the burgers and fries absolutely stone cold they were nothing close to what I ordered there was a nasty after taste thrown in the bin would not recommend!!

The food is horrendous, all food is out of date, no sauce. Never order from this place

Absolute rip off, ordered 2 burgers, both buns stale on the top but the lettuce on both burgers was brown and slimy causing the bottom off the burger to be a slimy inedible mess. One burger came with a sarcastically small amount of sauce and the other came absolutely smothered in mustard again inedible. If you want a burger thats 1000x better quality than here get yourself a 99p cheeseburger. DO NOT ORDER!!!!!!!!

Definitely not worth the money, paid £40 for 3 burgers tried contacting them regarding taking things off the burger didn’t even answer the phone, food was disgusting the burgers where dry and wasn’t even a full burger came in pieces, was virtually cold on delivery don’t waste your time at this place better off making yourself a burger at home😂

restaurant rang to start with saying they didn't have any sweet potatoe fries available at the moment, and rang to say they will give us other fries instead (which were horrendous). I rang restaurant after 20mins after estimated delivery time they said would be another 10mins, rang half and hour after and they said another 5 mins. when it finally turned up another 10-15mins later food was lukewarm, the fries were soggy as an old ladies breast. worst meal/experience I've had on just eat.

Ordered 1 burger, 1 chicken rice box and a pizza. I got a phone call saying there pizza machine is not working and do I want burger, I said no and asked for sides to equivalent the pizza price, the man said he can’t do that but will give a kebab which I agreed too. When the food arrived the burgers were cold, we did not get a kebab instead another burger and the rice box has almost no chicken in it.

To be honest it was not what was advertised no marinara sauce no red onion and if that is a 6 ounce patty that I’m the king of England it’s just nothing like what was advertised

Burger and chips took an hour and a half to be delivered. Chips were cold and soggy. Burger wasn't anything special, considering the restaurant is called "Burger Bros". First and last time I'll be ordering from here.

Really disappointed with our food tonight. The fries and milkshakes were delicious, but the burgers were half the size they usually are and the toppings were sparse. Not up to their usual standard. Will certainly think twice when ordering from Burger Bros again. The delivery was late, when I called to chase up the order, there was no apology and then it was delivered to my neighbour, when our houses are clearly labelled. Luckily our neighbour is honest and contacted me to ask if we had ordered.

The burgers have changed from a homemade patty to a the cheapest frozen burgers I have ever had the misfortune of eating. For the same high price, I've always forgiven the food being late because the burgers were particularly good, now they're awful and late, so won't be ordering again.

Ordered on Just eat. Thursday evening at just after 9pm. The food ordered wasn't available so had to make substitutes after placing the order. 2 hours later still no food. Delivery driver arrived a little after 11pm with cold food having had it in the car for over 20 minutes while he made other deliveries. Staff over the phone no help when I eventually managed to get hold of them. Rejected food as it was cold and had been out for so long. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Abysmal service and food quality.

Absolutely shocking! Ordered on Uber eats! Waited an hour I then phoned and they said the driver was on their way, waited a further 20 mins still nothing so phoned again, didn't answer the phone! My friend then phoned and gave her an excuse! We are still waiting! Wish we had read the reviews before ordering. Absolutely ridiculous. This restaurant should not be open, Absolutely disgraceful!

Cold food over hour late and wrong drink

The food here is good normally, but tonight was horrendous over two hours late. Milkshake I ordered was like water by the time my cold food arrived.

Ordered our food and waiting over an hour and the food still hadn’t been delivered, had to ring the restaurant 12 times before they answered to just be told the delivery driver isn’t answering calls so have to wait, waiting a further 15 mins to be told still no delivery driver and get a refund. Then 10 mins after requesting refund, notification from the app comes through that the food is on the way, so rang the restaurant to be told to cancel the refund as he’s now sent the no doubt cold food

waited almost 3 hours for food to turn and in the mean time ordered from elsewhere and had that food in 15 mins and when this order actually arrived the food disgusting had soggy burgers cold chips and what tasted like a week old pizza

We ordered the meal deal 1 & the only part that was nice was the burger. The pizza & donner meat were cold. We chose Fanta fruit twist as our drinks with the meal deal and they sent out cheap orange pop. We also ordered milkshakes which just tasted like milk with no flavour, baring in mind we ordered mint areo and kinder. 2 stars but only because the burger was nice. Very disappointed with this meal

Omg this was the worst experience I ever had. I paid 8 quid for grill chicken and rice, the rice was them 50p Aldi rice that you put in the microwave for 2 mins and the grill chicken??? 😂😂 it wasn’t grill chicken it was some chicken nugget looking thing cut tiny pieces.. stay far away from this place.. council should shut this place down asap day light robbery.. nasty 🤮

This is the first and last time I will ever be ordering from this place very overpriced for the quality of the food. I ordered a milkshake which was £5 they delivered it in the hot food bag so when it arrived it was nothing more than warm milk which had to be thrown away, the chips were cold and hard and the kebab meat was so chewy it was nearly impossible to eat. I’m disgusted with this food and I will never eat from there again.

I would avoid this restaurant as you can see from the reviews either it would be stone cold or just won’t turn up can’t believe this is still going serving in this area as clearly management doesn’t really care 0 stars AVOID !!!!!!!

Delivery said between 8:40-9pm, I rang just after 9 as it hadn’t come but had said been delivered, they said they they was preparing it now would be 20 minutes. I said ok. After an hour and 45 minutes my partner had to get it, the chips were cold and my chicken burgers pink. Not a good experience from here at all!

