Burger Bros in Lambeth

On a Sunday night my friends and I were on our way back to our hotel, and looking for something to eat. Everywhere was closed, and the Burger Bro on Mortimer Street was just shutting down too. The friendly owner saw our need and turned the kitchen equipment back on for us. He then made us the best burgers and chips that I have had for quite a while. This seemed like it was a family run business and the staff were so very helpful and kind. I would highly recommend supporting this business and will definitely be eating here again, the next time I am in London.

I took my family, including three hungry young children to this joint in the hope of some lovely organic burgers. When we arrived we were the only paying customers in this rather small diner. After placing our order, we were made to wait a full 45 mins before the food finally arrived (after reminding them that we were still waiting for our food). When it did arrived, it arrived with chips, burgers and then more burgers, nearly 5 minutes apart. The beef burgers were over cooked. We weren't asked how we wanted them cooked. it seems they were more concerned about their telephone orders and were happy to make us wait, including young children. Not a good experience at all, and the food was underwhelming.

I stopped by this place on my lunch break and had the lunch time offer which comes with a main, side and drink for around £6. The burger was delicious, staff polite and efficient and the restaurant is nicely done up. Will come back with the family next time!

We went with the family and enjoyed very nice artisan burgers fries and slaw washed down with an Oreo shake. Prices are reasonable at 7 pounds for their cheeseburger. They also have a lunchtime deal which is excellent value.

Great new place just off the main road in Streatham. Ordered via their App and was all ready on time. Still ramping up, so no delivery option yet, but coming soon. Good selection of beef burgers (great quality beef). Selection of a couple of different chicken burgers also as well as grilled chicken. Best onion rings I've ever had. Don't look very appetising - same coating as chicken burgers - buttermilk fried coating. Ugly, but very tasty.
