Great burger. Fairly quick service considering how busy the market was.

The food was so good I said I was full but couldn't stop eating it and you have to try there burger's 10/10

Burger Boyz is my favourite burger place in Newport. Recently visited for lunch and ordered a double Chuck Norris burger. It was absolutely delicious as always. Fantastic Lunch at Burgerboyz! I flew over from Geneva to see my daughter and I had lunch at Burgerboyz in Newport, and it was an absolute treat! The vibe of the place is fun and welcoming, perfect for grabbing a great meal. I decided to go for the Chuck Norris burger, and let me tell you—it did not disappoint. The burger was a powerhouse of flavors, just like its namesake! Juicy, perfectly cooked beef patty stacked with bold toppings that packed a punch. Recommended - better than my local diner...

They do smash burgers which is the in thing at the moment. After a very long wait the food arrived, but to be honest a Quarter Pounder with cheese would have gone down better. It was an okay burger, but the fries were not good, and all very expensive . I won't be going back.

Stopped by for lunch today. Got the cheeky pink lady and peri fries. Absolutely delicious, among the top 3 burgers we've had for sure! Really enjoyed it and glad that we got a chance to try it. Staff were hardworking and honestly looked like they were passionate about their job which is always lovely to see. The two downsides for me are they are quite expensive (£14 for one burger and £10 for fries) so it is a very rare treat. The burgers do hold a some grease (which honestly is to be expected by food like this) so do be cautious if your stomach is easily upset by fast food. Will definitely try again!

Delicious food. The burgers are amazing and the BBQ loaded fries are awesome. It's such a popular place that sometimes they have to stop orders for a while until they catch up. You may also have to wait a while for food but it's worth it.

Blown away by the burgers and loaded fries! Bit of a foodie to be honest. Burgers were juicy and tasty. Chilli jam and mex cheese what a combo! Chicken and buffalo was subtle but spicy enough, loaded with chicken. Really good value if you appreciate good food!

My wife and I stopped here for a quick snack. The guys (Ryan and Lewis) on the grill, were outstanding and catered to our (my) needs brilliantly. This is the perfect place to stop. Visitors to the upcoming"Pride Newport 2024" you will be warmly welcomed as will everybody. There was a nice 'Buzz' to the entire indoor area. Highly recommended. Btw all of this food for just..£20.00 Wow! They very kindly split each dish in half for us.

For the 45 minute wait time I would've thought I would have received my food while it was still hot not lukewarm at best! The new truffle burger tasted like it has no truffle in it. Been in the food industry for a decade now and never been disappointed like this with food with such high reviews. 10/10 would never try again 😂

Never had a bad experience here and the food is always spot on . Staff are friendly. Quick service. I had the El Chappo burger as this is my go to burger here . Burger was perfectly smashed had a nice crust around the edges . I'd eat here everyday if I could......

Burger Boyz are top notch. Highly recommend if you enjoy a good smash burger. In Newport market so you can sit down and order a drink too. Nothing more to say other than I’m glad it’s my local.

Amazing. If you love a cheeseburger go get your hands on a burger boyz one. Juicy smash beef pattie topped with melted american cheese, taste of chilli jam on the top finish off in a crispy brioche bun 😋 I can't wait to go again. If I lived close to this place I'd be the size of a house 🤣🤣🤣

I've been to the food Hallen in Amsterdam. This isn't anywhere near as good but was OK. Seems more commercial than street food.

Genuinely one of the worst burgers I’ve ever had! The pattie was incinerated and took forever to arrive. Avoid.

Had high hopes for this! Ordered the cowboy loaded fries. Burger on top was among the best ive had but the experience stopped there. Fries were full of oil and very sickly (oil needed to be hotter) sauce was flavourless and the pickles were way too sour! Also took 40 minutes to arrive from ordering. Massive disappointment 😔

Dog friendly,which is important to us, I agree with the food reviews,very good ,CLEAN burgers. I wanted to point out,no one mentions it is an APP only place,i wasnt going to visit,as i dont do apps,or set up accounts etc. You sit in the centre,the food stalls are around you on each side,you scan a QR CODE,it lets you do a guest option,no set up.enter credit card details,place order. So i was suprised.the app has all the food places on,so you can have burgers from one place,sides from another,coffee or drinks from another,deserts from another place,and a waitres brings you the items,i could spend an absolute fortune here.spent £50

Lovely place to eat, but it was a quiet day. I use a scooter and not many tables on the outside to put one in and would be in the way in the middle. No good on a busy night.

