Me and my partner always order burger joint as a treat and we love it every time. Burgers are amazingggg!! They made a mistake with our delivery this time around and were really nice and sorted everything out quick. 10/10

Food was ok hot on delivery for the price could have done with more meat and fries but it was ok delivery time was not good order at about 7.30pm and didn’t receive food until about 9.30pm apart from that it was ok theses guys do make nice burgers 🍔

Recently become one of my partner and Is new favourites. We have ordered so many times and it’s always really great. My partner is vegetarian so always gets the halloumi, hash brown and egg burger and it’s her favourite vegetarian burger ever. I’ve tried a few different things, spicy dipped chicken burger, kebab wrap etc and they’re always delicious. We get the chicken loaded fry to share which is so good also. The price of the stuff is insanely good value. Highly recommend

Honest review food is amazing but delivery time is looonggggg but to be fair that’s probably due to the fact it’s so busy because it’s good food! Probably one of the nicest burgers we’ve had, food fresh and hot. The special sauce is very spicy so be mindful of this! Will absolutely order again but earlier next time!

Not familiar with smash burgers, ordered to do a comparison with normal takeaway burgers, and hopefully to enjoy a great burger! Sadly, what was delivered was appalling. The burger was delivered tightly wrapped in foil, which completely squashed the bun, making it inedible. Having binned the bun, tried the patties, expecting them to be really tasty, and was really disappointed when they weren’t. Additions were plastic cheese, wilted tomatoes , and if there was any lettuce on there, it sure as hell wasn’t crispy! If you try a burger from here, rock up and collect it - under no circumstances order online!

I love this place was really busy for them so I understand food being late n not very warm at all sauce missing but they did go above and beyond replaced my food with fresh and hot 🔥 so thankyou food tasted very good as usual we got there in the end ❤️😎

Best takeaway we have ordered from, seems to be a lack of quality take away in our area but this is definitely stand out! Burgers are very nice and come piping hot, chips are nice and crispy (hate it when they come soggy) and the chicken strips were really nice too.

Had to repeatedly ask for updates on the delivery. It took an hour and a half to arrive and was barely warm - had I known it would take so long, I would have gone elsewhere.

Great big neon signs to attract your attention. We ordered online (no honestly we were on the tram back from Bury) and collected our order when we got off at Heaton Park. Friendly staff and everywhere is clean, theres a few stools in the waiting area. We ordered 2 burgers, chips, cheesy chips and onion rings. When we got home the burgers were wrapped in foil and then greeseproof paper so they were still hot and fresh. The sauce is a little too hot for us but still very nice, onion rings were crispy as were the chips.

Didn't have too wait too long ordered on tram home an burger was delicious great portion size cheesy chips good an onion rings very tasty burger meaty true meat not processed great value will definitely be coming back soon the sweets looked good too/milk shakes but we were full busy little burger joint excellent purchase

Both burgers were soggy and ended up eating with a knife and fork, both were spicy too. Might be a good idea to make it clearer when ordering that the house sauce is spicy. Ordered a chix wrap - spicy and chix strippers - spicy.

The food is always good. I’ve never been let down. I’ve been coming here since it opened whenever I get a craving for a naga burger. I would recommend trying the Naga tower burger (you’ll have leave instructions after ordering the tower).

French fries over cooked Donner meat wasn’t fresh tasted like left overs and the tiramisu dessert was awful it was definitely not tiramisu it was just cream dessert ended up in the bin French fries ended up in the bin they was so dry except Better for the price

The burger buns were soggy and all the burgers were squashed. The chips were also dry and the drinks that I ordered with the childrens meals were not the correct ones.

After high recommendation the other day from a friend, I took the plunge to try this place although I live 25 minutes away, ordered the classic smashed burger meal. And I have to admit.....the burger was absolutely lovely, the only reason I gave the food 4 stars is because it was very greasy and it dripped all down my t shirt,jeans and car seat when i bit into it. If it wasn't so greasy, it's would get the 5 stars. I also tried their chicken bites. They were also very tasty 😋 overall the food was great and I will return to try the chicken burger soon.

So don't know what people r going on about this place, my partner went 2 get a quad stack at 10.30 pm last night and took couple of his mates, he had eaten the burger and thought it was fine till this morning when he woke up, he didn't seem right and had said that he felt ill, after taking the children 2 school he came home and was violently sick!!! What an absolute joke of a place! He was fine after so could only have been the food he had eaten as its out of the norm 4 him 2 b sick, we will not b returning and hopefully now he will b fine!! 4 all u out there who rave about this place or 1st time trying just b very careful pls 🙏

I have asked for a double cheeseburger and then I received the worst burger I have ever seen in my life like you come buy 10 cheeseburgers for the same price of McDonald and they would probably be a better quality burgers at least they have salad and sauce on the burger and when I asked why my burger was plain they said I had to tell them to put salad and sauce on it who does that

Nipped in for a quick donner burger chef asked me if I wanted the house sauce and extras so I agreed was one of the best donner burgers I’ve had. Service was top quality and food was lovely definitely recommend.

Just want to say a massive thank you to the staff a burger joint. We had an issue a couple of weeks ago where the driver couldn’t find the address which meant our food arrived a little bit late and cold. However, really blown away with how they dealt with the issue. We reached out to them and they offered to send us free meals at a date and time of our choosing. As usual when we received the meals after they were delicious, on time and piping hot (as always) Thanks so much!!
