yum

Visitamos el Festival de metales pesados y no tienen una gran variedad de opciones de comida entre las bandas y de mala gana que era convertido a burger king. Me sorprendió lo bien que estaba la comida, agradable y caliente, sabía muy bien, y no tener que esperar demasiado tiempo.

Visited quite late. Got a couple of meals and sides. Was nice. Not much more expensive than your usual burger king.

Service was ok but the burgers seemed a bit thrown together by this i mean the burger was was falling out of the bun, a bit shoddy really.

Never had such a poor quality meal from Burger King. All the food we purchased was cold and the burgers were dry. Don't go there!

Late night burgers served after watching the shows at haven. Usual Burger King fare served quickly with a smile by hardworking youngsters. Why anyone could moan about that?

Been here many times, I've got to say although it can get very busy the staff are always attentive and polite, the location on park isn't the best as it's directly opposite the chippy with access to one of the entertainment venues and arcade, so if it gets busy at both food outlets it's quite crammed, but saying that I've never been kept waiting long. One thing I think needs addressing is the limited menu, on TV you see the adverts for a meal for 3.29 (I think that's what it is) these aren't available. I questioned this with a member of staff at our last visit and got a very vague response, we travel as a large group (when we go back we will be 18 party members) so having the option of a little saving would benefit parties like us greatly. I suppose this is something I'd have to take up with head office.

Hafan-Y-Mor's Burger King is located down the side of the late nightclub, and there is also a fish & chips shop there. It has stairs leading up to the arcade inside the nightclub - so it is in the perfect place. Nice food, and as per the title: just your average Burger King!

Food was nice and quick to arrive. I thought it a bit dear for the amount you got, but it was hot and convinient.

If you are desperate for a burger then this is the lace to go. However be warned it is really expensive.

Nice food, freshly prepared, normal prices compared to the high street prices. Small eating areas outside of the Cove, however food can be taken here. Staff all friendly and welcoming.

We don't normally use Burger King but we were hungry and this was convenient. It was good but then again hunger is a good kitchen. It all comes at a price though and this outlets prices seemed like airport prices. Staff were polite and efficient. All in all we enjoyed it.

Very expensive. Can only order a cheeseburger as a meal and not singular and advertise chicken nuggets at 99p but do not have available.

The Happy meals were okay for the children whilst waiting for the entertainment to start but think that they chose the meal to get the novelty toy with the meal!

Clean and tidy, usual BK fare. Friendly staff. Good for kids and those on a budget. Would happily return.

made you buy a whole childrens meal rather than being able to purchase a cheeseburger on its own....quite clearly done for greed reasons! Get your act together burger king!! this does not happen in off site establishments!!

Kept getting our orders wrong and they were not busy at the time. Would of been better if there was more seating available.

I Love Burgerking usually but on this occasion...... I requested no cheese or onions on 2 burgers, but they still sent out 2 burgers with cheese and onions on them! couldn't even pick up the burger, it was falling to pieces in my hands, sent all meals back and got refund!

they need high chairs for babies. .they need more inside tables an chairs we struggled with a baby an a disabled person in there