Food was amazing, has to be one of the best burgers around Slightly expensive but worth it. 60p for a tub of ketchup is a bit disappointing considering I spent £19 on burger, fries and drink. Will be back for sure.

Ordered at around 12.15 today. Was very busy so did wait around 35-40 mins. Not an issue. I ordered the Chuck Norris Double Patty & Fries. Chips spot on. Burger was so so greasy. I actually had to leave it, I feel I wasted £13. Soggy, wet and greasy, the issue didn’t even absorb it. I don’t understand as they use St Pierre Buns that are the best around. Disappointed. The topped chips looked fab.

It was a miracle we actually got served at all as it was all but mpossible to get a table in the food court where this restaurant outlet is located.. seems it is the only place in Newport to eat on a Saturday night. Be prepared to queue and wait for ages to get a table even before 6pm. When we did finally managed to get a table despite being understaffed burger boyz did not let us down.. they were very helpful and despite it taking rather a long time to get the food when it did come it was absolutely excellent. Quite literally some of the best burgers we've ever eaten in our lives. Prices were pretty reasonable as well.

“Done for the day” at 14:45, 45 minutes before closing… are you lot joking? Change your hours or serve people during advertised opening hours. If you have limited food on a Sunday then maybe let people know that you may or may not be served subject to availability instead of wasting peoples time.

Really not very nice at all! Incredibly greasy. Tried to remove some of the fat using napkins but it just kept coming out. The grease and fat just overwhelm everything. I never leave food when eating out, even if I don’t enjoy it, but this was on another level - I had to leave this after a few bites just in case it induced a cardiac arrest. I must be missing something as it’s had so many rave reviews but I certainly won’t be going back… I would recommended ordering from one of the many other decent places in Newport market.

The market itself is cool venue, lovely and warm with the heaters and everything but the food at burger boyz is outstanding, the burger is up there with the best I’ve ever had to be fair, fries are great too ! Second time I’ve been and will Definitely return again

Burger Boyz. Tje Baconator was good but the Simple One as a double was just full of greasy fat. The bun was soaked with fat really greasy and unpleasant. Disappointing

Went to Newport Market to try Burger Boyz after seeing it recommended on Facebook. Market is dog friendly. Had a chuck norris burger and chips, really tasty. Little more expensive than I usually pay but well worth it. Will definitely go back.

Every time we go to Newport market this place is not serving temporarily. Makes it very hard to plan to come here when a burger is specifically what you want and you either have to wait ages for them to catch up or order from someone else. This has now happened to me 3 or 4 times. They close and open the kitchen depending on how busy they are which is insane. Opening hours mean nothing. We arrived today at 12.25 and they'd already stopped taking orders after opening at 12. However if you can get a burger, I honestly I think the Baconator is the best burger I've ever had. But don't come here specifically for Burger Boyz. You might be waiting forever.

Well this came recommended but say I was disappointed was an understatement, as the burger took 45 minutes to arrive and that 45mins was used to cook rhe hell out of it. It was brunt and crispy. I would had been better choosing another vendor.

Best Burger place in Newport, I had the Peter Griffin Burger and it was Banging! Boys are great always friendly and up for a laugh, Greta value for money and a fantastic atmosphere. Food is top quality and I highly recommend it!

Well what can I say, this was by far one of the best burgers I have ever had the pleasure of eating, myself and son were both blown away by how good the food tasted, so much so my 10 year old actually went and shook the hand of the chef. Service was good and with a smile, we also had the crispy chicken fries and we was not disappointed. Highly recommend. 10/10

Absolutely incredible. We visited as it was recommended to us by a friend and boy did it live up to the recommendation! I went for the classic single burger and a side of BBQ chicken salt and pepper fries. It's safe to say that the fries came with a side order of burger! The portion sizes are great! (I'd recommend sharing fries) Ordering was quick and easy scanning the provided QR code and ordering it to your table number. I maybe waited 5-10 mins after placing my order before the food was dropped off at our table. 5/5!