Avoid.The worst burger I've ever had "Return of the Mac" completely miss advertised, no sauce or cheese, soggy cucumber instead of gherkins and completely different to the picture, the most disgusting fries I have ever had, greasy and cold, cooked in stale oil. Ordered the 10 halloumi fries, we were given 5 and then no salad with my husband's beef kebab meal. Worse than the freezing, tasteless cardboard like meals from the local Macdonald's.

Burger was pretty good although not hot. sides unfortunately lukewarm at best. Plus problem with change. paid by cash. Shame.

We paid extra for items on the burgers and didn't recieve them, it states bottles of Pepsi with the meals and we got 1 can, I paid more for a bottle of cola and I never recieved it, the order was 2 hours late and when we recieved it it was cold and the food was awful. And when we spoke with them they refused a refund and tried to only give us a 20% off coupon as compensation even though from this experience we will not be ordering from them again, the order was £25 and we had roughly £10 worth missing

Order took 2 hours to arrive. When it did arrive half the items were missing and the drink was wrong. Burger was tiny and both pizza and burger were stone cold. Called to enquire on the missing items and were told they could send them out but it would be an hour. Request a partial refund and was denied via text. Full refund has now been requested. I will never order from here again. This use to be our favourite burger shop to order from but clearly standards have gone right out the window. Awful

In the application, it says that the courier picked up the order at 11 pm, it's midnight and it hasn't arrived, it doesn't seem normal to me, to hire all idiots because they don't bring customers' orders

Shop Windows look like they are never cleaned (red flag for me) and yep got stomach problems next day after eating burger. There's simply too many dirty unhygienic food businesses these days.

I wish I would have read the other reviews before I ordered from here. Absolutely appalling. We waited 2 hours for food after ordering through Uber. The food never arrived. My children were really upset. Tried to call the restaurant but there was no answer. Looks like they accepted the order and went home early and just couldn’t be bothered. If you want to eat, don’t want to wait for food but end up empty handed, try to call a restaurant you can’t contact because they’ve buggered off home and don’t want crying hungry kids then don’t order from this shambles of a place. Shameful.

Very unhappy with food and packaging this time. The packaging seemed wet and fell apart and the food was cold. I think it was left hanging around for some time as it was 45 minutes late being delivered. It looks like someone tried to keep the burger warm as it was wrapped in foil. But this did nothing to keep it warm. Very disappointed 😞

Good arrival time kept changing, making it extremely late, when it arrived it was cold. One burger tasted off, only ate a few mouthfuls and ended up with d&v. Will never order again!

I’m assuming their under new owners as the food is nothing like it used to be! The teriyaki burger was just chicken with sweet chilli sauce and a couple of bits of tomato. The Bombay fries used to be amazing, I have no idea what we’ve just had instead as it didn’t match the description of anything on the menu! Usually we’d be full after ordering from here. Instead we’ve ordered a second takeaway. Not what it used to be, very disappointed

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! Waiting over 2 1/2 hours for food, phoned up and chased the order several times, had numerous excuses and even got hung up on twice by a very rude member of staff. Driver has apparently left at the door but clearly hasn't, finally got told we could have a refund through uber eats. Shocking way to do business, can't see them lasting long. Steer clear!!!! This place has definitely gone down hill. Just ordered usual order .... the quality has gone from proper luxury food to really bad quality. Burgers look nothing like what we are used to...the dirty fries taste and look nothing like they used to!!!!!!! We spend nearly £30 for 2 burgers and dirty fries.... which incidentally used to be chips!!!!....... have been waiting 2 and half hours for my replacement meal!!!!! Still not arrived!!!!!! Do not waste your time ordering from this place!!!!

Delivery was fantastic. Food one of the worst I’ve tasted.

Delivery took over 2 hours and had to keep phoning to chase. Told each time the driver had already left and would be 10 minutes and kept blaming a “misunderstanding”. Food once arrived was cold and awful quality. The pizzas had a really bad strong taste of yeast in base, there were items missing and food quality was poor generally. Had one mint milkshake and two other flavours but they just all ended up tasting of mint. Unfortunately ended up throwing out most of the food and contacting the order service to report the issues.

where to start food USED to be good, but order was wrong wife ordered fudge cake got ice cream, i ordered mac and cheese balls got chicken nuggets, burger bros fries where soggy cold and there was no nacho cheese sauce it tasted of mustard and alot of mustard,spoke to manager on phone all he wanted to give was 30% discount but we wanted refund, told us to get in contact with food hub which we did they told us to ring the place, he wasnt having the fact he got the order wrong, then wouldnt refund us then said he would get driver to deliver the cash and collect the nuggets and ice cream (why would he want to collect the nuggets 🤔🤔🤔 so waited 30ish mins driver arrived with money but wasnt the amount our order was, offered £5 for £11.80 that was wrong order, after this we will be not back to order again and recommend not else goes back if there business is run like that

Second time ordering from here. First time the pizza was nice but was stuck to the box so fell apart when we tried to pick it up. This time it was well done so didn’t stick but wasn’t nice and was spicy for some reason. Milkshake was warm and not nice. Garlic mushrooms were small and coating fell off. Sweet potato fries were a good portion but soggy. All bags food/drink came is was soggy and not from rain. Delivery was late the first time, just on time the second. Won’t be ordering again.

Restaurant marked the order as delivered when it hadn't been. Phoned up to see what had happened and person on the phone was annoyed and told me "have patience" when they said it was delivered and then told me it was still 15mins out. Absolutely ridiculous

I popped for cheese burger with chips and a drink. WOW amazing, delicious burger, sauces, the cod was yummy and quality chips. Will definitely go again.