The person who served me, Ryan, was extremely informative and patient with my questions about the menu and helped me mind exactly what I was feeling at the time. My burger was 10/10, rich flavour, easy to eat and was very satisfying. Atmosphere in the market is always great, tables are spaced out well so you feel like you don't have people on top of you. Will have to visit again

I've never had better loaded fries than the buffalo chicken fries here. The perfect amount of everything. Buffalo sauce is on point, with just the right amount of blue cheese sauce to cut through it. Expected the fried chicken pieces to be tossed in the buffalo sauce, but instead they're placed atop the fries and the sauce poured over the top. Definitely coming back here for an actual burger.

Burgers are out of this world , I’m on a bodybuilding prep and not had an off plan meal for nearly 5 months , having a meal from these guys was well worth the wait . Couldn’t be more helpful and backed up by the best burgers around by far

Giving it Five as service was very good and staff helpful. The burgers were certainly different, an aquired taste to me but enjoyable. We get so use to the bog standard burger, that this hits you immediately as different. Next time I will try a different version. But they had sold out of many items. Very popular. Even so. It's worth a visit.

Thank you guys! The Burger Boyz is awesome. I got a Buffalo loaded fries and it was exceptional. Made just perfect, a portion of heaven. I loved it. The price is a but above my expectation, but totally worth it. Next time I’ll take photos as well.

Joke of a place, couldn't get the app to work on my phone and refused to serve me at the counter... what's the point of having a card machine of not willing to use it... won't be back

Shocking, 13:15, no signs to say they weren't taking orders, sat down opened the table ordering app and after some thought tried to place an order. App said they weren't taking orders. So I went to order at the till to be told they weren't taking orders for at least 20 mins, said as casually as if this should be normal! The ordering app had already said that orders could take 40mins on busy days. Seriously more expensive than Five guys and yet they CAN serve customers in a reasonable time. Oh and got to pay to park in Newport for the privilege of being let down.

Honestly the best burger we have had in ages the meat literally melts in your mouth really love the different style burgers they have I had the Peter Griffin it had peanut butter and jam really different so thought I'd give it a try it was delicious 😋 hubby had chuck norris and tripled up with his burgers we had loaded fries which were stunning basically topped with another melt in the mouth burger , pickles onions sauce they were stunning staff were amazing we were served by Jack and he was really lovely really helpful and fantastic at cooking burgers , honestly try it you really won't be disappointed we highly recommend 😋

Worst frozen fries small amount of cheap cheese .dried up mincemeat. Absolutely a ripoff for 9 pounds. Worst slop ever. Keep your money and go somewhere else...... also silly waiting times while guys are just chatting.......

Definitely the best burger I’ve eaten this year! Tried the OG double patty and I can see why this place is extremely busy as it tasted incredible…they are always extremely busy so make sure you get there before the rush as last time i tried to order on a busy weekend they had too many orders so stopped taking orders.

Wow, I love a good burger, my favourite being Rad Burger from Kent. Burger Boyz is now my second favourite which is a high accolade. Much better than the offerings in Got Beef, Grazing Shed and GBK.

The best burgers I've ever tried. They are not too big not too small, just waht you need to be able to have a nice meal and have space to enjoy some yummy chips too😊 definitely recommend at least to give it a go. You won't want any other burgers after you try it😀

Right the food itself was really good fresh juicy burgers 100% recommend this place the whole place was buzzing great food court lots of variety Asked for dips can’t believe you only got mayo and nothing else Only one downside for me. I Was a bit disappointed with the presentation and lack of customer service from the bloke serving me felt he didn’t want me to order ….. asked for takeaway got given my food and some empty takeaway boxes so im at the desk packing my own food🤷🏽😂

100% one of the best burger places I’ve been too. Been a good few times as all the staff are so friendly especially Lewis, Jack, Marcin and Cory. The food is just incredible and so so worth the money, I always think they’re under charging for the quality and presentation of the food you get. Love this place. I’m going to keep coming back for many years to come.

Just go to Mcdonalds across the road. Or if you will, wait 45 minutes for a £9.5 burger, with dried bacon and cold meat. All this by seeing the guys on the counter just chatting calmly.
